9:35 - A man asked to speak to a Pendleton officer about possible criminal activity involving Pendleton businesses and counterfeit money laundering.

11:19 - A woman in the Hermiston area reported her son-in-law helped her move some things, and he the took her gas-powered scooter.

11:27 a.m. - A wife asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send someone to check on her husband, who left his job in Boardman and was walking to The Dalles. She described the clothes he wore and said he was 35 with brown hair and brown eyes and a tattoo on his forehead, but had no cellphone, no money and no vehicle. Deputies did not find her husband.

12:51 p.m. - A woman at the Tillicum Inn, Umatilla, told police she received unwanted phone calls from a male.

12:51 p.m. - Gun shots alerted a Hermiston-area man to call law enforcement. He said he was working in his pasture on Rayton Lane and the shots were from behind his house and coming into the pasture. He also said he heard another shot while on the phone with dispatch.

2:06 p.m. - Firefighters responded to a report of flames near Powerline Road and Dean Avenue, Umatilla, and found a tree on fire on the south side of the Columbia River about 200 feet from a pump station.

4 p.m. - A woman reported she was picking up garbage that campers left at Umatilla River Road and Bonney Lane, Umatilla, and found bones that are possibly human remains. Oregon State Police checked it out and the remains more likely belonged to a dog or other small animal.

5:32 p.m. - A woman argued with her husband on Southeast Sixth Street, Pendleton, and he pushed her from the car while their children were present and walked away.

3:36 - A man in the Milton-Freewater area reported a Container Lifters NW truck ran into his mailboxes and fencing and then left. He said he called the company, which told him the driver should have had him sign a waiver. The caller asked for the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office for options on what to do.

6:01 p.m. - Stanfield police responded to a report of a “couple of guys out drinking alcohol in the park.”

11:13 p.m. - A man and woman fought at the Sub Zero Restaurant, Irrigon, and the man left. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

Thursday

•Hermiston police arrested Jose Antonio Hernandez, 28, of Hermiston, for unlawful use of a weapon, domestic violence menacing, reckless driving and two counts of reckless endangering.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Araceli Contreras, 32, of 51097 Laswon St., Milton-Freewater, for felony attempt to flee police, reckless driving and two counts of harassment.

Friday

•Pendleton police arrested James Minthorn, 29, of Pendleton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

2:24 a.m. - An employee of Blue Mountain Towing reported a blue suburban hit the sign at Lindell Auto and Truck Parts, 411 Highway 11, Pendleton, and was heading into Pendleton on Court Avenue.

6:43 a.m. - A Pendleton-area man needed an ambulance ride to a hospital after he fell out of bed and could not move his legs.

7:40 a.m. - A herd of 15 cows and calves walked up and down Baggett Lane near Hermiston. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office contacted the livestock owner.

8:08 a.m. - An employee of Pioneer Title Company, 126 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported a bicycle was chained to the front entry gate, and they were unable to get in the front door.

8:20 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call from a man who tried to speak but was disconnected, and when dispatch tried to call him back there was no answer. A second man called dispatch to report he was flagged down by a man on Pine Creek Road near Weston and wanted to report a one-vehicle accident near the bridge on Pine Creek. One man was bleeding from the head. The injured man went to the hospital in an ambulance, and a wrecker pulled his vehicle out of the creek.

11:31 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report of the theft of sway bars from a trailer at a residence on Southwest Quinney Place.

1:30 p.m. - A land owner on Brown Lane, Milton-Freewater, reported someone shot at his hired man in one of his fields. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies took a report.

2:15 p.m. - A Pilot Rock resident reported the theft of building materials from a rental property on Southeast Cherry Street during the night.

6:19 p.m. - A resident of Hat Rock Road, Hermiston, reported his tool shed broken into sometime during the past four days. He was making a list of missing items to give to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office.

1:33 p.m. - Someone stole a four-wheeler from a Milton-Freewater resident on the 100 block of Southeast Fifth Avenue.

3:04 p.m. - A dog attack on children on Southwest Third Street, Irrigon, prompted their father to call law enforcement about the dog. He said the children did not need medical help but he wanted the dog gone.

5:33 p.m. - A woman attempting to use the drive-through ATM at Wells Fargo, 102 S.E. Dorion Ave., Pendleton, reported a woman wearing a green trench coat standing in the drive-through talking to the machine. The caller said the woman swore at her while she was trying to use the ATM.

5:59 p.m. - A sheep and a calf were killed on property on North Loop Road, Stanfield. The property owner requested a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy respond and said she had photos of the kills.

