3:45 p.m. - One man fought a neighbor at Locust Trailer Court, 902 N. Elizabeth St., Milton-Freewater, and both men came away bleeding.

6:07 a.m. - A man reported he was driving east on Kunze Lane, Boardman, near Peters Road, and came upon a smaller dark car heading west, and a westbound pickup had to pass that car “really erratically” as a tall white male in a cowboy hat jumped out, put a rifle on the car’s roof and fired one shot to the north into a herd of cattle.

7:40 a.m. - A 9-1-1 caller reported seeing a female sitting, crying and bleeding from the knees in the road at Southwest Eighth Street and Hailey Avenue, Pendleton.

8:06 a. - Overflowing garbage at a residence on the 1000 block of Southwest Seventh Street, Hermiston, prompted a caller to complain to police.

9:10 a.m. - Law enforcement received a report from a Pendleton woman who said her husband recently hit her in the face and choked her. She also said he has been high on methamphetamine and cocaine.

9:10 a.m. - A resident on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, reported the neighbor’s vehicle was on fire.

10:13 a.m. - A trespasser at Bolen Farms, 153 N. Ott Road, Hermiston, refused to leave when an owner told him to go. She then told the 30-something man calling himself “Devon” that she called her husband. Devon, or whoever he is, got into a newer gray Ford pickup and left. She also called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office.

10:15 a.m. - Two weeks ago, a resident of Northeast Third Street, Irrigon, told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, a neighbor’s dog bit someone and at the time he told the owners he would report it if the dog was out again. It was out again, he said, thus he was calling.

10:51 a.m. - Pilot Rock police talked to a resident who said he got a call from phone scammers pretending to be with the IRS.

11:17 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a male who drives but suffers seizures and does not have a license.

11:35 a.m. - Banner Bank, 1220 Southgate, Pendleton, reported two fake $20 bills came into the branch.

11:45 a.m. - A person came to the Hermiston Police Department, 330 S. First St., Hermiston, to talk to an officer about a domestic violence issue.

11:48 a.m. - Pendleton emergency services responded to a man suffering an allergic reaction to a bee sting near Meacham.

11:57 a.m. - A camper at the Sand Station Recreation Area on Highway 730, Umatilla, reported a woman with a bat entered his camp, accused him of doing something to her camp, and threatened to take the bat to his car.

3:03 p.m. - A man on Margaret Avenue, Umatilla, reported a burglary and theft of a .45 Colt pistol, a 9-mm pistol and a semi-automatic shotgun.

3:54 p.m. - Nearly three dozen cows moseyed past the Irrigon cemetery and sewer plant and then a man’s house on East Oregon Lane. He reported the cows and said he did not know who owned them.

6:48 p.m. - Hermiston police received a report of two Hispanic males in different vehicles asking people to make vehicle repairs. The caller said they bothered him and he told them to leave. He said someone should check them out.

9:34 p.m. - An anonymous caller told Pendleton police a male was hitting a dog at the table area at Safeway, 220 S.W. 20th St.

9:38 p.m. - A Pendleton woman reported the theft of Hydrocodone from her home on Southwest Sixth Street.

10:38 p.m. - An Irrigon man reported his wife was the victim of a beating. An ambulance took her to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston.

•Pendleton police arrested Derrick Donovan Dix, 23, of Hermiston, on charges of domestic violence after receiving a report at 2:36 a.m. that Dix pushed his girlfriend out of a moving vehicle then took her car at Deans Market & Deli, Pendleton.

Dix pleaded not guilty Thursday in circuit court in Pendleton to charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation and menacing, all misdemeanors. Dix remains in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, in lieu of $10,000 bail.

12:02 a.m. - A resident of Vista Mobile Home Park, 1800 N.E. 10th St., Hermiston, reported a prowler outside her home. She said this happened for the three nights in a row. Law enforcement did not find a suspect.

12:47 a.m. - The owner of a pickup told Pendleton police he was at Cadillac Jack’s Saloon & Grill, 1703 S.W. Emigrant Ave., Pendleton, and a man he knows was “angry and being obnoxious” and “banged his head” into the vehicle.

4:22 p.m. - Four or five loud partygoers kept a mother and her children awake on Joy Lane, Hermiston.

6:56 a.m. - An Irrigon caller reported his brother assaulted their mother and may have broken her nose.

10:46 a.m. - Someone stole a Hodaka 125 Wombat motorcycle from Athena, which had its annual Hodaka Days festival this weekend.

11 a.m. - Pendleton police received an emergency call from a woman at Pillars Motel, 1816 S.E. Court Ave., who said a man would not let her leave.

3:06 p.m. - A Pendleton man told Pendleton police another man sent people over to the residence to harass his girlfriend in violation of a no-contact order.

3:25 p.m. - A man on Ringer Road, Milton-Freewater, reported someone last week stole a chainsaw, drill, .50-caliber rifle and .45-caliber pistol from his shop and bunk house.

5:19 p.m. - A Pilot Rock man told police a cleaning person stole his wife’s class ring, other jewelry and old coins.

5:53 p.m. - A Weston woman reported a thief broke into her home on Degraw Road and stole a handgun and snowmobiling gear.

6:38 p.m. - Umatilla police received a report that a man violated a no-contact order and threw rocks at a woman and hit her in the face. She declined medical help.

8:58 p.m. - The owner of Velasco Used Cars, 80596 Highway 395, Hermiston, reported a man stole a 2013 Ford Escape. She said on May 26 he took it for a test drive and never brought it back. The man stopped communicating, she said, and she found he used a fake name and the government deported him. She asked to speak to a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy about the situation.

11:24 p.m. - Pendleton police received an emergency call about a man and woman fighting at Blue Mountain Village Apartments, 2700 S.W. Goodwin Ave., Pendleton.

11:52 p.m. - A Pendleton man on Southwest Fifth Street reported someone broke in and stole his a BB gun, a pistol and a safe containing cash and vehicle titles.

8:49 p.m. - An Athena man reported his caregiver attacked him.

9:08 p.m. - A Boardman man undergoing treatment for cancer required an ambulance ride to a hospital after he was unable to walk.

10:16 a.m. - Someone left feces on a blanket and a building on the 300 block of Southwest Dorion Avenue, Pendleton.

5 p.m. - A man on Riker Lane, Hermiston, reported niece assaulted him.

8 p.m. - A man was hit on the head with a softball near Westgate, Pendleton.

8:01 p.m. - A woman told Pendleton police she saw a male wearing the bracelet her daughter made her years ago.

11:47 p.m. - She took the money and ran.

A woman reported she had a $100 bill in her hand at Space Age Fuel, 77522 Highway 207, Hermiston, when a girl grabbed the money and took off running, got into a gold Nissan and headed into Hermiston. She reported the name of the suspect and said the crime happened about 20-30 minutes ago, but she did not have a phone with her and went back home to Boardman to report it.

12:24 a.m. - Egg throwers in a vehicle missed a caller’s car on West Division Avenue, Hermiston.

3:13 a.m. - A man and woman argued on the 100 block of Main Street, Pendleton, and he pushed her to the ground. A child was with them.

3:31 a.m. - A Pendleton man told police a couple shot him with a stun gun “about three times” in front of his house on Northwest Third Drive then took off. He declined medical help but asked to speak to an officer.

4:26 a.m. - A Umatilla man told police he was hiding outside Columbia Crest Apartments on Third Street after he was “jumped” in an assault.

7:37 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a transient man with three aggressive pit bull dogs near the “Social Security” pond at McNary Dam on Devore Road, Umatilla.

7:45 a.m. - Two children, ages 10-12, threw rocks at cars and property on Columbia Lane, Irrigon

12:39 p.m. - A Hermiston grandmother reported her daughter came home, started a fight, shoved her and caused a door to hit a child in the face.

1:55 p.m. - A Boardman man reported the theft of his radial arm saw from his shed on Sky View Drive.

3:48 p.m. - A woman told Pendleton police she was O’Reilly Auto Parts, Pendleton, when a white man with red hair, a beard and “green raggy clothes” told her he wanted a bottle with a cap so he could “ throw a bomb off the train.”

6:30 p.m. - A Pendleton man living on Northwest Carden Avenue reported the theft of his Social Security card, skateboard and a tomahawk.

7:08 p.m. - An Irrigon mother reported a woman pulled a knife on her son, then left the house on Southwest Wyoming Street.

9:43 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a domestic disturbance in progress at Southeast 11th Street and Idaho Avenue, with people yelling “I”m going to kill you” and “stab me.”

9:52 p.m. - One woman attacked another and her male friend on West Orchard Avenue, Hermiston.

10:48 p.m. - An Irrigon man on Wagon Wheel Loop reported his neighbor’s were shooting guns, but it seemed a little late for that activity.

Friday

•Hermiston police arrested Kristi Deann Higheagle, 35, of Pendleton, for driving while suspended/revoked, possession of methamphetamine, possession of Hydrocodone, and resisting arrest.

•Umatilla tribal police arrested Crystal Lynn Sullenger, 39, of Pendleton, for three counts violating a restraining order, possession of methamphetamine, and first-degree criminal trespass.

•Pendleton police arrested Jacqueline Nadine Peterson, 27, of Pendleton, for felony fourth-degree assault.

•Pendleton police arrested Gregory Ryan Salverda, 46, of Pendleton, for hit and run on property, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and reckless driving.

•Hermiston police arrested Juan Marin Flores, 41, no address provided, for strangulation and harassment, both misdemeanors.

Saturday

•Oregon State Police arrested, then later cited and released, Juan Fernando Villarreal Rodriguez, 37, of Pendleton, for duii.

•Oregon State Police arrested Lonnie Ray Martin, 67, no address provided, for duii and refusing to take an intoxication level test. Police later cited and released Martin.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Kenneth John McCullough, 27, of 1311 Davis St., Milton-Freewater, for duii.

Sunday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Alfredo Gomez, 40, of 183 S. Elizabeth St., Milton-Freewater, for duii.

5:25 a.m. - An Oregon State Police trooper responded to a vehicle stopped and causing a road hazard on the westbound side of Interstate 84 near milepost 218 a few miles from Pendleton. The trooper found the driver, a 54-year-old woman, needed medical help. He called for an ambulance, which took her to St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton.

7:53 a.m. - A man brought several identification and insurance cards to the Milton-Freewater Police Department after finding them at Spofford Road near Cemetery Road, Milton-Freewater.

8:25 a.m. - A caller told Umatilla police a man parked a blue four-door car next to the cemetery and tried to wave people into the cemetery, was talking to himself and shaking the cemetery gates.

