12:24 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to a report of a fight at the gym Club 24, 1845 Westgate Place.

2:44 a.m. - A caller reported the theft of a white Chevrolet pickup with a canopy from the Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395, Stanfield.

8:15 a.m. - Hermiston police took a report about a restraining order violation. The caller said a woman has the order against him, but she keeps texting him, which violates the order.

11:05 a.m. - An employee at the Gotta Stop, 131 Sixth St., Umatilla, asked to speak to police about being harassed by an ex-employee’s boyfriend.

12:05 p.m. - Hermiston police took a report for the theft of medication from a residence on the 400 block of West Hartley Avenue.

4:55 p.m. - A horse owner reported the landlord is harming her horses and cut off their water at River Ranch Campground on West Sprague Street, Echo.

5:26 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about the lack of water for five horses in a pasture on East East Street, Lexington. A deputy contacted the pasture owners, who said they would fill the horse trough on Friday.

•Oregon State Police arrested Donald S. Stewart, 54, of Walla Walla, for possession of methamphetamine.

•Hermiston police arrested Layton Gene Winebarger, 19, of 161 N.E. 15th St., Unit C, Hermiston, for possession of Oxycodone and on two warrants for failure to appear.

10:41 a.m. - A Hermiston woman told police she cannot keep her dog right now, so a friend has the pet, but he has been neglecting her dog, which is now “skin and bones.” She also said her friend gave her 72 hours to get the dog back.

11:30 a.m. - A caller at the Heppner Elk’s Lodge, 142 N. Main St., reported someone assaulted her son.

12:15 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to a 911 report on Northwest B Place of a man assaulting another male. The suspect was gone when police arrived.

2:07 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater caller reported the theft of an electric bicycle motor from a vehicle on the 100 block of South Russell Street.

7:54 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report of an assault at Southwest Eighth Street and Isaac Avenue.

3:57 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to Brooke RV Park, 5 N.E. Eighth St., on a report of a prowler but did not find anyone.

11:43 a.m. - An Irrigon resident reported her brother was trying to hit a female. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office sent a deputy, who spoke with the people involved.

3:26 p.m. - Morrow County emergency services responded to Southeast Division Street, Irrigon, after a vehicle hit a man. An ambulance took the patient to a hospital.

5:28 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a burglary report on the 1100 block of South First Street.

6:01 p.m. - Pilot Rock police dealt with a dog issue on Northwest Alder Drive.

8:01 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report for a burglary at the Red Lion Hotel, 304 S.E. Nye Ave.

12:35 p.m. - A caller reported a neglected cow in the pasture behind the motor home right after the curve on Tum A Lum Road near Stateline Road, Milton-Freewater.

6:03 p.m. - An Irrigon caller asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send someone to get four puppies. The pups may belong to a neighbor, she said, but no one would answer their door. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took them to Pet Rescue-Humane Society Eastern Oregon.

7:10 p.m. - A Hermiston-area woman told the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office she is going through a divorce and put a lock on her bedroom door, but her soon-to-be-ex husband kicked in the door. The sheriff’s office determined this was a civil matter, not criminal.

7:25 p.m. - A resident on Dark Canyon Avenue, Umatilla, prompted a call to police when he threw things from his garage into the middle of the street. The caller said the man has made trouble before.

Friday

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Krisiti Marie Worden, 36, of Heppner, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol), reckless driving and nine counts of reckless endangerment

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Eric Michael Masterson, 26, no address provided, for DUII following a single-vehicle crash at about 6 p.m. on Willow Creek Road, Heppner, about half a mile south of Blake’s Ranch.

•Pendleton police arrested John T. Marquez, 35, Pendleton, for DUII.

•Stanfield police arrested Jose Lewis Cerda, 34, of Stanfield, for tampering with physical evidence, second-degree theft and possession of methamphetamine.

•Pendleton police arrested Jesus Bueno Jr., 55, no address provided, for hindering prosecution.

Saturday

•Pendleton police arrested Delise R. Guerrero, 35, Pendleton, for DUII.

•Hermiston police arrested Mitchell Wayne Thomas, 28, of Hermiston, for violating parole and felon in possession of a weapon.

Sunday

•Oregon State Police at 2:39 a.m. responded to Interstate 84 near eastbound milepost 241 for a crash between a Toyota Corolla and a semi-trailer. The trooper arrested the driver of the Toyota, Antonio Guerrero, 32, of Hermiston, for DUII, and took him to the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, where he gave a breath test that showed a blood-alcohol content of .21 percent, almost three times the legal limit of .08 percent.