8:31 p.m. - A resident of B Street, Umatilla, reported the theft of her silver 2006 Dodge Caravan. The caller’s husband named two possible suspects.

9:33 p.m. - A caller reported a large fire to the west of Curtis Road and Highway 207, Hermiston.

7:52 a.m. - A resident of Brooke RV Park, 5 N.E. Eighth St., Pendleton, reported an attempted break-in at his home around 3-4 a.m. The caller said the suspect did not make entry to the trailer, and he did not see them.

10:16 a.m. - Knives were stolen from an unlocked vehicle during a break-in on Southwest Goodwin Place, Pendleton. And at 10:23 a.m. a correctional officer at Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution, Pendleton, told police someone broke into his vehicle on Northwest 11th Street and took his coat and duty belt.

4:06 p.m. - A man doing cleanup work at a burned property on Southeast Goodwin Avenue, Pendleton, reported a gym bag containing his wallet and keys was stolen while he was working.

Wednesday

•Hermiston police arrested Pablo Juan Lorenzo, 33, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit and run (property), driving while suspended, driving uninsured and having an open container of alcohol while driving.

Friday

•Oregon State Police cited Joshua Travis Peck, 40, of Ione, for duii.

•Pendleton police arrested Roland Adam Munoz, 23, address not provided, for second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism) and second-degree theft.

•Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Gregorio Diaz, 19, address not provided, for felony and misdemeanor attempt to elude police, reckless driving, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, hit and run and on a felony probation violation.

•Hermiston police arrested Robert Jay Fetter, 34, of Hermiston, for assaulting a public safety officer and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Saturday

•Oregon State Police cited Ty Jacob Harris, 18, of Umatilla, for duii.

•Oregon State Police cited Dustin Bradly Kline, 28, of McMinnville, for duii. His blood-alcohol level was .02 percent, below the legal limit, and state police reported a trooper found marijuana and pipes in his vehicle.

•Stanfield police arrested Jeani Elyse Marlatt, 29, address not provided, for duii (controlled substance), possession of controlled substance (Schedule II), recklessly endangering another and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Sunday

•Boardman police arrested Daniel Sainez, 22, address not provided, for felony driving while suspended, resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine and attempt to elude police.

•Pendleton police arrested Sarah Ann Pierre, 37, address not provided, for possession of methamphetamine and failure to pay fines.

8:14 — A Hermiston woman on South Cabana Road reported her 21-year-old ex-boyfriend broke into the residence during the night, broke the cable box and remote and cracked the screen on her cell. She said he then harassed her and screamed at her, though he did nothing physical, and he was not under the influence.

9:44 a.m. - A Pendleton father reported someone ransacked his daughter’s Honda SUV during the weekend on Northeast Third Street, taking sunglasses and an iPhone charging cord. He also said he believed the vehicle was unlocked.

11:03 a.m. - Hermiston police received an emergency call about a male harassing a female at Tzacapu Inc., 220 S.W. Third St.

11:44 a.m.- Pendleton police received a request to remove a trespasser living upstairs in one of the vacant buildings on the 2200 block of Southeast Court Avenue, which used to be a Gilbert Auto dealership.

12:26 p.m. - A brown Chihuahua chased two little boys on Southwest Desert Oak Drive, Hermiston, and tried to bite them.

12:31 p.m. - A vandal threw a rock through the window of a car on Southwest Third Street, Pendleton, and slashed a tire.

1:03 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to Southwest 10th Court for a Horizon Projects client trying to break a closet door and other fixtures.

2:19 p.m. - An Echo resident reported he lost $12,000 in a Craigslist scam, and his bank could not help him.

3:06 p.m. - A small black dog chased chickens at a residence on Southwest Joshua Court, Hermiston, and ended up inside a live trap. The man who set the trap reported the dog tried to bite him.

4:25 p.m. - A woman at Oasis RV Park, 175 Highway 730, Irrigon, reported someone tried to break into a pickup and a trailer, and a male has been entering the women’s restroom “and making a mess.”

7:42 p.m. - Umatilla police received a call about gunshots on John Day Street.

7:43 p.m. - Juveniles for the past few nights threw rocks at a sliding glass door at Prairie House Apartments, 1105 S.W. 17th St., Hermiston. The resident said the youth were not trying to break the glass, but did it to be annoying.

8:31 p.m. - At least on miscreant broke into a man’s trailer on Highway 395 north of Hermiston, stole his television, other items and his white Isuzu Rodeo with expired Texas plates.

21:37 p.m. - A white Chevrolet Silverado pickup slammed into a power pole, shearing it and causing lines to fall at Stoneway Electric Supply, 345 N. First Place, Hermiston.