9:35 a.m. - A Pendleton resident reported her roommate last month stole her $225 that was for rent.

10:28 a.m. - A 9-1-1 caller reported she put $140 down on two couches at a place on Malcolm Street, Hermiston, and now does not want to pay for them, and she cannot afford to, either, and the seller will not give back the money.

12:05 p.m. - A couple fought near the U.S. Post Office, 104 S.W. Dorion Ave., Pendleton. A witness said the female punched the male in the face and knocked his glasses off, then the male pushed the female and she tried to hit him again. They then walked on the north side of Dorion past the drive-up mailboxes.

12:18 p.m. - Residents on West Ridgeway Avenue, Hermiston, called 9-1-1 on their neighbor. They said he was spray painting a truck in the driveway, and when they asked him to move so they could park their vehicle, he yelled at them and went back inside. They asked for police to come to the scene.

12:34 p.m. - An off-duty Umatilla tribal police officer reported a male is blocking traffic on Southwest 20th Street, Pendleton, by Safeway. The officer said the male picks fights with anyone who tries to help him, and after they pushed his vehicle out of the road once, he got it back and blocked the road again.

12:50 p.m. - A caller reported a husky jumped from a pickup bed in the parking lot of Home Depot, 300 W. Harper Road, Hermiston, and went to nearby shade, and the dog’s owner dragged the animal across the hot pavement and hit it several times. Police were not able to find the pet abuser.

1:43 p.m. - Hermiston police received a 9-1-1 report of a dog locked in a car with the windows up at Butte Park near the spray park on Northwest Seventh Street. Officers did not find the dog.

3:18 p.m. - CHS Nutrition, 300 W. Feedville Road, Hermiston, reported a break-in at a maintenance shop and the theft of several items.

7:27 p.m. - Two dogs for the past two weeks on East Tamarack Avenue, Hermiston, have barked day and night, a caller reported, and it is very annoying.

7:28 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to the Midway Bar & Grill, 1750 N. First St., for a dog inside a silver GMC Sierra pickup with all the windows rolled up. This time, police issued a warning about keeping pets inside vehicles during hot weather.

8:05 - A mother asked Pendleton police to check on her daughter’s welfare. She said she tried to talk to her daughter at her home on Southwest Marshall Avenue, Pendleton, but her daughter reported her grandmother and great-aunt would not let her leave the house.

8:09 p.m. - A mother complained to Umatilla police about the owner of Honey Bunnz Hideout, the nude dancing joint at 1201 Sixth St., Umatilla, not allowing her or her daughter to retrieve the daughter’s belongings after losing her job there last week.

10:24 p.m. - A woman on North Prescott Street, Echo, reported the theft of several items from her room.

10:26 p.m. - A customer leaving the Pendleton Wal-Mart reported someone scratched the paint of his vehicle and wrote in the dirt “all over the car.”

•Pendleton police arrested Jessica Lynn Maret, 36, of Pendleton, for felony fourth-degree assault.

•Hermiston police arrested Pedro Matira Pablo, 21, of Hermiston, on four counts of possession of a forged instrument and one of identity theft, all felonies.

8:06 a.m. - A man told Pendleton police he paid $7 cash for gas two weeks ago at a station on Westgate but did not believe he received any fuel.

8:20 a.m. - Four people slept — and trespassed — by the door at the Salvation Army Community Center, 150 S.E. Emigrant Ave., Pendleton, and one sleeper had his pants down.

12:10 p.m. - A male acted aggressively toward a female during an argument while walking on East Coe Avenue, Stanfield, toward South Edwards Road.

1:50 p.m. - Pendleton police received a request to check on a resident at Blue Mountain Village Apartments, 2700 S.W. Goodwin Ave., Pendleton, who could be using drugs and has a small baby.

2:35 p.m. - Someone dumped three truckloads of tires at the McNary Yacht Club, 34099 Beach Shore Drive, Hermiston.

2:38 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater resident reported the theft of a revolver from the 900 block of Cowl Street.

2:43 p.m. - A man said he was a guest at a Pendleton hotel a couple of weeks ago on his way to see his father who suffered a heart attack in Utah when someone stole the $800 luggage container from his vehicle and about $1,200 in clothing, and they damaged the vehicle as well.

3:28 p.m. - A Umatilla man reported his “ex” broke into his house on El Monte Street.

6:50 p.m. - Three people got into a fight behind In-Home Medical Inc., 301 S.W. 20th St., Pendleton.

7:20 p.m. - A Stanfield mother told police she gave her son 30 days to move from her property on East Harding Avenue, and he threw her refrigerator out of the residence.

7:23 p.m. - A caller told Pendleton police a man on Northwest Sixth Street punched a dog in the face and threw the dog by the collar. Police were not able to find the dog abuser.

7:36 p.m. - Someone slashed the tires on a four-wheeler at Birch Creek and Tum A Lum roads, Milton-Freewater.

8:29 p.m. - Thieves took a big screen TV, a Blu-ray player and more from a home on East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston. The house sitter reported she was gone for a month on military training, and the occupant is on military deployment.

8:54 p.m. - Pendleton police received a call for an officer to check on the well-being of people renting a home on Southeast 16th Street after a female there threatened to kill people.

9:38 p.m. ­- Oregon State Police and the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Southwest Wyoming Avenue, Lexington.

•Pendleton police arrested Mariah Shaunika Ray Wright, 24, and Cameron Spencer Smith, 20, both of Pendleton, for third-degree assault. Police Chief Stuart Roberts reported they beat a male that owed them money for marijuana.

12:54 a.m. - A caller at the Sub Zero Restaurant & Lounge, 100 W. Highway 730, Irrigon, reported someone tried to rob him.

1:52 a.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of a man and woman yelling in the street on West Ridgeway Avenue about drugs. The caller said the couple had been screaming at each other for about 15 minutes.

6:49 a.m. - A large black dog chased people on Northwest Despain Avenue near 14th Street.

8:44 a.m. - Fake IRS callers did not scam a Pilot Rock resident who, instead of giving money, gave police a call.

9:03 a.m. - A woman reported she was at Pearson Creek on Forest Service Road 54 near East Birch Creek Road, Pilot Rock, and a man she knows assaulted her, slammed her against the vehicle and threatened her.

9:11 a.m. - A caller reported the gate to the entrance hall of the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Hermiston was damaged sometime during the night.

9:14 a.m. - A Weston woman on South Water Street reported a man she knows entered her home last night and took her TV and is trying to sell it online, according to information from a friend. She was not home, though, she said, but was heading there.

9:48 a.m. - A Pilot Rock woman asked an officer to come to her home on Southwest Birch Place because her utilities are shut off due to a fraud complaint.

10:40 a.m. - Pendleton interim fire marshal Jack Remillard brought fireworks to the Pendleton Police Department, 622 Airport Road, for destruction.

10:45 a.m. - Marion County sheriff’s deputies asked Pendleton police to have an officer to accompany them to a home to interview someone connected to an attempted homicide.

12:38 p.m. - A man about 30 years old and wearing a black shirt and black cargo pants roamed the store and picked up items and placed them in different places at Walgreens Pharmacy, 144 S.W. 20th St., Pendleton. An employee asked police to escort him from the store.

2:38 p.m. - A man in the Umatilla County Community Corrections Transition House, 4704 N.W. Pioneer Place, Pendleton, told police someone five years ago stole his weight set from a home in Milton-Freewater. An officer advised him to contact the Milton-Freewater Police Department to make the report.

7:42 p.m. - A man and his wife told Umatilla police they are “co-habitating with another couple” on Naches Avenue but are not on the lease and were asked to leave. They wanted to talk to an officer regarding options and the eviction process.

8:47 p.m. - A German shepherd attacked and killed a cat at Southwest Goodwin and Hailey avenues, Pendleton. The dog owner was not able to get the dog off the cat in time.

9:31 p.m. - A Umatilla man on Wenatchee Street reported someone broke into his house and stole items last night and he knows who has the property.

10:06 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a man hitting a woman and threatening to kill a dog at a camp at Cutsforth Park on Willow Creek Road, Heppner. A deputy responded, saw no one with wounds or bruises, and the people there said nothing happened.

10:25 p.m. - A Hermiston woman called to say her husband was on Facetime with a half-naked woman in front of her child. The wife asked her husband to leave and he wouldn’t.

10:36 p.m. - A woman in Pendleton called 9-1-1 to report her drunk dad and uncle hit her.

11:39 p.m. - Pendleton police received another report of yelling and banging in a unit at Blue Mountain Village Apartment Apartments, 2700 S.W. Goodwin Ave.

•Umatilla tribal police arrested Steven Michael White, 28, no address provided, for reckless driving, misdemeanor and felony fleeing police, and on a warrant.

9:09 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a long-haired man on a bike with a cart full of electronics on the Pendleton River Parkway between Main Street and Southeast Third Street. Officers did not find the man.

9:36 a.m. - Someone stole the front and back license plates from a van belonging to the First Assembly of God Church, 1911 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton.

11:03 p.m. - An Irrigon caller reported people were outside at 2 a.m. on South First Street screaming “they were going to stab someone” and one person was looking for “Joe” to buy drugs from. The caller said he felt threatened.

1:34 p.m. - A resident on Southwest Third Street, Pendleton, complained of a “strong odor of dog feces from the yard.”

6:05 p.m. - Firefighters responded to a combine fire on Lindstrom Lane, Ione.

7:31 p.m. - An older man followed a woman into the restroom at Don Baxter Skate Park, 8 N. Main Ave., Irrigon.

2:14 a.m. - A caller asked Pendleton police to send extra patrols through the area around Crabby’s Underground Saloon, 220 S.W. First St., Pendleton, due to “possible gang members looking to start trouble.”

10:02 a.m. - Pendleton fire department responded to a small grass fire near Wendy’s, 824 Southgate, Pendleton, and had the burn under control after several minutes.

12:54 p.m. - A gray GMC flatbed truck dumped a bag of ammonium sulphate in a driveway on Southwest Second Street, Irrigon. The property owner reported he put the substance into his garbage before realizing what it was. Irrigon firefighters removed the substance from the road.

13:07 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to Northeast Mount Hebron Drive, Pendleton, to help a wheelchair-bound resident stuck in a car that would not open after the electronics on the vehicle stopped working.

2:20 p.m. - Multiple callers reported a black sedan westbound on Interstate 84 near Boardman rolled several times. Local emergency agencies responded. There was no further report.