•Pendleton police arrested James C. Hassler, 27, of Amarillo, Texas, for DUII.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Drion Mark Donner, 28, no address provided, for first-degree burglary, second-degree mischief and resisting arrest.

•Pendleton police arrested Mary Irene Perry, 35, of Pendleton, for felony DUII following a the rollover of an SUV a little after 4 p.m. on the 1200 block of Tutuilla Creek Road.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Merrill Leischner, 35, of Pilot Rock, for first-degree assault, third-degree assault, reckless endangering, menacing and harassment.

1:51 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a Boardman-area man tearing up the house. A deputy talked to the man, and he agreed to calm down and go to bed. He also planned to go to an appointment to get help.

10:49 a.m. - Hermiston police received a request from a business to trespass a former employee from the work property.

12:31 p.m. - An Irrigon man on Southeast Utah Avenue reported the pit bull dog that tried to attack his vehicle before tried again. The incidents are under investigation.

12:56 p.m. - Umatilla police received a request to send the code enforcement officer to Cowlitz Avenue and Walla Walla Street for multiple complaints.

1:53 p.m. - Two males “exchanging words” at Til Taylor Park, Pendleton, drew a complaint for causing a disturbance.

3:17 p.m. - Whoever put their garbage in the middle of North Wayne Street, Stanfield, drew a complaint. The anonymous caller said the garbage was falling out and sometimes ends up in neighboring yards.

3:27 p.m. - A woman told Hermiston police she and her ex-husband bought a car together, but he has been delinquent on the payments. She asked for advice on what to do.

4:43 p.m. - Sergio’s Mexican Restaurant, Irrigon, reported the theft of money. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

6:44 p.m. A caller reported a possible sex offender is living on the 100 block of Baltimore Street, Heppner, and that may be too close to the nearby child care center.

7:29 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report about someone stealing the license plates from a vehicle in Milton-Freewater.

8:30 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of an armed male who pointed a gun.

11:29 p.m. - Two prowlers on West June Avenue, Hermiston, a caller reported, loaded items into a white sedan at the neighbor’s house.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Victor Tyson Bates, 33, of Pendleton, for criminal activity in drugs and on two warrants.

8:05 a.m. - Oregon State Police responded to a report of multiple deer, elk, moose and other carcasses on Nursery Annex Road, Milton-Freewater, near the railroad tracks. A trooper found the deer and elk carcasses, but there was no moose.

12:30 a.m. - An Irrigon caller on Southeast Fourth Street reported a person in a black sweatshirt with a hood ran down the street and hid in a shed, but left behind a backpack.

6 a.m. - That pit bull dog on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon, tried again to attack a man’s car.

8:31 a.m. - A woman asked to speak to the Hermiston code enforcement officer about a parking citation she received.

8:46 a.m. - A resident on Southeast Pine Court, Hermiston, reported a suspicious male may have cased the neighborhood about 45 minutes ago and possibly stole recycling cans.

10:34 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of horse neglect on East East Street, Lexington.

3:06 p.m. - Umatilla police responded to a residence on Sixth Street for mattresses and other code violations.

4 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a drunk driver at Walla Walla River and Couse Creek roads, Milton-Freewater, but the suspect was gone by the time law enforcement arrived.

7:34 p.m. - Hermiston parents in a heated argument on the 100 block of Southwest 11th Street prompted their child to call police to stop the disturbance.

9:47 p.m. - Another 911 caller reported another drunk driver, this time at Northeast Fourth Street and East Theater Lane, Hermiston. No report if police caught this driver.

11:09 p.m. - A caller reported hearing glass breaking and a male and female arguing outside at the Mountain Glen Apartments, 200 Pioneer Drive, Heppner.

Monday

•Oregon State Police arrested Antonio Guerrero, 32, of 17 Martin Drive, Umatilla, for driving under the influence of intoxicants. The arrest came after Guerrero crashed a Toyota Corolla into a semi-tractor. State police reported Guerrero’s blood alcohol level was .21 percent, almost three times the legal limit of .08 percent.

Tuesday

•Boardman police arrested James David Mitchell Town, 25, of 343 S.E Anderson Road, Boardman, for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

12:36 a.m. - Hermiston police responded to a disturbance at a home on the 300 block of Northwest 11th Street.

8:23 a.m. - Pendleton police took a complaint for harassment at Sunridge Middle School, 700 S.W. Runnion Ave.