11:01 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of several people yelling and causing a disturbance in the road on Northwest 14th Street. By the time police arrived, no one was around.

•Oregon State Police arrested Robert Shawn Mahon, 36, address not provided, for duii.

•Boardman police arrested Mayling Lariza Lozano Rodriguez, 22, no address provided, for two counts of reckless endangering and one count each of first-degree assault, menacing, harassment and unlawful possession of a firearm.

2:35 a.m. - Someone rang a doorbell three times in five minutes at a home on Darby Lane, Stanfield, but did not stick around.

3:15 a.m. - Oregon State Police asked other officers to keep an eye out for a silver Nissan 350Z with Texas plates headed west on Interstate 84 from milepost 234 after it stopped in the middle of the road and drove erratically, nearly causing multiple crashes.

3:22 a.m. - A man harassed a cashier at the Crossroads Truck Stop, 2020 Highway 730, Umatilla, because she was his ex-girlfriend, then damaged a phone at the business and left.

7:41 a.m. - A man on Highway 339, Milton-Freewater, reported a break-in and theft of his TV, laptop, a rifle and more. He also said the lawbreakers tore his front door off the hinges.

8:23 a.m. - A Pendleton mother told police her son is missing again. She said she was driving when he became verbally abusive with her, and she told him if he got out she would report him as a runaway. She said he told her “Good luck with that,” and got out of the car.

8:40 a.m. - Garbage and weeds all over the property at a home on Southeast 18th Street, Pendleton, prompted a neighbor to call police and report the place was a mess.

9:59 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received information of someone living in a camp trailer with a portable toilet and trash “all around it” at a place on the Umatilla River that does not use the preferred nomenclature to refer to Chinese-Americans.

10:05 a.m. - A man told Pendleton police someone stole his tires from Northwest General Services, 5101 N.W. A Ave.

10:07 a.m. - A Pendleton caller on Northwest Carden Avenue reported a junior high school student has been stealing cigarettes butts off her porch and she was concerned the thefts may escalate.

10:18 a.m. - A farmer ran off a man who tried to steal hay on Pleasant View Road, Milton-Freewater. The caller identified the suspect as his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend.

11:09 a.m. - A member of the Umatilla County Road Department reported someone dumped more tires at Spofford and Walla Walla River roads, Milton-Freewater. He also talked to the owner of the vehicle that dumped tires, and the owner said his child did it and it would not happen again. That’s good, because according to the road worker the county will spend $700 to dispose of the tires.

11:50 a.m. - A Umatilla-area man reported his brother is harassing him via text message and calling him and accusing him of having an affair with his sister-in-law.

12:18 p.m. - Pendleton police received a request to make sure people were safe at the railroad track crossing on Northwest McKennon Road because the train undergoing service blocked the tracks and people were going under the crossing arms.

12:21 p.m. - A client at Horizon Projects, 1307 S.W. 10th Court, Pendleton, destroyed property and tried to hit staff.

3:28 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a man having inappropriate contact with minors at Pendleton High School and the Bedford Bridge.

3:40 p.m. - Umatilla police received a 9-1-1 call about a house on Madison Street “playing really loud music.”

9:28 p.m. - Water leaking from a ceiling at a building on Dean Avenue, Umatilla, triggered fire alarms.

•Pendleton arrested a man on warrants at Dairy Queen, 1415 S.W. Court Ave., after a caller at 7:22 p.m. reported a man in the restaurant was intoxicated and “completely passed out.”

•Boardman police arrested Marcelo Camacho Rea, 18, of Boardman, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Hermiston police arrested Jason Richard Easton, 21, no address provided, for duii and hit and run, property.

•Umatilla County Community Justice arrested Rick Henry Cearns, 25, of Hermiston, for a felony probation violation and possession of a Schedule II drug.

2:06 a.m. - Umatilla residents on Wenatchee Street played their music loud enough to wake a neighbor.

7:50 a.m. - A man told the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office a neighbor on Hat Rock Road, Hermiston, came over and made threatening statements to his wife.

10:06 a.m. - A mother in Athena reported her daughter was “freaking out” and verbally abusive.

11:19 a.m. - A Milton-Freewater woman reported an insurance company fraudulently removed $238 a month from her savings account from May to December 2015.

11:21 a.m. - A Heppner man reported another man mouthed off to him and threatened to throw a rock at him.

12:40 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a vicious dog on Southwest Wyoming Avenue, Irrigon, that now has a pack with her.

2:49 p.m. - A caller told Umatilla police a woman she did not know assaulted her last Friday.