3:36 p.m. - A Heppner woman reported a caller from Jamaica tried to scam her and her husband out of money. 6:01 p.m. - Scam callers tried to get a Lexington man to let them access his computer, but he called law enforcement instead.

8:33 p.m. - A caller reported a woman on Southeast 10th St, Pendleton, was smoking a glass pipe, which could be for drug use, while driving a gray “racing type car” with an airfoil toward Main Street.

8:47 p.m. - A caller told Pendleton police the man who has harassed him for the past couple of years now has threatened him. He asked to speak to an officer.

4:12 a.m. - A pre-teen boy in Boardman told law enforcement his stepfather was fighting with his mother at their apartment on Tatone Street.

8:34 a.m. - A veterinarian told Pendleton police she walked her dogs on Northwest Eighth Street when two other dogs at large bit her dogs. The injuries were not life-threatening, she said, but she wanted to talk to an officer.

9:38 a.m. - Morrow County law enforcement responded to a call about a wife in Boardman who slapped her husband several times, took children and threatened to kill herself.

10:55 a.m. - A red Chevrolet S-10 pickup dumped roofing material at 10th Street and Utah Avenue, Irrigon.

12:58 p.m. - A Pendleton woman reported she told her ex-boyfriend she put all his stuff out on the deck, and he called her and said he would burn the house down.

2:27 p.m. - A man reported the theft of recreational vehicle tires from the Pendleton industrial park area on Westgate Drive.

10:42 p.m. - Boardman police responded to a report of a female who was the victim of an assault.

11:12 p.m. - Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a home on Southwest 21st Street, Pendleton.

Thursday

•Umatilla tribal police arrested Michael Coronado, 42, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession of methamphetamine, and supplying contraband (drugs).

Friday

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler John Stone, 22, of Hermiston, on a warrant and for possession of methamphetamine and carrying a concealed weapon.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Rolland Parrish, 38, no address provided, for duii (alcohol).

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Ernesto Osorio Ramirez, 31, of College Place, Washington, for duii.

•Enterprise police contacted Pendleton police to help in contacting a woman whose debit card was in the possession of Jerome Myles Minthorn, 32, of Pendleton. Wallowa County law enforcement arrested Minthorn and booked him into the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, for attempting to flee police, felon in possession of a weapon, possession of methamphetamine, delivery of meth within 1,000 feet of a school, trespassing and criminal conspiracy.

Saturday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Chance McDonald, 24, of Kennewick, Washington, for duii.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel Rodriguez, 22, of Boardman, on a warrant and for possession of cocaine.

11:02 a.m. - A dog attacked a male on East High Street, Athena, biting his elbows and legs. The victim said the dog belonged to neighbors and he would wait for law enforcement at his home.

6:50 p.m. - A Umatilla man at Marina Apartments, 1600 Second St., reported someone scratched and threw eggs on his 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe.

5:19 p.m. - An aggressive dog chased a calf that was only a few days old on Forcade Lane, Hermiston. The livestock owner also reported the dog, which belongs to neighbors, may have killed three of his chickens last week.

1:11 a.m. - Neighbors on Southwest 11th Street, Hermiston, complained about the racket from a large party, prompting police to issue a warning.

1:26 a.m. - But there was no indication law enforcement warned the party at the blue house near Cobb Road and Highway 339, Milton-Freewater, after a caller complained about noise and people being loud outside.

2:19 a.m. - A drunk male at Abel’s Gotta Stop, 131 Sixth St., Umatilla, cried, was abusive and destroyed property.

10:01 a.m. - A Weston man on North Franklin Street reported he had to put down his dog after someone jumped his fence and kicked the animal.

6:33 p.m. - A Stanfield man reported he rents from his mother, who comes onto the property and now took some of his tools and locked them in the garage.

6:48 p.m. - A caller told Pilot Rock police he was house-sitting for his parents on Southwest Birch Street and three days ago found a door open but at the time thought he left it open. He closed and locked it, he said, but returned Friday and saw it was open and the home was missing cash and there were beer bottles inside.

6:59 p.m. - The wife of a Weston man reported a black-and-white pit bull dog entered their yard on South Washington Street, chased her husband, tried to attack their dog and was preventing her from getting into the house.

7:34 p.m. - And in yet another dog complaint, a man on Fifth Street, Umatilla, reported the neighbor’s pit bull dog tried to attack his dog and this was not the first time.

8:24 p.m. - A motorcyclist reported he was riding at about 7 p.m. at Westland and Bridge roads, Hermiston, when he saw four members of the outlaw Mongols Motorcycle Club heading into Hermiston.

7:38 a.m. - Umatilla police responded to Columbia Crest Apartments, 1500 Third St., Umatilla, for a male beating a female.

3:01 p.m. - A Pendleton man on Valley View Drive reported the neighbor’s dog attacked his cat, and if the dog comes back onto his property, he will kill it.

9:27 p.m. - A man reported he parked his vehicle next to his father’s house on Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater, and the neighbor was verbally abusive and released the dog to attack them.

9:40 a.m. - A Umatilla woman reported a man she knows broke into her house and assaulted her at 6:45 a.m. then left in a Chevrolet Suburban but threatened to return.

4:39 p.m. - Six dogs were in a vehicle with the windows closed at Crossroads Truck Stop, 2020 U.S. 730, Umatilla.

7:54 p.m. - An Irrigon man on Southeast California Avenue reported people tried to sell him illegal fireworks and talked about how they could not wait to ignite them.

8:19 p.m. - A caller told Pendleton police she and her friends gave food to an intoxicated 15-year-old male and a juvenile female at Roy Raley Park, 1205 S.W. Court Ave., and were waiting with them at the shelter in the park.

8:43 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received an emergency report of a male hitting a female at a home on Diagonal Road, Hermiston.

8:43 p.m. - Three people in life vests clung to a Jet Ski with a dead battery until help arrived near islands in the Columbia River west of Paterson, Washington.

9:40 p.m. - Someone hit a 19-year-old male in the head with a brick at the Sinclair Dino Mart, 100 N. Main St., Boardman. Multiple agencies responded, and an ambulance took the victim to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston.

10:43 p.m. - Pendleton emergency services responded to a report of a father and daughter locked in a restroom at the south end of Bedford Bridge on Southwest 18th Street.

Saturday

•Oregon State Police arrested Clint Allen Haury, 33, of Walla Walla, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and driving while suspended. OSP reported his blood alcohol level was .21 percent, almost three times the legal limit of .08 percent.

Monday

•Pendleton police at 9:18 p.m. responded to a domestic disturbance call on the 500 block of Southwest 19th Street. Officers arrested Ryan Scott Sullivan, 30, of Pendleton, on three warrants and for resisting arrest, three counts of credit card fraud, which is a felony, and three counts of second-degree theft, a misdemeanor.

Police also arrested Amber Nicole Sullivan, 28, of Pendleton, for interfering with a peace officer and second-degree disorderly conduct.

•Oregon State Police arrested Cristian Alajandro Rodriguez, 19, no address provided, for possession of methamphetamine and felony probation violation.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Victor Saldana, 22, of 642 Pierce St., Milton-Freewater, for duii.

1:23 a.m. - A male punched the drive-through window at Jack in the Box, 1904 S.W. Court Place, Pendleton, and then urinated in the drive-through.

11:12 a.m. - A Pendleton woman reported a male came to her residence at Indian Hills Village Apartments, 1335 S.W. Second St., Pendleton, and threatened to assault her.

12:51 p.m. - Two raccoons climbed into a tree on a Pilot Rock man’s property at Southwest 10th Street.

1:52 p.m. - A mail carrier asked for a welfare check for a man on West Hermiston Avenue because his mail is piling up.

3:52 p.m. - Pilot Rock police checked into a solid waste complaint on the 100 block of South Alder Street.

5:54 p.m. - Two “kids” looked like they were trying to get into vehicles in the Safeway parking lot, according to a caller, and were walking across Highway 395 on North Fourth Street. At 6:24 p.m. a man reported his car had been stolen after it was parked there since 8 a.m.

6:37 p.m. - Scammers trapped another local victim. A Stanfield woman reported two men pretending to be “Capt. Holloway and Lt. Doyle” with the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office scammed her out of more than $900. The sheriff’s office has no such captain or lieutenant.

8:46 p.m. - Pendleton police looked for but did not find a boy around 12 years old that a caller reported threw rocks at Washington Elementary School, 1205 S.E. Byers Ave., Pendleton.

8:48 p.m. - A woman on Northwest 11th Street, Hermiston, reported she found a possible pipe bomb in her mailbox and moved the item into her house.

9 p.m. - A resident on Chukar Circle, Umatilla, complained about the neighbor’s pit bull dog always at large.

9:27 p.m. - A crisis team received a call to help a suicidal person in Pendleton.

12:35 a.m. - A Milton-Freewater man discovered someone entered his house on the 100 block of North Main Street and stole several bottles of cologne.

12:45 a.m. - Pendleton police received a 9-1-1 call about a suspicious situation at Knights Inn, 310 S.W. Dorion Ave. The caller reported a man in his mid-50s was with three underage girls who “seemed to be terrified but loyal” to the man and would not do anything without his permission. The caller was worried about the girls.

3:04 a.m. - A Hermiston woman on Northwest 12th Street reported a burglar came through the back window and stole $500 in change sometime between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m.

6:50 a.m. - Someone slashed tires on two vehicles on the 100 block of South Columbia Street, Milton-Freewater. Almost 12 hours later, a Milton-Freewater business owner on the same street reported several broken windows at his establishment.

6:56 a.m. -Someone stole an 8-foot-by-12-foot metal frame and chassis for a flatbed trailer from Fenders By Enders, 1845 N. First Place, Hermiston.

7:04 a.m. - A thief stole tools from a shed on the 900 block of Cowl Street, Milton-Freewater.

9:04 a.m. - A caller told Pendleton police she saw a 20-something man fight a teen at Northwest Carden Avenue and 14th Street and another teen shook the hand of the young man.

10:25 a.m. - An offensive odor from a home on Southwest Cedar Street, Pilot Rock, prompted a neighbor to complain about the stench.

11:03 a.m. - An administrator at the Guardian Angel Homes assisted living facility in Hermiston reported one resident punched another in the stomach, but no medical treatment was needed.

11:13 a.m. - A woman asked for an officer to come discipline a disrespectful child at Sunset Park in Hermiston. She said it was not her child, but the child’s mother was also at the park.

11:40 a.m. - Stanfield police received a report about a delusional man knocking around a cat in a pet carrier on South Main Street.