10:17 a.m. - Emergency agencies from Ione and Hepper responded to an electrical fire in a crawl space of an Ione home on West Second Street.

11:10 a.m. - There are thieves, then there are thieves. A caller at the Umatilla Baptist Church, 146 Columbia Blvd., Umatilla, asked to speak to an officer about the theft of Girl Scout cookies.

12:05 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to the city library, 502 S.W. Dorion Ave., for an intoxicated person causing problems.

2:12 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received information about possible child abuse.

3:22 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to the back side of the city library for a man assaulting a woman who may have been pregnant.

3:55 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a man who may be intoxicated fell out of his pickup at Southeast Court Avenue and First Street, and someone helped him up from the ground. Police looked but did not see the suspect.

4:35 p.m. - Stanfield police received a 911 report that a man twice punched someone in the head on South Earl Street. The suspect left in a red car and the victim declined medical help.

4:38 p.m. - A Heppner man on Southeast Cannon Street reported the theft of a chainsaw and possibly more.

5:35 p.m. - Law enforcement in Morrow County received a report of a man on Wilson Lane, Boardman, yelling and shooting a gun multiple times.

6 p.m. - Someone broke into vehicles on Southeast Utah Avenue, Irrigon and stole a stereo system.

6:27 p.m. - The driver of a yellow pickup sped and made “burn-outs” at the Hat Rock Campground, Hermiston. Law enforcement responded and gave the driver a warning.

9:32 p.m. - Two large white dogs running on the 2100 block of Southeast Court Avenue prompted a caller to report concern for their safety. The owner of the dogs knows they are at large, the caller said, but the owner believes the dogs know their way home and how to avoid traffic.

1:55 a.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of an assault on the 500 block of West Hermiston Avenue.

•Hermiston police arrested Rebecca Anne Estes, 41, of Hermiston, for possession of a federally controlled substance.

1:14 a.m. - Hermiston police responded to the 500 block of West Hermiston Avenue for an assault.

7:22 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report of a burglary at Pendleton Square Apartments, 200 S.W. 28th Drive.

7:58 a.m. - Poachers shot and killed a doe mule deer on private property on Shaw Road, Umatilla. The landowner reported they tried to hide the deer in a ditch, drove off, returned a short time later and dragged the carcass to the middle of the road.

The landowner confronted the poachers and used his cellphone to video them. They left, and left the deer in the road.

The suspects were gone by the time Oregon State Police arrived, but the investigation is underway.

12:18 p.m. - A caller reported someone tried to use her bank card at the Pilot Travel Center, 2115 S. Highway 395, Stanfield, and she was concerned there could be a card scammer device at the gas pumps there.

2:16 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of theft at the Lifeways day treatment center, 25 S.E. Byers Ave.

2:28 p.m. - Stanfield police received a report of a burglary at The Vintage Shop at Echo Station, 211 W. Main St., Echo.

3:15 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report of theft at Athena Elementary School, 375 S. Fifth St., Athena.

4:53 p.m. - Emergency callers in Pendleton reported a bicyclist rode in and out of traffic and shouted at people at Southwest Frazer Avenue and First Street.

4:56 p.m. - Stanfield police took a report of vandalism to the front door of the Buttercreek Coffee House, 201 W. Main St., Echo.

5:15 p.m. - Dogs attacked a man on West Duane Avenue, Hermiston. He declined emergency medics, even though he said the bites left puncture marks on both legs. Police took a report.

6:21 p.m. - Staff at the Packard Tavern, 118 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported a man spit on one employee and left in a car. The guy was gone before police arrived.

9:42 p.m. - Pendleton police assisted a woman at the Denny’s restaurant, 610 Tutuilla Creek Road, because her boyfriend abandoned her.

10:35 p.m. - A 911 caller reported four people in a fight at the Motel 6, 620 S.W. Tutuilla Road, Pendleton.

1:48 a.m. - Car parts impaled a man.

Emergency department staff at St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton, told police a patient and the driver reported their vehicle hit a red tarp on the road, and the tarp went through the transmission. They heard a boom and the transmission blew into the passenger side of the cab, lodging a piece of the transmission into the man’s left thigh and left hand.

Thursday

•Tip leads to hat trick of arrests

Hermiston police acted on information from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy and responded to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 145 N. First St., where guests in one room paid for fewer people than were actually staying.