3:51 p.m. - A caller reported an SUV attempted to hit her at a stop sign. The vehicle parked in front of the Hermiston Public Library, and the driver went inside.

4:40 p.m. - An Athena caller reported someone changed the spark plugs in his car.

6:22 p.m. - A Hermiston woman wired $2,000 to someone in the Philippines claiming to be her grandchild and then reported the fraud to Hermiston Police.

7:21 p.m. - Continual threats from a dog prompted a Hermiston man on East Punkin Center Road to call the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office about his rights to deal with the problem.

7:41 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater man on Weis Road reported someone dumped a load of combine tires on his property.

8:03 p.m. - Hermiston fire responded to a report of a “large fire” behind the Midway Bar & Grill, 1750 N. First St., Hermiston. Crews arrived to find a small bonfire with some people enjoying their evening in camp chairs all around it. The fire crews marked the call for information only and returned to the station without disturbing the residents and their evening.

9 p.m. - Umatilla police received another complaint about a dog always barking, this time on the 700 block of Chinook Court.

9:13 p.m. - Occupants in a white older Toyota 4-Runner in Athena need to turn down their music at night. A caller reported the vehicle blares music several times a night from the city park.

•A West Linn couple drove through Pendleton wheat fields trying to get away from an Oregon State Police trooper. Paul Noel Bowen, 47, and his wife, Danielle Ranee Bowen, 34, ended up in the Umatilla County Jail.

Trooper Mario Arroyo just after 3 p.m. tried to stop a 1999 Ford Explorer on the westbound side of Interstate 84 near milepost 200, about seven miles west of Pendleton, according to a bulletin from state police. The driver, though, headed off road and drove through wheat fields, then drove onto Airport Road. State police pursued, and the Ford stopped about a mile later.

Troopers searched the driver, Paul Bowen, and found stolen property, methamphetamine and prescription medication that was not his or his wife’s, according to the bulletin.

Police arrested each Bowen on warrants and Paul Bowen for felony attempt to flee, reckless driving, reckless endangering, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance and theft by receiving.

12:42 a.m. - Three females and a male were loud outside a house on Southwest Isaac Avenue, Pendleton, and they refused to leave the property when the owner told them to go. Police did not find the quartet.

5:11 a.m. - A Stanfield man reported he and his “ex” argued, she yelled at him for an hour and then grabbed him around the neck. He said she has his house key and truck key and would not give them back.

9:36 a.m. - Hermiston police asked Pendleton officers to try to contact a woman who drove into a Hermiston police car Thursday morning and left. Hermiston police also asked Pendleton to take photos of the vehicle she drove, which should have damage to the passenger side.

10:22 a.m. Contractors working at Northeast Elm and Fifth streets, Pilot Rock, were urinating in public.

10:54 a.m. — Someone threw eggs at a vehicle on Willow Drive, Stanfield.

11:22 a.m. - A Umatilla woman reported she was out $400 from a computer scam involving a company called Rhombus Technologies.

11:56 a.m. - A resident of Green Acres Mobile Park on Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater, reported someone broke into her green Volkswagen Passat and stole a chainsaw and gas can.

12:54 p.m. - A Pendleton man returned from vacation to his house on South Main Street and found he was the victim of a burglary and theft.

1:34 p.m. - Hermiston police received a call about a male in his 20s riding on top of a car driving on Sixth Street going toward East Highland Avenue.

2:34 p.m. - An employee of Ashley Manor shopping for clients at the Hermiston Wal-Mart reported the theft of several credit cards belonging to Ashley Manor residents.

2:58 p.m. - An employee of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife was on a break on the North Fork John Day River off Forest Service Road 52 when a citizen told him a family of four has been stuck since Wednesday in the snow on the 5212 Road between Road 52 and Road 54. They called for a tow truck, the citizen said, but the tow was unable to make it up due to the snow.

While the state worker talked to the Umatilla County dispatch center, he came across one of the family members, who said the party was walking out. The fish and game employee said he would drive up in an all-terrain vehicle to see if anyone needed help.

Umatilla County Sheriff Terry Rowan said the search and rescue team was about to head out when it receive word the party made it out safely.

3:59 p.m. - A male claiming he was with Dish Network prompted suspicions from a Pendleton woman on Northwest Fourth Street who reported the would-be seller wore a black hat and a black polo shirt with an “Iconix” logo.

4:35 p.m. - Another Pendleton caller reported a suspicious person at about 4:15 p.m. was going door-to-door on Southeast 17th Street. That man was in his 20s-30s, wore a ball cap, a red plaid shirt and blue jeans.