11:59 a.m. - A Hermiston woman reported a neighbor is constantly yelling at her and her kids when they are outside playing at their home on East Wilshire Avenue. She wanted an officer to come to the house. At 12:03 p.m. on nearby Northeast Third Street, a woman reported a 12-year-old boy comes to her house and yells profanities and that he is not afraid of her. That woman also requested contact.

12:26 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater property owner reported a tenant left a residence on Walla Walla River Road and took two window air conditioning units, a furnace, a 16-foot metal gate and smaller items, and he also damaged the property.

12:38 p.m. - Employees of Circle K, 335 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, discovered someone passed the business a fake $100 bill.

12:53 p.m. - A big dog locked inside a Red Kia in the Hermiston Big 5 parking lot was reported to police by an anonymous caller.

1:16 p.m. - A Hermiston-area man reported someone hacked his Facebook account and posted fake photos of him and want him to pay money.

13:48 p.m. - The tenant that left a home on Diagonal Road, Hermiston, also left behind three goats.

3:38 p.m. - Pendleton police warned the owner of a little white dog after a caller reported the animal entered her yard on Southeast Sixth Street and tried to bite her disabled mother.

6:27 p.m. - A man living on Michaels Lane, Hermiston, reported someone just blew his mailbox to pieces with an explosion powerful enough to rock the house. Nothing was on fire, he said, and he saw no one around the mailbox before or after the explosion.

7:50 p.m. - A caller told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office his neighbors on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, were shooting guns in the direction of another neighbor’s house. A deputy talked to the suspect and found a different resident to the east was setting off fireworks.

8:08 p.m. - Juveniles were under the 10th Street Bridge, Pendleton, and the youngest children were trying to climb the bridge. They were gone by the time police arrived.

8:43 p.m. - A woman reported her purse was stolen out of her shopping cart at Fiesta Foods, Hermiston, while she was loading her groceries, and asked for police contact.

11:53 p.m. - A bartender at Midway Tavern, Hermiston, reported a male started a verbal altercation with two others inside the bar and then began running around in the road on Highway 395. He had been at the bar for about 5-6 hours, had about 3 beers and had been playing pool, but she didn’t know his name. The other bartender was keeping an eye on him.

11:59 p.m. - A woman said she heard a fight at one of the entrances to Sundial Apartments, 1650 W. Sunland Ave., Hermiston, but couldn’t see anything.

7:44 a.m. - A dog bit a resident on the 2800 block of Northeast Riverside Avenue, Pendleton. The victim waited for an officer to arrive.

9:16 a.m. - A woman came to the Umatilla Police Department, 300 Sixth St., Umatilla, and reported her ex-boyfriend was stalking her and his actions are escalating. Police are investigating.

9:23 a.m. - Pendleton police received a call about a man and woman fighting in a driveway on Southwest Hailey Place.

10:01 a.m. - Renters moved from a residence on Diagonal Road, Hermiston, and took the lawn mower, hutch, dining set and more that belonged to the property owner.

10:09 a.m. - An Ione woman reported a man from Lexington threatened to kill her and has others coming to kill her.

10:21 a.m. - Pilot Rock police received a complained about garbage “piling up again” at a home on West Main Street and people there urinating in the alley.

10:35 a.m. - Someone stole a Honda generator from a home on Southwest Goodwin Avenue, Pendleton.

11:20 a.m. - A woman asked law enforcement to help her disabled mother living on East Theater Lane, Hermiston, to remove a dead cat from under her residence.

11:31 a.m. - A Umatilla home renter on Fifth Street reported the owner showed up, yelled at her and told her to leave the house by 8 p.m. She asked to speak to an officer in person.

2:19 p.m. - Emergency responders rescued a Pendleton man after he crashed on Highway 331 near milepost 2, Mission.

Oregon State Police reported Daniel Roy Caldwell, 59, of Pendleton, fell asleep at the wheel in a white Chevrolet Trailblazer, drifted off the road and rolled multiple times. The wreck trapped Caldwell, and firefighters freed him. An ambulance took him to St. Anthony Hospital, according to state police, but he did not suffer life-threatening injuries.

3:45 p.m. - Hermiston Parks is requesting extra patrol at night at Theater Sports Park, McKenzie Park, and Butte Park. The Hermiston Parks and Rec department have been having some problems with people destroying the bathrooms at night.

6:14 p.m. - Four to five people fought on the 400 block of South First Street, Irrigon.

8:23 p.m. - A Hermiston-area man reported he received a scam call from someone claiming to work for “Publisher’s Clearing House.” He also said he wrote down “quite a bit of information” and wanted someone to call him.

9:01 p.m. - A man at Terwilliger Plaza Apartments, 245 S.W. Fifth St., Pendleton, reported he found a homeless man lying in front and almost under his pickup. The caller said he asked the man to leave, and he yelled back in response, but he also walked away. Police found the man and gave him a warning.

10:11 p.m. - A Pilot Rock man went to check on his landlord on Southwest Birch Place and heard a male voice state, “Don’t open the door.” So he called police instead.

10:47 p.m. - Someone left a trailer with a riding lawn mower in a yard at Westfall Septic, 78131 Highway 207, Hermiston.

11:27 p.m. - A Pendleton man on South Main Place reported his “ex” came to the home about 30 minutes earlier and caused a disturbance after his mother refused to let her in. She then dumped a large garbage bag on the yard and left.

1:18 a.m. - Juveniles rang the doorbell on a home on Northwest 12th Street, Pendleton, then ran away. The wife living there asked police to check the neighborhood and said her 84-year-old husband was out looking for the youth.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rigoberto Tena Rosales, 22, of Hermiston, for two counts of second-degree trespass and two of first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

•An Oregon State Police trooper at 6:57 p.m. stopped a westbound silver Mercedes LL on Interstate 84 near milepost 214 for going 106 mph. The trooper found the driver, Erik Honan Christian, 46, of Seattle, was wanted on a Washington County warrant and arrested him.

•Boardman police arrested Logan Roy McMahon, 23, no address provided, at Lynard’s Spud Cellar, 102 Boardman Ave. N.E., Boardman, for second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misuse of 9-1-1.

Friday

•Hermiston police arrested April Mae Bautista, 38, of Umatilla, for second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful use of an electrical stun gun, tear gas or mace, and felon in possession of a weapon.

3:29 a.m. - An assault was reported in the vicinity of the Morrow County Justice Court, 205 N.E. Main Ave., Irrigon. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies are investigating the report.

4:18 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, Boardman Police Department and Boardman ambulance were called to a residence on Wilson Lane, Boardman, for a woman who was in a dispute with her boyfriend and thought she may have a broken arm.

8:50 a.m. - A resident of Edgewater Condominiums, 27 N.W. 12th St., Pendleton, reported his car broken into sometime during the night.

10:26 a.m. - A blue 2013 Toyota Prius was reported stolen from the vicinity of South First Street, Irrigon.

11:17 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a $16,000 sewing machine from a residence on Depot Lane, Irrigon.

12:58 p.m. - A resident of Baker City reported the theft of her purse and cell phone from her unlocked car in the 400 block of South Columbia Street, Milton-Freewater, about a week earlier.

1:51 p.m. - A man requested contact from Pendleton police at his home after another man tried to run over him with his car near Big John’s Pizza, 225 S.W. Ninth St.

3:02 p.m. - Someone poured paint stripper on a 2006 Volvo Cross-Country, reported the car’s owner. She requested contact from a Pendleton police officer at a local body shop.

3:14 p.m. - A caller at Stockman’s Steakhouse in Hermiston said there was a couple in the bar gambling and they had left two small children in their SUV.

4:34 p.m. - A man whose car was backfiring took it apart and thinks he may have found a meth-making device. He met with a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy at the sheriff’s office in Heppner.

6:15 p.m. - A woman called Pendleton police to report her license plates stolen. She said a suspicious man approached her twice earlier in the day, once at Jack in the Box and once at Safeway on Southwest 20th Street, and he made her very uncomfortable. She said the theft of her license plates happened shortly after the second time he approached her.

8:56 p.m. - A semi truck driver assaulted another at Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395, Stanfield.

9:15 p.m. - Pendleton police were called after someone passing by Olney Cemetery, 865 Tutuilla Road, Pendleton, noticed four or five people sitting in a circle inside the cemetery and chanting.

2:30 a.m. - A man called to report his home on NW Dusk Drive was egged. He said his house was hit by about 20 eggs.

4:15 a.m. - A resident of North First Street, Irrigon, was awoken by someone throwing rocks through their bedroom window.

5:57 a.m. - Open manhole covers were reported near the intersection of Southeast 10th and Third and later at 12:30 p.m. on Southeast Court Place in Pendleton.

7:52 a.m. - Stanfield police were again called to Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395, to break up a fight between semi truck drivers.

10:32 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office investigated a domestic violence report at a residence on John Day Street, Umatilla.

11:42 a.m. - Pendleton police picked up two firearms that were found laying on the side of the road near B&M Manufactured Home Court, 2903 N.E. Riverside Ave.

2:37 p.m. - A Pendleton ambulance crew was called to the parking lot of the Red Lion Inn, 304 S.E. Nye Ave., Pendleton, for a motorcycle rider who was suffering from heat exhaustion.

3:26 p.m. - Scammers caught another Pendleton resident, who sent money in the form of two American Express cards to callers who told her she had missed jury duty and there were warrants for her arrest.

6:23 p.m. - A resident of North Cabana Road, Hermiston, complained to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s office that a woman is stealing money from him.

6:49 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, Boardman Police Department and Boardman ambulance were called to a residence on Willow Fork Drive, Boardman, after a report of a fight.

7:10 p.m. - A laptop and possibly other items were reported stolen from a residence on Wilson Lane, Boardman.

8:33 p.m. - A male caller on E Jennie Avenue in Hermiston stated his mother came home intoxicated and was “flipping out,” the call then disconnected.

8:36 p.m. - A group of about 20 people, including at least one woman, were reported fighting on Northeast Oregon Avenue, Irrigon. The fight had broken up by the time Morrow County sheriff’s deputies arrived at the scene.

9:51 p.m. - While at the Hermiston Conference Center, a caller reported that a man came up and sucker punched him in the mouth.

9:54 p.m. - A car prowler stole two Seattle Seahawks beanies from a vehicle on North Broad Street, Weston.

11:02 p.m. - A car alarm startled a possible car prowler on Tyler Road, Boardman.

12:05 a.m. - A man called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office after his wife was allegedly assaulted by another man and then the couple was stranded on the side of the road near Baxter Road and Lark Lane, Hermiston.