Officers contacted one person in the main room, according to Hermiston police, and two more who were hiding in the bathroom. Troy Rutherford, 31, Olivia Erevia, 28, and Sarah Bennett, 29, all of Hermiston, had eight warrants between them, and officers arrested and booked them into the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard Dean Holmes, 25, of Hermiston, on a felony warrant and for felony hit and run and misdemeanor charges of vandalism.

•Pendleton police arrested Tana Nicole Halligan, 22, of Pendleton, for felony hit and run, failure to display a license, reckless driving and interfering with a peace officer.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Solon Ephriam True, 40, no address provided, for first-degree animal neglect, resisting arrest and possession of methamphetamine.

Friday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Thomas Wayne Boffing, 57, of Milton-Freewater, for probation violation and possession of methamphetamine and oxycodone.

9:47 a.m. - Stanfield police received a complaint about people living in a recreational vehicle parking on South Lucy Street, where noxious vegetation has overgrown and storage containers and junk vehicles are on the property.

9:53 a.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of a burglary on the 900 block of West Ridgeway Avenue

12:06 p.m. - Hermiston police also responded to a call about a burglary in progress on the 300 block of East Main Street.

4:27 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater caller reported someone broke out the side window of his truck and stole a Dewalt drill on the 1000 block of North Main Street.

5 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for a burglary at Mathis Floor Service, 52731 Sunquist Road, Milton-Freewater.

11:31 p.m. - Umatilla police checked into a fight at the Mobil service station, 1800 Sixth St., Umatilla.

•Hermiston police arrested Rachel Elizabeth Collyer, 34, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine and warrants.

•Umatilla County Community Justice arrested Sara Renee Powell, 26, of Pendleton on a warrant and for assaulting a public safety officer and resisting arrest.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Zachary W. Batterton, 28, of 115 W. Broadway St., Milton-Freewater, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

7:21 a.m. - Pendleton police received a 911 call about a burglary on Southwest 12th Street.

2:57 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a 911 call on the 1100 block of West Poplar Place for a domestic disturbance.

3 p.m. - A resident of Jerry Lane, Boardman, complained about the neighbor’s Doberman pinscher getting out and attacking her chickens. The dog killed three of the fowl in the past, she said.

4:56 p.m. - A caller at Metro Mart, 1120 W. Highland Ave., Hermiston, reported a driver cut her off, causing her to hit the back of a vehicle, but there were no injuries.

8:50 a.m. - One vehicle hit a stop sign at Southeast Third Street and Emigrant Avenue, Pendleton.

9:09 a.m. - A worker showed up intoxicated at Calbee North America, 72600 Lewis and Clark Drive, Boardman, refused a drug test and tried to leave in his vehicle. Calbee reported the man was aggressive and argumentative. Morrow County law enforcement gave the man a ride.

5:50 p.m. - A semi-tractor rolled onto its side at the Stanfield Rest Area on the westbound side of Interstate 84.

9 p.m. - Pendleton police received a 911 report of a father on Southeast Goodwin Avenue locking his wife and daughters outside.

10:55 p.m. - An eastbound driver on Interstate 84 near milepost 226 was going too fast for the conditions, Oregon State Police reported, lost control and slid into the rear of an unoccupied vehicle. The crash trapped the driver, Krassimire Pechkov, 61, until emergency workers freed him and took him to St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton.

12:49 a.m. - Pendleton-area law enforcement received a 911 call about an intoxicated male burglar on Northeast 37th Street, Pendleton.

1:27 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to a fight at Mosa, 140 S. Main St. Medics received a call to the bar about 10 minutes later.

2:26 a.m. - A 911 caller on West Van Buren Street, Athena, reported domestic violence in progress.

8:40 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for the theft of a vehicle from South Golda Road, Hermiston,

11:21 a.m. - Staff at Pioneer Memorial Hospital called for a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy after a patient shoved her boyfriend during a screaming match.

3:26 p.m. - Police and medics in Umatilla responded to a 19-year-old male with difficulty breathing possibly due to drug use or a reaction.

4:46 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance at Greenacres RV Park Resort, 80542 Paterson Ferry Road, Boardman. The deputy contacted the people involved and reported “things got too verbal.”

5:38 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a handgun from Southeast Canyon Street, Heppner.

5:57 p.m. - Umatilla callers complained about panhandlers at Highway 730 and Interstate 82.