5:34 p.m. - A woman called 9-1-1 to report she dropped off her son at Lifeways, 331 S.E. Second St., Pendleton, but when she came to pick him up the organization was closed. She was hysterical, a dispatcher reported, and accused Lifeways of kidnapping her son. She asked for a Pendleton officer to contact her.

8:49 p.m. - Another 9-1-1 caller told Pendleton police her fiancé’s “ex,” the mother of the ex, and mother of the fiancé came to her residence on Southwest Hailey Place and took her fiancé’s 5-year-old daughter. She said there is no parenting plan, but the trio of women all left in a red Honda Fit. She asked for an officer to come to the house.

10:59 p.m. - A resident of West Quince Avenue, Hermiston, reported her lights were off when she left her residence but were on when she returned home.

11:19 p.m. - A truck fire was reported at Oxford Suites, Hermiston. The fire was put out, but an observer found a road flare on the tire where the fire started and said it looks like an intentional fire.

•Another day, another police chase. Jerome Myles Minthorn, 32, of Pendleton, failed to get away from Umatilla Tribal Police.

Chuck Sams, communications director Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, said the pursuit started at about 8:19 a.m. when tribal police tried to stop a car at Nixyaawii and Cayuse roads. The vehicle headed east on Cayuse and eventually hit back roads.

Sams said police called off the chase after losing sight of the car. Then officers found it on Greys Lane and saw Minthorn.

“They spotted him climbing up through the hills south of that,” Sams said.

Police set up a containment area, Sams said, caught Minthorn, arrested him without incident and booked him in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on the following: a warrant for violating parole; felony and misdemeanor attempt to elude; reckless driving; recklessly endangering; dangerous drugs and criminal activity in drugs.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Leobardo Jaquez III, 40, no address provided, on a warrant for failure to appear and on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree escape, first-degree trespass, fourth-degree assault, strangulation, first-degree burglary, menacing and reckless endangering.

•Umatilla tribal police arrested Mikyla Marie Zwieg, 22, no address provided, for felony credit card fraud and first-degree theft.

12:49 a.m. - Valium was reported stolen from a table at the Hermiston Shari’s.

2:55 a.m. - A white pickup crashed through a fence on Northeast 11th Street in Hermiston.

3:22 a.m. - A Pendleton mother reported her adult son came to her work with his wrists cut, then left at about 3:15 a.m. and went to her house.

4:50 a.m. — Four males followed a minority couple as they walked through the parking lot at the Pendleton Shari’s Restaurant, 319 S.E. Nye Ave., a caller reported, and as they went behind a nearby semitrailer, the female yelled, “Don’t touch me.”

6:43 a.m. - A caller on Southeast Court Place, Pendleton, told police “some kids” tried to provoke a fight with him.

8:23 a.m. - A resident at Umatilla Marina RV Park, Umatilla, told police his father is sending people in the night to knock on his door and harass him.

9:15 a.m. - Hermiston Fire responded to Two Rivers Correctional Facility for a possible white powder incident. The building was evacuated. Officials analyzed product with SensIR and it came back negative for hazardous materials and was possibly a pharmaceutical grade pill.

9:46 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report of a man on Southwest Sixth Street, Pendleton, putting packages and personal pictures in another man’s mailbox.

10:35 a.m. — The manager of a Pendleton business told police she fired an employee who refuses to give back the key to the business.

10:46 a.m. - Old West Credit Union, Pendleton, reported someone used a client’s bank card and drained the account.

11:51 a.m. - A man harassed a 14-year-old boy at Baxter Auto Parts, Pendleton.

3:54 p.m. - Pendleton police received information of a wife showing physical signs of abuse from her husband.

5:30 p.m. - A Pendleton man reported someone put poison in his tobacco.

5:50 p.m. - Burglars broke into a shop and buildings on the 55000 block of Abel Road, Weston.

6:13 p.m. - A vehicle crashed into a home on Southwest 15th Street.

12:27 a.m. — A dozen people or more brawled at the Midway Bar & Grill, 1750 N. First St., Hermiston.

1:01 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of possible drug dealing at North Ott and Purdy roads, Hermiston.

6:52 a.m. - The owner of a maroon Ford Explore on Southwest Sixth Street, Pendleton, keeps blocking a neighbor’s driveway.

8:06 a.m. - A female in Pendleton on Southwest First Street fell and possibly broke an ankle.

8:11 a.m. - A woman told Pendleton police she was on the 500 block of Southeast Third Street when a man she knows threw a soda on her and left in a vehicle.