12:42 a.m. - A resident of Southeast Ninth St., Pendleton, called police after his girlfriend, who was intoxicated, tried to beat up their dog and their roommate.

2:37 a.m. - Two women reportedly scuffled in a car eastbound on Interstate 84 near Boardman. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies were unable to find the vehicle.

4:07 a.m. - A drunk man walking down South Main Street, Pendleton, pounded on doors of at least two houses in the area.

12:55 p.m. - Stanfield police received a report of car break-ins on West Furnish Avenue. A valuable knife and a camouflage container with paperwork were stolen from one of the vehicles.

1:29 p.m. - Tires were reported stolen from a semitrailer on an empty lot on Lind Road, Hermiston.

2:44 p.m. - A residence of Northwest Oregon Avenue, Irrigon, reported a woman stole his blue 2010 Dodge Ram around 9 a.m. The keys were in the vehicle, he said, but there was very little fuel in the tank. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy took a theft report.

4:49: p.m - A woman reported her vehicle was broken into while she was at a movie at Hermiston Stadium 8.

6:01 p.m. - Pendleton police were called to McKay Creek Elementary School, 1539 S.W. 44th St., after someone reported juveniles throwing cinder blocks off the roof of the school.

7:20 p.m. - A man returned to his apartment on Southeast Court Place, Pendleton, after being away for the weekend and found that someone had entered his home. He said the apartment was a mess and his cat was dead and in the refrigerator. He requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

8:10 p.m. - Morrow County sheriff’s deputies investigated a report of a man selling copper wire out of the back of his pickup at the Irrigon Shell Station, 300 S.E. Highway 730.

10:25 p.m. - Cash was reported stolen from a residence in the 1200 block of South Mill Street, Milton-Freewater. The homeowner was not sure if anything else was taken during the burglary.

11:29 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Wilson Lane, Boardman, after a caller reported a stranger in the yard and then yelling and shots fired when her husband went outside to confront the prowler.

•Pilot Rock police arrested Gregory Maurice Deboer, 54, address not provided, after a woman reported he threw an ax at her and hit her hand on West Main Street, Pilot Rock. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on a charge of second-degree assault.

•Pendleton police arrested Elizabeth Anne Malik, 45, address not provided, on charges of attempted murder and attempted second-degree assault.

9:24 a.m. - Tools and other items were stolen from vehicles broken into at a residence on Southwest Perkins Avenue, Pendleton.

10:03 a.m. - A resident of Columbia Boulevard, Umatilla, reported someone broke her windows with eggs sometime during the night. Another resident on Naches Avenue, Umatilla, reported his house was egged at 12:04 p.m.

12:05 p.m. - A rear license plate was reported stolen from a 2000 Dodge Dakota pickup on Jeppeson Lane, Hermiston.

12:31 p.m. - Three vehicles crashed on Highway 395 near Fiesta Foods in Hermiston and one of the vehicles drove off, according to a motorist involved in the crash. There were no injuries and the wreck didn’t block traffic, but a silver Honda Prelude left the scene, leaving a white Dodge Stratus and a silver Chevy truck.

1:52 p.m. - A verbal disagreement at Homestead Apartments, 516 N.W. Bailey Ave., Pendleton, devolved into something more serious when a woman on a balcony threatened a man in the parking lot with a rifle. The argument went back inside the apartment and the caller reported a four-year-old child also was inside the home.

1:53 p.m. - An employee of the Department of Human Services reported a disabled senior living in Weston was defrauded of $600 by a woman who took her debit card.

2:12 p.m. - A woman driving a white Chevy Monte Carlo reached through the window of the Hermiston Dutch Brothers drive through trying to hit the employee.

2:59 p.m. - Two handguns were stolen from a pickup parked on Southwest 18th Street, Pendleton.

5:03 p.m. - A resident of Security Apartments, S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton, called police after a maintenance man knocked on her door, let himself into her apartment when she did not respond, and undressed. The caller said the man left the apartment but she wanted a Pendleton police officer to respond.

5:20 p.m. - A medical marijuana grow on Bingham Road, Adams, was raided sometime during the weekend by someone who used a splitting maul to chop a hole in a motor home door and stole a marijuana pipe and marijuana. The owner of the motor home repaired the door, and then someone returned a few nights later to steal a 10-22 Ruger rifle with scope and a single-shot 20-gauge shotgun. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report.

6:19 p.m. - A man on Northwest Church and North Main streets, Heppner, was assaulted by a man who pulled over his car, jumped out and punched him. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

6:41 p.m. - A cell phone was stolen sometime July 5 from a camp trailer on East View Drive, Hermiston. The caller named a possible suspect.

8:08 p.m. - A group of people were playing basketball on NE Alora Drive, Hermiston, and a woman reported the male driver of a vehicle that had been parked nearby for an hour tried to entice one of her granddaughters in his vehicles with candy.

8:28 p.m. - The Umatilla Police Department investigated a reported domestic assault at a home on Southshore Drive.

8:56 p.m. - A resident of Southeast 16th Street, Pendleton, called police after a young man walking by his house asked if he could throw knives at a stump in the caller’s yard. Pendleton police were unable to find the marksman.

•Hermiston police arrested Jeffrey Stanton Randolph, 18, address not provided, on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, unauthorized entry of motor vehicle and theft by deception.

12:39 a.m. - A resident of Northwest 15th Street, Pendleton, reported three men standing outside his house.

7:40 a.m. - A man and woman were acting suspiciously in front of the Umatilla County Courthouse, 216 S.E. Fourth St., Pendleton. The couple was carrying pillows, and the woman appeared to be stripping out of her clothes under the clock tower. They were gone, however, when Pendleton police arrived to investigate.

But at 9:16 a.m., a Pendleton Parks and Recreation employee requested Pendleton police remove two people who were in the men’s restroom at Stillman Park, 400 S.E. Byers Ave., and refusing to leave.

The couple left the park, but police were called again at 9:44 a.m. when employees of Circle K, 335 S.E. Court Ave., requested the female of the pair be trespassed for life from the store.

12:15 p.m. - Windows were smashed during the night on several vehicles at Islas Auto Sales, 82070 N. Highway 395, Umatilla.

12:22 p.m. - Pilot Rock police investigated a report of damage done to the OHV track on RA Koch Road.

1:21 p.m. - Mail was stolen from a mailbox at a home on West Elm Avenue, Hermiston. The homeowner named a possible suspect.

5:55 p.m. - Thieves broke into a pumphouse at a residence on Buffalo Lane, Hermiston, and stole a shotgun reloader belonging to the landlord. The caller’s roommate saw someone outside the home between 11 and 11:30 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report.

7:02 p.m. - Umatilla police talked to a resident of Cowlitz Avenue after the woman’s ex-husband called police to report she had called him and said “there is a hit out for him and their two grown children.”

7:07 p.m. - A resident of Southeast 11th Street, Pendleton, called police after her neighbor told her a man was watching her sons play in the yard earlier in the day and took the boys’ toy cars.

8:16 p.m. - A resident of Vista Park, 1800 N.E. 10th St., Hermiston, reported a suspicious man at the trailer park “flipped around and sped out of the park” when the caller tried to approach him. The man then parked at Victory Lighthouse Church, 1940 N.E. 10th St., and started pulling things out of his van and yelling. The caller requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.

9:01 p.m. - A lifted 4-wheel-drive pickup hit a telephone pole head-on, backed up and drove away, disrupting power on Southshore Drive, Umatilla.

9:25 p.m. - A window was broken out in the bathroom of a shop on North Third Street, Athena.

10:08 p.m. - Someone broke a window in the front door of a home on East Elm Street, Hermiston, and also cut the plastic on the inside of the window. The homeowner was unsure whether anyone entered the house. A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a report.

11:01 p.m. - A resident of East High Street, Weston, reported a prowler standing in the yard.

11:02 p.m. - Pendleton police investigated a reported assault at the Pendleton Motel, 620 S.W. Tutuilla Road.

11:49 p.m. - Employees at the Irrigon Shell Station, 300 E. Highway 730, reported a person came in and screamed at them. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies and Umatilla police officers responded, but were unable to locate the person.

7:10 a.m. - The Boardman Fire Department, Boardman Police Department and Umatilla Electric Co-operative were called to the vicinity of Marine Lane And Ullman Boulevard for a fire caused by an exploding transformer.

8:11 a.m. - A red 2009 Dodge Journey was reported stolen from the lot at Premier Motors, 84321 Highway 11, Milton-Freewater, sometime during the night. An employee of the car dealer said a salesman may have unlocked the vehicle the previous day and didn’t remember what he did with the keys.

1:10 p.m. - The owner of a vacant house on Northeast Riverside Avenue, Pendleton, got a call from a realtor who said the sliding glass door of the house was open and she found a used prophylactic on the counter, but no one was inside the house. The realtor locked the house up again and the homeowner requested a Pendleton police officer meet her there.

1:19 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of severe damage to two fifth-wheel trailers in a secured storage area on East Elm Street, Hermiston.

2:07 p.m. - A wallet was stolen from a vehicle in a parking lot at Highway 11 and Northeast Nursery Lane, Pendleton.

2:22 p.m. - A resident of Lind Road, Umatilla, called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to report he thinks the neighbors are laying pipe to his well to steal his water.

4:16 p.m. - A resident of Northeast Gumwood Street, Pilot Rock, discovered a man lying is his front yard. Pilot Rock police were unable to find the man.

6:17 p.m. - An onion grower on Craig and West Spearman roads, Hermiston, reported people are stealing their onions and provided the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office with a license plate number for one of the thieves.

8:58 p.m. - A dog attacked someone riding horseback on Wilson Lane, Boardman. The Boardman ambulance took the injured rider to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston.

•Pendleton police arrested Dennis Schadler, 32, 1515 S.E. Court Place, Pendleton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).

•Pendleton police arrested Kirk Eugene Jenson, 45, address not provided, for felony fouth-degree assault.

•Pendleton police arrested Nathaniel Gregory Tilden Williams, 27, address not provided, on charges of assaulting a police officer (felony) and second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism) and interfering with a police officer (all misdemeanors).

8:11 a.m. - A resident of Hat Rock Road, Hermiston, reported a woman came into his house while he was taking a shower and took his tablet computer and $40 cash. He requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.

8:37 a.m. - Someone tried to steal a “kick bag” from a home on Southwest Court Avenue, Pendleton. The caller said the thief managed to wrestle it into the front yard and then just spilled the sand from it all over. She requested phone contact from a Pendleton police officer.