Friday

•Oregon State Police arrested Christopher Scott Paul, 27, of 1510 S.W. Hailey Ave., Pendleton, for felon in possession of a weapon (a handgun), unlawful possession of a firearm, driving while suspended or revoked, and violating parole.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Brandon Michael Garcia, 29, of 1609 View Harbor Drive, Yakima, for 23 counts of violating a restraining order and seven counts of telephonic harassment. All the charges are misdemeanors.

•Oregon State Police arrested Derrick Michael Brosy, 32, of Rainer, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and on a warrant. State police also cited Maira Divina Manwaring, 38, of Irrigon, the passenger and owner of the vehicle, for permitting unlawful operation of a vehicle.

Saturday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Ivan Pilido, 32, of 12 S.E. 18th Ave., Milton-Freewater, for DUII.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Celeste Elisabeth Diamond, 25, no address provided, for DUII (controlled substance).

Sunday

•Pendleton police cited McKayla Kinsella Fitzpatrick, 24, Pendleton, for DUII.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Andres Solis, 27, of 306 W. Sumach Ave., Walla Walla, for DUII, reckless driving, reckless endangering and on two Umatilla County warrants.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Robert James Vanpelt, 43, of 72490 Billy Road, Pendleton, for unlawful possession of a firearm and on two warrants for failure to appear.

8:25 a.m. - Oregon State Police investigated a hit and run on mailboxes on Highway 739 near milepost 180. “During the hours of darkness,” according to state police, a red vehicle struck the mail box loop containing four mail boxes, shearing the post off its base. Police found no evidence at the scene pointing to a suspect. The Oregon Department of Transportation will replace the post.

10:12 a.m. - A Milton-Freewater resident on the 900 block of Cowl Street reported the theft of items from the home and storage unit.

12:03 p.m. - Hermiston police removed plastic wrap that was a road hazard on West Orchard Avenue.

12:32 p.m. - A caller at Wildwood RV Park, 82280 Wildwood Lane, Umatilla, asked police to deal with an injured animal.

12:50 p.m. - A Pendleton man wanted to speak to an officer about his son taking his car without consent on Saturday.

1:32 p.m. - Hermiston police received a report of a terrier falling into the bars over the canal behind West Juniper Avenue.

5:07 p.m. - Hermiston police took a report of an assault on the 900 block of South Highway 395.

5:32 p.m. - A Pilot Rock resident on Northeast Douglas Street reported missing medications and wanted officers to take fingerprints from his medicine cabinet.

5:36 p.m. - A 911 caller in Umatilla told police her uncle’s wife attacked her and the uncle.

6:26 p.m. - Umatilla police took a report of a burglary at Umatilla Baptist Church, 146 Columbia Blvd.

7:03 p.m. - Rocks fell into the road at Highway 11 and Upper Dry Creek Road, Weston, causing a hazard. A caller notified the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office.

8:33 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report of theft at Gaines Autobody and Glass, 322 S.E. Sixth St., Pendleton.

8:41 a.m. - A man dropped by the Hermiston Police Department to make sure the car he is buying from a friend is not stolen because the friend does not have the title.

9:06 a.m. - Pendleton police received an anonymous report of people living in a motor home for two weeks on South Alexander Place, a city street. Police tagged the vehicle with a notice to move or face towing.

10:49 a.m. - A Boardman resident asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about a dog attacking her animals, and she has a photo now, which a deputy asked for.

12:21 p.m. - A mother in Irrigon reported a juvenile is harassing her son and accusing him of “doing inappropriate things.”

3:45 p.m. - A Hermiston caller asked to speak to police about the person who will not stop harassing her via social media.

10:13 p.m. - People screaming at the Rodeway Inn, 105 Front St. S.W., Boardman, prompted complaints to police. An officer responded and talked with a person with the wrestling team from Prineville, who said the problem would not occur again.

10:35 p.m. - Umatilla police received 911 calls about two customers fighting at the Riverside Sports Bar & Lounge, 1501 Sixth St., Umatilla

10:45 a.m. - Riverside High School, Boardman, reported a 13-year-old wrestler suffered a broken arm. Parents took the child to a hospital.

12:36 p.m. - Oregon State Police investigated a poaching report at Wildhorse and Pine Creek Roads, Umatilla County. The trooper collected evidence from two sites where animals were killed.

12:57 p.m. - A landlord on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, reported his tenants were tearing the porch off the house. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded and took a report for theft.

1:41 p.m. - A semi driver from Texas reported he was at the Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store, 78665 Tower Road, Boardman, and another truck driver threatened him with a knife.