10:06 a.m. - An Athena man reported someone keyed the side of his pickup in the last 24 hours.

11:12 a.m. — A bonfire on Southwest Sixth Street, Pendleton, may have gotten out of hand. A woman told police her neighbors had the fire during the night and she found ash and burn marks on her car.

1:39 p.m. - A mother told Pendleton police she was on the 200 block of South Main Street and locked her 20-month-old child in her car.

2:42 p.m. - A two-vehicle accident was reported at Southwest Third Street and West Orchard Avenue in Hermiston.

4:04 p.m. — Metal thieves made off with a large pile of aluminum pipes within the last week from a place on Eastside Road, Milton-Freewater.

4:38 p.m. — Seven or eight transients drank and urinated on the walls behind Grocery Outlet, 1810 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton.

5:29 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a woman running with a butcher knife near McKay Creek Elementary School, 1539 S.W. 44th St.

7:18 p.m. - A male was so intoxicated he was not moving well and fell “over the edge” at Southeast 15th Street and Alexander Avenue, Pendleton.

8:46 p.m. - A resident of 10th Street in Hermiston reported a black vehicle drove by his house and occupants threw beer cans.

11:19 p.m. - A daughter was drinking at a home in Weston, took a car, returned with it and was aggressive with her mother.

12 a.m. - Loud party goers with a bonfire on Buffalo Lane and Stanfield Meadows Road, Hermiston, drew complaints about the ruckus.

12:23 a.m. - Several men threatened a bouncer at the Riverside Sports Bar & Lounge strip club at 1501 Sixth St., Umatilla.

12:23 a.m. - A Stanfield man ran off a male and female who were throwing rocks at cars on North Glendening Street.

12:33 a.m. - Hermiston Police and emergency services were called to a report of a driver slouched over in a running white pickup in front of a house. Police reported the man was sleeping and no medical attention was needed.

12:48 a.m. - A 16-year-old Irrigon boy beat his younger brother and struck him in the face with a Pendleton Whisky bottle.

12:56 a.m. - Umatilla police received a call to help the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at the scene of a fight in Irrigon because the nearest Morrow County deputy was coming from the jail in Pendleton and a Boardman officer also was en route.

5:18 a.m. - A nurse from Good Shepherd Medical Center reported after a 16-year-old was discharged to his parents, the father choked the teen in the parking lot.

7:15 a.m. - A worker with Umatilla Electric Cooperative, Hermiston, reported a pickup went through guy wires holding a pole at West Progress and Craig roads, Hermiston. No one was injured in the wreck.

9:16 a.m. - A woman reported the theft of her license plates on Southwest Quinney Avenue, Pendleton.

9:55 a.m. - A man told Pendleton police his ex-wife had someone vandalize his vehicle during the night.

9:55 a.m. - Hermiston fire dispatched to a two vehicle motor vehicle accident on Highland Avenue.

12:44 p.m. - An Ione male reported his father assaulted and hit him and tried to choke him.

1:01 p.m. - Hermiston Fire responded to a brush fire behind Agape House. High winds restarted a burn pile from earlier in the week.

1:42 p.m. - An adult male approached a 13-year-old, at the teen’s home, and threatened to stab him with a pitchfork.

3:42 p.m. - Someone broke into a shed on South Main Street, Heppner, and stole two guns.

4:58 p.m. - Hermiston Fire again responded to a fire behind Agape House where winds had reignited a fire in a wood pile. Firefighters put 700 gallons of water in the area and tore down the wood piles to make sure the fire could not be restarted.

6:06 p.m. - A woman told Pendleton police he believed her neighbor on South Main Street took her living room rug.

6:50 p.m. - Tired were slashed on a car parked on South Highway 395.

6:55 p.m. - A Pendleton caller reported receiving a death threat from a male.

7:05 p.m. - A single vehicle rollover accident was reported on East Dogwood Avenue, Hermiston.

8:58 p.m. - A woman in Umatilla reported her husband was drunk, tried to kick her out and threatened to hit her if she did not leave.

•Pendleton police arrested Shayrena Lenora Johnson, 20, of Pendleton, for assaulting a public safety officer, interfering with a peace officer and resisting arrest.

•Boardman police arrested Raphel Mputu Mubamba, 27, of Boardman, for domestic violence fourth-degree assault, strangulation and interfering with making a 9-1-1 call.

Saturday

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Karl Lyle Floerchinger, 56, of 311 N.E. Eighth Ave., Milton-Freewater, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Boardman police arrested Jack Dale Castator, 31, of Boardman, on a warrant and for possession of methamphetamine.