9:18 a.m. - Vandalism was reported from the West Hills Elementary School construction site in Pendleton. A locked gate and fence were torn down. An employee with Kirby Nagelhout Construction requested officer contact.

9:57 a.m. - A person driving westbound on Interstate 84 near Boardman reported a man lying on the ground alongside the freeway with a piece of cardboard over his body. The caller requested a welfare check. Oregon State Police investigated.

10:03 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office were called when a person reported a Walmart bag in a ditch along the west side of the bridge on East Loop and South Edwards roads had some kind of hair sticking out of it. The caller wasn’t sure whether the hair was animal or human.

10:24 a.m. - The manager of Mountain Glen Apartments, 200 N.E. Pioneer Drive, Heppner, reported her office was broken into and believes juveniles were the culprits. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

1:32 p.m. - Marv’s Glass Shop, 401 N. Main St., Milton-Freewater, reported the theft of soda from a vending machine.

1:33 p.m. - A Walmart employee called Pendleton police after people reported a man and a woman asking store patrons for money. One person reported the man told her “he was going to join ISIS if she did not give him a dollar.” The employee requested that Pendleton police trespass the couple.

4:36 p.m. - Pendleton police broke up a fight at the 8th Street Bridge.

5:24 p.m. - A woman reported she was punched the face by an “ex” when she took her truck back from him. She requested a Pendleton police officer meet her at the Pendleton Woolen Mills parking lot, 1307 S.E. Court Place.

5:35 p.m. - A man purportedly selling Direct TV cable service was reported to Pendleton police as suspicious after he knocked on doors in the vicinity of Northwest Fourth Street and Ingram Lane. The man was found and given a warning by police after another resident called police after he knocked on doors on Northwest Fifth Street at 8:44 p.m. But the man again was reportedly soliciting business on Northwest Eighth Street at 9:25 p.m.

7:42 p.m. - A four-year-old child wandering alone near the Don Baxter Skate Park, 8 N. Main Ave., Irrigon, was returned to his home by a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.

7:50 p.m. - The Walla Walla Sheriff’s Office requested contact from the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office after two people involved in a car accident near Stateline Road and Highway 332 in Washington reported fleeing from an assault in Umatilla County.

8:09 p.m. - A car was reported stolen from the vicinity of Southeast Byers Avenue and Eighth Street, Pendleton.

8:17 p.m. - A resident of Southwest Birch Street, Pilot Rock, reported a man was walking through the neighborhood looking at houses, and knocked on her door to try to sell her satellite TV service. When she asked the man for a business card, he said he didn’t have any and walked away. She requested a police officer talk to the man.

8:45 p.m. - A resident of Southeast Byers Avenue, Pendleton, returned home after being gone a few days to find her front door kicked in and clothing, ID and other items missing. The caller said she let a friend stay while she was gone and he reported a woman was there and was asked to leave during that time. She requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

8:59 p.m. - Prescription medication was reported stolen from a home on South Townsend Road, Hermiston. The caller named a possible suspect.

10:06 p.m. Pendleton police fielded two calls for men illegally lodging in southwest Pendleton. One man, wearing only boxer briefs, was sleeping behind the former Albertson’s grocery store, 1300 S.W. Court Ave. And eight minutes later someone reported a man lying on the sidewalk, half in the gravel, near Oxford Suites, 2400 S.W. Court Place.

10:57 p.m. - A resident of Southwest 37th Street, Pendleton, reported hearing two explosions but didn’t see anything out of the ordinary when she looked outside.

11:02 p.m. - A resident of North High Street, Adams, reported several shots fired over the past hour and a half, possibly from the vicinity of Highway 11.

•Mariah Shaunika Ray Wright, 24, address not provided, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct.

•Donald Kenneth Cundiff Jr., 21, address not provided, was arrested by Hermiston police on charges of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration (two counts) and first-degree sexual abuse.

1:39 p.m. - A white full-size van with eight occupants got stuck on the railroad tracks at South Kennedy Street and Ramos Lane, Echo. Union Pacific Rail Road reported they had stopped the train until the vehicle was cleared from the tracks.

4:38 a.m. - A resident of Vista Trailer Park, 1800 N.E. 10th St., Hermiston, reported his car stolen. The caller said the vehicle was unlocked with the keys in it, and it had a half tank of gas. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report.

6:37 a.m. - A resident of Southwest Second Street, Pendleton, reported his car was broken into while parked at South Hill Apartments, 248 S.W. 28th Drive. A longboard and other items were taken and the car was ransacked. He requested contact from a Pendleton police officer at his home.

12:29 p.m.- An employee of McKay Creek Estates, 2601 Southgate Place, Pendleton, reported spotting a goat between the assisted living facility and the taxi building. Pendleton police were unable to locate the goat.

4:50 p.m. - A woman called Pendleton police to report she found a set of jumper cables in a black case inside her home on Northwest 10th Street, and they do not belong to her.

4:51 p.m. - The Heppner Ambulance was called to the Morrow-Grant County OHV Park, Highway 207 south of Heppner, for a woman who had an ATV accident on one of the trails and dislocated her hip. She was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital, Heppner.

6:53 p.m. - A resident of Mill Creek Road near Walla Walla (on the Oregon side of the border) complained to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office that the neighbors were shooting guns, and that the neighbors on the other side of him got mad and were shooting their own guns. The two parties were also swearing at each other, and the caller was worried the incident was going to escalate.

8:12 p.m. - A Umatilla police officer was called to Crossroads Truck Stop, 2020 Highway 730, Umatilla, by an employee of the restaurant who said a woman eating with her family was biting and pinching the children. The caller also said she believed the parents were under the influence of something.

10:16 p.m. - Someone was shining a green laser at passing vehicles from the upper window of an apartment on Southwest Nye Avenue, Pendleton.

11:15 p.m. - A resident of Southwest 19th Street, Pendleton, did some quick thinking to keep a woman calm until a crisis team could be dispatched to his house. The caller said the woman showed up at his door and seemed to be “out of it” and very nervous. While talking to dispatch on his phone he reassured the woman that he was asking his brother to come over and bring some beer, and that “his brother could just come in without knocking.”

3:02 a.m. - The Pendleton Fire Department called Pendleton police when a couple of kids showed up at the fire station on Southwest Court Avenue and one of them had one wrist locked in handcuffs with no key.

9:03 a.m. - An employee of Mikami Brothers Potatoes, 2601 S. First St., Hermiston, reported the theft of tires from the business the previous night. The caller had video of the suspect’s vehicle and asked for contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.

9:34 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a cougar behind a barn at a residence on Shaw Road, Pilot Rock.

10:11 a.m. - A bright red golf cart with yellow flames was stolen from the alley behind a house on Northwest 10th Street, Pendleton. The caller said the golf cart didn’t run and requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

8:02 p.m. - A boy was almost hit by a car while he was mowing the yard at his home on North Dunne Street, the boy’s mother reported to Stanfield police. The car left the area and headed toward Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395.

10:57 p.m. - Pendleton police and fire departments were called to a dumpster fire at Southwest 10th Street and Frazer Avenue. The fire was reportedly started by fireworks.

2:08 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a resident of Mountain View Drive, Boardman, reporting his girlfriend had broken his hand. The caller said he would drive himself to the hospital.

2:17 a.m. - A resident of Northwest Ninth Street, Pendleton, reported an intoxicated man was lying on the sidewalk after trying to break into his home. Pendleton police were unable to find the man.

3:22 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a domestic assault at Hailey Place Apartments, 696 S.W. 30th St.

6:42 a.m. - A resident of Homestead Apartments, 516 N.W. Bailey Ave., Pendleton, was awakened by his dog barking and found a naked man in his apartment. The caller said he had the intruder’s wallet and requested a Pendleton police officer contact him.

7:09 a.m. - A vehicle was reported stolen from a resident on North Washington Street, Weston.

11:06 p.m. - A resident of Pond Drive, Heppner, called the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to complain about the smell from a dead deer on the neighbor’s property.

2:05 p.m. - Residents of River Ridge Drive, Boardman, complained to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office about a young man going door to door in the neighborhood asking for odd jobs. A Boardman police officer talked to the man and was told he was trying to gather funds to help pay for his grandmother’s funeral, which was in a couple of days.

5:31 p.m. - A woman carrying a rope was reported trespassing in the backyard of a residence on Southeast Alexander Place, Pendleton, by a neighbor.

6:27 p.m. - A dump truck blew a tire on Interstate 84 eastbound near Boardman. Debris in the road caused another car to wreck. Boardman fire and ambulance crews, Oregon State Police and the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.

•Hermiston police arrested Ricardo Villarreal Rodriguez, 33, address not provided, for first-degree forcible rape.

•Oregon State Police arrested Joshua John Magdos, 25, Phoenix, Ariz., for duii (marijuana).

•Oregon State Police arrested Roberto Navarro, 21, of Boardman, for duii, driving while suspended and failure to install ignition interlock device.

Saturday

•Oregon State Police arrested Cekais Toni Ganuelas, 25, Pendleton, on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving while suspended, open container, speeding and refusal of intoxicant test.

Sunday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested August Lynn Simon, 24, 137 S.E. Eighth Ave., Milton-Freewater, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Pendleton police arrested Dwayne Hartjen, 43, address not provided, for second-degree assault, a felony.

•Pendleton police arrested Ernest Lynn Roberts, 43, address not provided, for possession of methamphetamine, second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with a peace officer.

7:22 a.m. - A woman reported her boyfriend broke out her driver’s side car window sometime during the day while she was asleep at her home on Umatilla River Road, Umatilla. She also reported he physically assaulted her the previous day, but didn’t have a phone to report the assault at the time. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report.

7:27 a.m. - A white man with a green long-sleeved shirt and long hair tried to drive off with a car on E. Main Street, Hermiston after the owner left the keys inside.

7:37 a.m. - Pilot Rock police were advised of possible elder abuse, but were unable to make contact with the alleged victim.

8:49 a.m. - Pendleton police were called to Pendleton Square Apartments, 300 S.W. 28th Drive, to pick up a gun that was found in a grass circle outside the manager’s office. The caller said the weapon looked like a Glock but could also be a pellet gun.

9:11 a.m. - The Pendleton Fire Department responded to a residence on Southwest Birch Street in Pilot Rock when a 220-amp outlet in a laundry room started smoking.

9:11 a.m. - Pendleton police were called to the vicinity of Southeast 12th Street and Court Place after a caller said a man and a woman were in a domestic disturbance and pulling on a baby.

9:57 a.m. - A possible sex crime was reported to Pendleton police.