1:49 p.m. - A farmer on Bunker Hill, Heppner, reported someone drove in and tore up an acre-and-a-half of his land, which was in conservation reserve.

4:47 p.m. - Hermiston police received a report from the 1300 block of West Sunland Avenue of one neighbor throwing buckets into another neighbor’s yard. Police determined this was a civil problem, not criminal.

8:37 p.m. - A Hermiston office looked into possible drug activity on Columbia Drive.

9:03 p.m. - A female called 911 and reported she needed to get away from a domestic disturbance at Motel 6, 620 S.W. Tutuilla Creek Road, Pendleton.

11:05 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to Country Garden Estates, 81435 Country Garden Road, Irrigon, when a resident called and asked for deputies “now” because the neighbor’s husband broke into the neighbor’s home. The suspect then sped off.

3:29 a.m. - Hermiston police took a report of gunshots on West Hartley Avenue,

2:06 p.m. - Someone shot arrows into the side of a Milton-Freewater home on the 1300 block of College Street.

3:01 p.m. - A Hermiston caller told police someone broke in and ransacked his storage unit on the 1800 block of North First Place.

4:21 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for a vehicle theft at Pendleton Riverside Apartments, 1300 N.W. Carden Ave.

9:50 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of multiple gunshots at East Beech Avenue and North McNary Street, but officers did not find any suspects.

Friday

•Oregon State Police arrested Jace Tanner Sargent, 27, of 53605 Cobb Road, Milton-Freewater, for second-degree theft, mischief and trespassing stemming from the theft of two large sets of elk antlers from a carport on the 80900 block of South Walla Walla River Road, Milton-Freewater.

State police reported troopers recovered the antlers, which had been sold to a local antler buyer.

•Hermiston police arrested Codey Allen Sanders, 23, of 1330 S.E. First St., Unit B, Hermiston, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, felon in possession weapon, and possession of burglary tools.

•Pendleton police arrested Adria Stai, 43, of 373 N.E. Fourth St., Pilot Rock, for interfering with a peace officer and assaulting a public safety officer.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Jacob Allen Gornick, 24, of 73473 Mytinger Lane, Pendleton, for fourth-degree assault.

•Pendleton police arrested Brittani Marie Marshall, 29, 1224 S.E. Court Place, Pendleton, for second-degree theft, interfering with a peace officer and identity theft.

Saturday

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office and Oregon State Police a little after midnight responded to a report of Christopher Michael Allred, 33, of 76984 County Line Road, Hermiston, “tearing up the house.” He took off in a relative’s vehicle while the caller was reporting the crimes. Law enforcement arrested Allred for unauthorized use of a vehicle, harassment, felony attempt to flee, reckless driving and second-degree trespass.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Pedro Flores Martinez, 23, of Milton-Freewater, for second-degree vandalism and domestic violence charges of harassment and strangulation.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Carl Dean Roden, 66, of Fossil, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and felony driving while suspended.

Sunday

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle Thomas Simpson, 30, of 356 S.E. Third St., Apt. 7, Pendleton, for felony attempt to flee, replacing a vehicle window with unapproved material, first-degree trespass, second-degree theft, supplying contraband, carrying concealed weapons and felon in possession of a weapon.

•Pendleton police arrested Chantal Ramirez, 27, of 446 W. Locust Ave., Hermiston, for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

7:15 a.m. - Hermiston police responded to a burglary on the 800 block of West Ridgeway Avenue.

9:09 a.m. - A Hermiston father asked police to send an officer to his home to help him with his 15-year-old son, who refused to go to school

9:14 a.m. - A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on the 900 block of Southwest 10th Place.

12:22 p.m. - Umatilla police received a complaint that a residence on Walla Walla Street has multiple cat and dogs, and one dog has a badly matted coat and another is missing hair and is “scabbed up” from the stomach to the front legs.

2:18 p.m. - Juveniles threw rocks at a residence on the 900 block of Robbins Street, Milton-Freewater.

6:18 p.m. - A caller reported a man caused a disturbance on the 800 block of West Quince Avenue, Hermiston.

8:09 p.m. - The owner of a residence at Sunset Mobile Home Park, Umatilla, called to report two males, one with a big dog, were in his vacant unit and none of them should be there.

8:46 p.m. - A Umatilla resident on Stephens Avenue told police a prowler went into her home when she went outside looking for her cat. Police did not find any suspect.

•Pendleton police arrested Bret Allen Winks, 36, of Pendleton, for domestic violence crimes of strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