10:19 a.m. - Pendleton emergency services responded to a female who slipped on a floor and broke her wrist.

10:23 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of mistreatment of a horse on Winesap Road, Milton-Freewater. The horse is “in a small area like a chicken coop,” according to a caller, and this has been going on for three months. The animal also seemed to be living in unclean conditions and without enough water. The caller also reported the horse’s owner does not live there.

10:29 a.m. - A large black and tan dog has wandered around Mamie Street, Stanfield, for a few days, then came into a woman’s yard and barked and growled at her. The dog was gone before police arrived.

10:29 a.m. - A Pendleton resident on Southwest 28th Drive reported someone kicked in her front door.

10:34 a.m. - Cows on Sunquist Road, Milton-Freewater, keep leaving because their owner leaves the gate open. A neighbor reported five cows were on the road and the livestock owner does not live there but visits the property often.

10:38 a.m. - Vandals broke out the window from a vehicle and three windows at Mid Valley Restaurant Services, 516 N. Main St., Milton-Freewater.

10:57 a.m. - A mother on Naches Avenue, Umatilla, called 9-1-1 after a friend of her daughter’s tried to get into her house. He is in his 20s and was rude and screamed to her, she stated, and drove off in a blue pickup with tires in the bed.

10:58 a.m. - A farmer on Fulton Road, Pendleton, reported a break-in and theft of equipment worth more than $10,000.

11:04 a.m. - A man on Rieth Road, Echo, reported the theft of his 9mm pistol from his vehicle.

11:13 a.m. - Horizon Project Inc., 608 Russell St., Milton-Freewater, was the target of a thief that cut the fuel line on a vehicle and stole fuel.

11:48 a.m. - A woman in Pilot Rock told police her ex-boyfriend was following her after they argued. She said he “has gotten physical in the past.”

3 p.m. - A Pendleton father wanted to talk to an officer about the theft of his son’s phone and tablet at Bedford Bridge on Northwest Carden Avenue.

4:48 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a man assaulting a woman.

5:29 p.m. - Trash is piling up at a homeless camp at Cottonwoodbend and Westland roads, Hermiston, a caller said, and the camp is near the Umatilla River.

5:38 p.m. - Two motorcycle riders, about 18-20 years old, were popping wheelies down Main near Alba Street, Ukiah.

8:09 p.m. - A Umatilla woman on Cherry Street reported someone broke into her house and stole multiple items.

3:19 a.m. - An intoxicated man entered the wrong house and left it at gun point.

A woman reported the 20-something man came into her home on Northeast Obrien Place off Riverside Avenue, Pendleton, and a roommate told him several times to leave. He stayed, though, until the caller’s husband came out armed with a gun and confronted the man. He left while carrying a case of beer.

The wife also said they would press charges if law enforcement found the suspect.

9:23 a.m. - Owners moved out of a house on Ringer Road, Milton-Freewater near Cowls Creek and left behind chickens, a colt and three or four pigs. A neighbor asked the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to check on the welfare of the animals. The case is under investigation.

11:02 a.m. - Two deer, one with an injured back right leg, walked in the area of Southeast Issac Avenue and 10th Street, Pendleton.

11:45 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of big time check fraud. A farm controller in Hermiston reported someone obtained farm checks, signed them and tried to pay people with them. So far, about 20 checks came into the bank for about $40,000 total, and more checks seem to be coming.

12:36 a.m. - A resident on Southwest Lake Drive, Pendleton, reported the neighbor’s dogs bark all night and live in cages all the time. The caller asked the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office to check on the dogs.

2:38 p.m. - A man living on Southeast Goodwin Avenue, Pendleton, told police the neighbors behind him constantly drive by his house and make dirty looks at him. He said he feels like they are trying to intimidate him.

2:54 p.m. - Fiesta Foods in Hermiston reported fraudulent checks amounting to $7,000-8,000.

3:22 p.m. - A Hermiston woman reported her sister ran her over with her car. The woman was bleeding from her head, shoulder, and knee and requested an officer meet her at the hospital.

4:06 p.m. - A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy received multiple complaints about people speeding on Southeast Division Road, Irrigon, south of the canal. He checked and found the 35-mph-speed signs were gone. The county public works department planned to look into the problem.

4:40 p.m. - Someone broke into a unit at Keylock Storage, 1220 Airport Road, Pendleton, and stole several tools.

4:47 p.m. - A woman on Southwest Hailey Avenue, Pendleton, called 9-1-1 after she came upon a 12-year-old boy who said a truck ran over his foot. She said she did not witness the incident but saw a vehicle speeding down the ramp toward 45th Street. Police did not find the suspect, and an ambulance took the boy to the hospital.