10:13 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office assisted a woman whose elderly neighbor keeps coming over and banging on her door and swearing at her at Maple Crest Apartments, 700 Wilson Lane, Boardman.

10:24 a.m. - Mail was stolen from the vicinity of Southwest Fifth Street and Isaac Avenue, Pendleton, by a man in his 20s wearing a hat and trench coat. Pendleton police were unable to find the thief.

11:13 a.m. - A resident of a homeless camp on Umatilla River Road near Umatilla reported a window broken out of her vehicle.

12:00 p.m. - A resident of West Fourth Road, Irrigon, reported his mail stolen from his mailbox on Saturday. The caller said the mail theft also happened at the end of June and in that instance it appeared other mailboxes were emptied as well.

12:53 p.m. - Paperwork, account information, a wedding ring and more were stolen during a burglary at a home on South Broad Street, Weston. The homeowner said the burglars may have entered the house through a back window. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a theft report.

1:01 p.m. - A man with a rifle trespassed on a property on Cactus Drive, Hermiston, and threatened another man working there. The property owner, who employs the threatened man, requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.

1:22 p.m. - Two unattended children, ages 3 and 5, were sitting on the sidewalk at Southeast Court Avenue and Ninth Street, Pendleton, and one of the children was stepping out into traffic, a neighbor reported. Pendleton police investigated.

1:56 p.m. - A Chihuahua was left inside a pickup with the slider window barely open and no water seen in the Hermiston Wal-Mart parking lot, according a caller. An officer responded but couldn’t find the truck.

2:30 p.m. - A woman reported someone broke into her vehicle and stole her purse in the parking lot of Good Shepherd Community Hospital on NW 11th St., Hermiston.

3:33 p.m. - An American flag was reported stolen from a home on Southeast Ninth Street, Pendleton.

4:16 p.m. - Two men were fighting at Cassens Mobile Home Park on E. Elm Ave., Hermiston, a woman reported, and one was holding a hammer.

4:18 p.m. - A resident of West Orchard Avenue, Hermiston, reported a man walked through her back yard and attempted to open a refrigerator on her back porch and her back door. When confronted, the man asked several questions that made the caller uncomfortable and then went to the church next door when she asked him to leave. The pastor of the church also called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to report the man, but deputies were unable to find him.

4:30 p.m. - An employee of Keystone RV, 3000 Westgate, Pendleton, reported his wallet stolen from his lunch box at his workstation.

5:08 p.m. - Items totaling around $5,000 were taken from a home on Diagonal Road, Hermiston, by the resident’s ex-girlfriend’s boyfriend, a man reported to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office.

5:20 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office returned to Maple Crest Apartments in Boardman to take a report for theft.

5:59 p.m. - Five or so people appeared to be assaulting an Hispanic man on E. Beebe Ave., Hermiston, near Les Schwab Tire Center, according to a person who called from a mobile phone.

7:13 p.m. - A woman assaulted another woman at a residence on Kunze Lane, Boardman. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy and the Boardman ambulance were called to the scene, but no one was reported injured.

8:52 p.m. - A resident of Southeast Second Street, Pendleton, reported a burglary in progress to Pendleton police.

10:18 p.m. - A woman said she has been drinking and her boyfriend told her he was going to kill her with a gun. He has guns in the house on Grouse Court, Hermiston, and was in the bedroom, but he hadn’t hurt her yet.

11:03 p.m. - A man at Pendleton Market, 2101 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported someone trying to break into Hal’s Hamburgers next door.

•Pilot Rock police arrested Justin Dehn Montee, 37, 218 S.E. Douglas Street, Pilot Rock, for two counts of aggravated fourth-degree assault, a felony, after Montee’s wife reported he assaulted her and their son at their home.

•Oregon State Police arrested Amber May Wetzel, 24, and John Wayne Simonson Jr., 25, both of Riverside, Calif., for possession of a stolen vehicle. An OSP deputy spotted a gray Chevrolet Tahoe stopped on the shoulder of eastbound Interstate 84 near milepost 231, and learned the Tahoe had been reported stolen from Seattle. The couple was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.

•Pendleton police cited and released Gabriel J. Ornelas, 32, 2245 16th St., Baker City, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) after a resident of Northwest Fifth Street reported he was asleep in his vehicle with the driver’s door open into traffic.

•Oregon State Police cited and released Janet Kay Taylor, 62, Heppner, for duii (controlled substance) and speeding.

7 a.m. - Someone abandoned a new bicycle and two totes of property at a residence on Southwest 14th Street, Pendleton.

8:35 a.m. - A resident of Malcolm Street, Hermiston, reported an attempted burglary at his home. The Umatilla County Sheriff’’s Office took a report.

9:54 a.m. - A man who hit a deer south of Love’s Travel Stop on Tower Road near Boardman called the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to inquire whether he could take the carcass home. Sheriff’s deputies were unable to locate the deer, and told the man he could not take the animal home anyway.

10:28 a.m. - The owner of a rental on North Main Street, Heppner, reported the theft of a stove from the home. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies are investigating.

12:16 p.m. - Umatilla police and fire departments were called to a gazebo on fire near the river at B and Sixth streets.

12:54 p.m. - A man at Mentzer & Elliot Chain Saw Sale, 420 N.E. Elm St., Pilot Rock, came into the business to report he had just been assaulted.

2:33 p.m. - A residence on Northeast Riverside Avenue, Pendleton, was reportedly broken into again. The homeowner requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

3:17 p.m. - A resident of East Jennie Avenue, Hermiston, returned home from a two-week trip out of town and discovered his home had been broken into and ransacked. He requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.

3:32 p.m. - An Auburn, Wash., man stopped at the viewpoint overlooking Pendleton on Interstate 84 at milepost 223 noticed a family of four writing on the handrails of the covered gazebo at the viewpoint. He said he took photos of the writing and gave dispatch a description of the family’s vehicle, then followed them until he turned off the freeway at Pilot Travel Center near Stanfield. An Oregon State Police trooper stopped the family at Space Age Fuel, 77522 Highway 207, Hermiston, where the family admitted to the vandalism and agreed to pay for the damages.

3:57 p.m. - A patron of Archie’s Restaurant, 194 W. Main St., Pilot Rock, called Pilot Rock police after a man entered the restaurant carrying a tire iron and looking for another man who he claimed had hit him in the head with a hammer. The angry man left on a bicycle toward the Pilot Rock Market.

4:05 p.m. - License plates were reported stolen from a vehicle parked on Eighth Street, Umatilla.

4:32 p.m. - The Heppner Fire Department and Heppner ambulance were called to the Morrow-Grant County OHV Park, on Highway 207 south of Heppner, for an ATV accident. One person had a broken leg and the other had difficulty breathing. They were transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner.

5:01 p.m. - Someone let the air out of the tires of several vehicles at a residence on East Currant Street, Athena, and drained the coolant from one of them. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for criminal mischief.

7:02 p.m. - A woman trapping feral cats for a cat rescue organization at Umatilla RV Park, 700 Sixth St., discovered a man who admitted to poisoning cats. The man did so in front of her before he knew who she worked for. She requested contact from a Umatilla police officer.

7:35 p.m. - Pendleton police were called to a residence on Southwest Ninth Street after a caller said a man was “taking an ax to a lady’s car.”

8:18 p.m. - Employees of Rocket Mart, 2398 N. First St., Hermiston, requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy for a man who was refusing to leave the property, pacing around the parking lot and screaming. The man left on foot toward Fiesta Foods, and deputies were unable to locate him.

10:26 p.m. - A resident of Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon, reported her son and his girlfriend got in a fight and then left the residence. When she went inside the home she discovered her son had taken a baseball bat to the walls. She requested contact from a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.

•Pendleton police arrested Heather Dawn Thornburg, 38, address not provided, for possession of methamphetamine.

•Pendleton police arrested Benjamin Michael Neal, 34, address not provided, on charges of fourth-degree assault and strangulation, both felonies, and menacing and interfering with making a report, both misdemeanors.

2:23 a.m. - A resident of Huckleberry Loop, Milton-Freewater, reported a stolen bicycle.

3:48 a.m. - A semi-truck driver traveling westbound on Interstate 84 near milepost 208 outside of Pendleton reported the driver’s side of one of his trailers caught fire for some unknown reason, and the four tires on that side were completely destroyed. Oregon State Police responded and the semi was towed. The driver was uninjured.

9:30 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office trespassed a man from a residence on West High Street, Athena. The resident caught him sleeping in a shed on the property and he verbally abused her while holding a rifle, then left. The man returned to the home later in the day and was let in the house by the caller’s daughter, and he stole her purse containing a debit card, cash and ID, she reported at 10:18 p.m.

10:06 a.m. - A resident of Tri-Harbor Landing Apartments, 210 Klickitat St., Umatilla, reported a cooler and other items stolen from his doorstep over the weekend.

10:35 a.m. - A passerby at North First Street near the Columbia River in Irrigon called the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to report a man in a black Dodge pickup dumping pallets on the riverbank at the end of the street. The caller said the pickup left toward Highway 730.

11:20 a.m. - Pendleton police were called after an intoxicated man entered a residence on Northwest Eighth Street and continued to roam the neighborhood, but were unable to find the man.

11:50 a.m. - A generator was reported stolen from a residence on South First Street, Irrigon. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy took a theft report.

12:36 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of fraud from a man who said someone opened a Verizon account in his name. He said he received an $800 bill from the cell phone company and requested contact.

1:24 p.m. - A resident of Trail Apartments, Boardman Ave. N.E., Boardman, was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct by Morrow County sheriff’s deputies after two women reported he “showed himself inappropriately” to them.

2:03 p.m. - A dentist on Southeast Second Street, Pendleton, reported a patient was acting “psycho” and tried to jump over the counter to attack the staff, then left in an unknown direction. He requested police contact.

2:43 p.m. - Mail, including a package, was opened and gone through at a residence on South Main Street, Pendleton. The caller said he didn’t know if anything had been taken.

5:25 p.m. - An ER nurse at St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton, reported to Pendleton police a woman reported being assaulted at Security Apartments, 130 S.W. Court Ave., two nights ago, and named her assailant.

5:39 p.m. - A car that went off the roadway at Old River Road and Highway 730, Umatilla, and went into the river and started a grass fire.

6:16 p.m. - Stanfield police responded to a report of domestic violence assault at a residence on South Earl Street.

6:25 p.m - Umatilla Tribal firefighters responded to a fire in a grain elevator on Highway 331, Pendleton.

6:49 p.m. - Oregon State Police, wildland firefighters from the Oregon Department of Forestry, and Pendleton and Umatilla Tribal fire departments responded to a semi-truck and trailer on fire in the eastbound lanes of I-84 near milepost 224. The eastbound lanes of the freeway were closed for a short time while firefighters put out the fire, and the Department of Environmental Services was called to pump the remaining fuel out of the semi’s tanks and clean up the scene. The semi was towed from the scene by Woodpecker Truck. The driver, his wife and an 11-year-old juvenile were uninjured.

8:40 p.m. - A resident of Bridgeport Avenue, Umatilla, threatened a pit bull-cross dog belonging to a neighbor that tries to break through the fence every time he mows his lawn.

9:32 p.m. - Children were throwing apples at neighbors’ houses and property on Northwest Seventh Street, Pendleton. A Pendleton police officer warned the children.

11:27 p.m. - A man called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to report someone shining a green laser from a distance into the cab of one of the locomotives parked on tracks alongside Feedville Road, Hermiston. Sheriff’s deputies were unable to locate the mischief-maker.

11:41 p.m. - Boardman police and ambulance crews were called to Riverview Mobile Court, 1370 E. Highway 730, Irrigon, for a woman who had been assaulted and wanted to press charges. She was taken to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marvin Alex Pourier, 52, address not provided, on charges of strangulation (aggravated assault) and menacing.

12:48 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, Umatilla Police Department and the Boardman Police Department responded to a report of a fight at Sub Zero Restaurant, 100 W. Highway 730, Irrigon.

7:16 a.m. - A resident of South Main Place, Pendleton, returned home to find someone had kicked in his door while he was gone overnight. He requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

8:49 a.m. - An employee of the Oregon State University Extension office on Highway 74 outside Heppner reported someone siphoned gas from an Extension vehicle.

9:02 a.m. - Someone entered a residence in the 100 block of Miller Street, Milton-Freewater, and stole a wallet and cash.

1:38 p.m. - A resident of Northwest Eighth Avenue, Milton-Freewater, reported the theft of a red Razor scooter from the front yard.

2:01 p.m. - Windows were broken out of three vehicles in an alley behind the first block of Northwest Fifth Avenue, Milton-Freewater, overnight.

3:21 p.m. - A man complaining he was cut off in traffic followed the alleged offender from an unknown location of Pendleton’s South Hill to Pendleton Point Apartments, 1211 S.W. 21st St., made threats and took down the driver’s vehicle information, stating, “If they don’t take care of this I will.” The man being followed stated there was no traffic accident and requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

4:51 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a woman beating up her husband at a residence on Southeast Byers Avenue.

4:58 p.m. - Break-ins at several storage units at Steve’s Assured Security Storage, 80886 N. Highway 395, Hermiston, were reported. The owner requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.

6:41 p.m. - Someone came into the backyard of a property on Northwest Despain Avenue, Pendleton, and cut bushes, the resident complained to Pendleton police. The caller said the incident may be related to ongoing difficulties with a neighbor.

6:55 p.m. - A resident of Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, called the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to complain about vehicles constantly speeding in the neighborhood, and “deputies never come down their road.” He said he would start throwing things at the speeders but a deputy advised him not to.

9:23 p.m. - A resident of Buffalo Lane, Hermiston, reported the theft of two vehicles, two car batteries, a car stereo and more someone within the last couple of months. He asked a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy to contact him at home.

11:26 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of the theft of prescription medication from a man who lives in a rooming house. The man said he didn’t know the address of the house and asked an officer to meet him at Til Taylor Park, 700 S. E. Dorion Ave.

•Hermiston police arrested Theodore Londale Williams, 32, address not provided, on charges of first-degree burglary, third-degree escape, second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).

•Pendleton police were called to Jack in the Box, 1904 S.W. Court Ave., for a man who had passed out at the wheel in the drive-through. Heath Austin Wilson, 23, address not provided, was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants and refusal of intoxicant level test.

10:25 a.m. - A couple in the vicinity of Cedar Road, Irrigon, knocked on doors asking for cigarettes and walked through people’s yards, a caller reported to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office.

11:57 a.m. - A resident of Cedar Road, Irrigon, reported his ex-girlfriend was outside trying to break into his truck. She had also caused trouble the previous night, the caller said.

12:06 p.m. - A man walking across a crosswalk at Southeast First Street and Court Avenue, Pendleton, was almost hit by a woman who was talking on her cell phone while driving. The man said the woman did not stop and said he wanted to sign a complaint.

1:14 p.m. - Terry’s OK Tire, 214 N. Main St., Milton-Freewater, reported a padlock cut off sometime during the previous night.

1:17 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was alerted that a woman was assaulted on Brace Road, Irrigon, and her attacker stole her cell phone.

1:17 p.m. - An employee of the Umatilla Basin Watershed Council, 920 S.W. Frazer Ave., Pendleton, reported he returned to the office and found a transient inside the building trying to take items. He requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

2:52 p.m. - Approximately $300 in change was reported stolen from a residence on Southwest Ladow Avenue, Pendleton.

3:16 p.m. - A farm building on Columbia Lane, Irrigon, was burglarized, the building’s owner reported to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office.

5:04 p.m. - A resident of Northwest Church Street, Heppner, reported her fence was torn down, her outside table and chairs were missing and her back door was wide open. She suggested possible culprits to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.

8:45 p.m. - The manager of Westgate Shell, 4412 Westgate, Pendleton, reported he has video of an employee pocketing the business’ money and requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.

2:13 a.m. - A pickup truck full of kids “drinking and picking fights” followed a resident of Southwest Kirk Avenue, Pendleton, to his house but left when the man, who has a concealed carry permit, showed them his handgun.

6:02 a.m. - A resident of Eastside Road, Milton-Freewater, reported she returned home to find a possible intoxicated woman trying to get into her home and vehicle. The alleged burglar left without gaining entry to either the home or vehicle, but the caller asked a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy to call her.

1:43 p.m. - Someone poured something into a man’s gas tank while it was parked overnight on Hoop N Holler Lane, Irrigon, the man’s mother reported.

3:43 p.m. - A man was approached at the Hermiston Post Office, 375 W. Orchard Ave., and asked if he was a police officer. When he replied that he wasn’t, the man told him “not to play him.” When the caller said again that he was not a police officer, the man punched another man. He requested contact from a Hermiston police officer.

4:19 p.m. - Umatilla police were called to a fight between two women at McNary Market & Deli, 205 Willamette St.

4:36 p.m. - A resident of Alder Avenue, Umatilla, reported someone broke into her friend’s residence again, after the locks had been changed. She requested contact from a Umatilla police officer.

6:18 p.m. - The Pendleton Fire Department and ambulance crews were called to a residence on Southwest 12th Drive for a propane or butane explosion and fire that resulted in burns.

6:55 p.m. - A man renting a house on Southwest Second Street, Pendleton, called Pendleton police to report a man had moved into his back yard with a mattress and was throwing garbage around.

9:01 p.m. - Kids walking on Cedar Road found mail on the ground, a caller reported to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office.

9:04 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was called to Love’s Travel Stop, 78665 Tower Road, Boardman, for a woman who was asking truck drivers for money and “getting mean with them” when they told her no.

10:19 p.m. - Pendleton police investigated an alleged assault at the Vert Auditorium, 480 S.W. Dorion Ave.

12:01 a.m. - A vendor in town for Pendleton Bike Week reported his wallet was stolen out of his booth at the Pendleton Convention Center, 1601 Westgate.

12:26 a.m. - A woman was intentionally hit by a car in the parking lot at the Hermiston Conference Center, 415 S. Highway 395, while working security for an event. The woman had asked the suspect to stop “doing burnouts” in the parking lot prior to the hit-and-run. She refused an ambulance.

1:33 a.m. - Pendleton police were called to Fallen Field behind the Pendleton Convention Center for a reported assault in progress.

2 a.m. - An employee of Crabby’s Underground Saloon, 220 S.W. First St., Pendleton, called Pendleton police for help breaking up a fight inside the bar.

3:30 a.m. - Umatilla police were called to a home at Sunset Village Mobile Home Park, 900 Umatilla River Road, after a report of domestic abuse.

4:25 a.m. - A Harley Davidson motorcycle was reported stolen from a residence on Southeast Third Street, Pendleton. The owner said the keys were not with it.

9:30 a.m. - A man driving an extended cab pickup speeding down North Ott Road, Hermiston, hit a “Children Playing” sign held by a local resident with the truck’s mirror. The caller said the speeding is a constant problem in the area and requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.

9:38 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a stolen silver 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser from Southeast Byers Avenue. The caller said the car was running with the keys inside it when it was taken.

11:40 a.m. - Two semi drivers at Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395, Stanfield, got into an argument and one poked the other in the eye. The injured man requested contact from a Stanfield police officer.

1:14 p.m. - A resident of Southwest 10th Street, Pendleton, called the police when a handwritten note threatening to flatten his tires was left on his vehicle.

2:13 p.m. - A burglary was reported by a resident of South Hill Apartments, 248 S.W. 28th Drive, Pendleton, but the resident couldn’t find anything missing.

2:45 p.m. - A resident of East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston, called the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to report the theft of a 9mm semi-automatic Marakov pistol, two 8-round clips and a holster. The caller named a possible suspect.

4:46 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a stolen bicycle and broken yard decorations at a residence on Southwest 31st Street.

5:01 p.m. - A possible intoxicated man was reportedly trying to break into cars at Wally’s Auto Sales, 613 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton.

7:48 p.m. - A resident of South Main Street, Pendleton, reported his home was broken into and a DVD player was missing. The caller named a possible suspect.

11:38 p.m. - A computer bag containing two laptops was reported stolen from a room at the Red Lion Inn, 304 S.W. Nye Ave., Pendleton.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Chris John Chase, 59, 392 Raspberry Loop, Milton-Freewater, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cristine Luzette Mendoza, 42, address not provided, for duii.

•Hermiston police arrested Richard James Mills, 62, address not provided, for first-degree criminal trespass after he pointed an airsoft gun at another man while naked.

•Oregon State Police arrested James E. Dillon, 55, address not provided, for duii.

•Oregon State Police also arrested Ted James Baker, 21, of Stanfield for duii after Baker almost hit the trooper head-on on Rieth Road outside Pendleton. Baker also refused intoxicant level tests.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Denise Aileen Williams, 45, for second-degree custodial interference, a felony.

•Hermiston police arrested Theodore Londale Williams, 32, address not provided, for identity theft, interfering with a peace officer and a felony parole violation.