6:44 p.m. - Three people suffered minor injuries after a shell exploded in a shotgun at the Hermiston Rod & Gun Club, 75772 Gun Club Road, Hermiston. A caller reported the accident and Boardman sent an ambulance. The three victims, though, used private vehicles to go to the hospital.

7:04 p.m. - A resident of West Highland Avenue in Hermiston reported while she was gone, someone had entered her back yard and both moved and tipped over her wheelbarrow.

7:29 p.m. - Another Pendleton caller reported seeing a deer with an injured leg, this time at Southeast 10th Street and Goodwin Avenue. The caller said the injured deer was with two other deer.

7:37 p.m. - A mother told Umatilla police a male in a blue Honda Civic at Eighth and F streets threatened to shoot her son.

8:58 p.m. - A white male with long, curly brown hair wearing a green beanie and a blue flannel shirt grabbed the tip jar at Big John’s Hometown Pizza, 225 S.W. Ninth St., Pendleton, and ran toward Southwest Court Avenue.

10:55 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of possible child sex abuse.

11:42 p.m. - A Stanfield woman on North Lucy Street called 9-1-1 because a vicious pit bull was in the yard and charged every time she tried to leave.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alvaro Rosas Mendez, 24, of 545 E. Coe Ave., Stanfield, for aggravated harassment, resisting arrest, interfering with a peace officer and on two probation violation warrants.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Blaine Davis, 43, of Boardman, for possession and delivery of methamphetamine.

•Hermiston police arrested Pedro Antonio Munoz Sanguino Jr., 36, of 1725 N.E. 10th St., Hermiston, for two counts each of possession and delivery of methamphetamine.

•Umatilla tribal police arrested Josiah George Thompson, 26, of Pendleton, for felony assault.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Jimmy Doyle Webb, 45, of 85084 Hurst Lane, Milton-Freewater, on a parole/probation warrant and for possession of methamphetamine.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert LaFollette Breeze, 48, of La Grande, for possession of methamphetamine, second-degree trespass, third-degree theft and on four warrants.

7:58 a.m. - Cummins Northwest, 223 S.W. 23rd St., Pendleton, had a burglary, a caller reported, and employees went outside the store to wait for an officer.

8:26 a.m. - A Pendleton resident on Southwest 10th Street reported a glass jar containing some change was in the front yard. This could be the tip jar a thief stole the day before from Big John’s Hometown Pizza, 225 S.W. Ninth St., Pendleton.

8:35 — Truck drivers hauling waste onion product on East Walls Road, Hermiston, are not tarping their trailers, a caller stated, adding this is an ongoing problem.

9:40 a.m. - A man reported the theft of his green 2003 Polaris side-by-side from about halfway up Highway 207 near Porcupine Lane, Heppner.

11:22 a.m. - A man punched a woman in the stomach and face and then threw her to the ground at Southeast Eighth Street and Byers Avenue, Pendleton. A caller reported the man was in his 40s, had long hair and wore a green sweater.

1:49 p.m. - A 9-1-1 caller reported a local offender came to the fence line on property on Buffalo Lane, Hermiston, and threatened assault, then left.

2:33 p.m. - A Pendleton ambulance responded to Southwest 43rd Street for a woman who may have broken her left hip.

2:48 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of illegal sewage dumping on Southwest Second Street.

3:15 p.m. - An Irrigon father reported someone in a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo followed his daughter from high school to home and turned around and left.

3:36 p.m. - A concerned resident reported two males were fighting with a dog inside a van parked at Banner Bank in Hermiston. The dog was kicked out of the van.

3:46 p.m. - Concerned Hermiston residents reported a group of people wearing safety glasses and safety vests with “STATE” on the back were taking photos of houses.

5 p.m. - A man reported he saw two wolves in the morning in the area of Bartley Road, Stanfield.

5:11 p.m. - A dog owner told Pendleton police two pit bull dogs at large attacked her dogs at Grecian Heights Park, 1910 S.W. Athens Ave. She said she did not think she needed to take her dogs to a veterinarian and she would wait in her vehicle at the park for officers.

6:36 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a call about an Irrigon man that a neighbor said was “out of control again.” The caller said the man walked around outside with a baseball bat a couple of hours earlier, fearful someone was trying to get him, but now he was inside his residence and was not causing a problem.

9:08 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to reports of two men on and near Highway 11 on the outskirts of the city. One caller said one man was staggering and the other was crawling across the highway. Police ended up arresting a 39-year-old man in a parole violation warrant.

11:44 p.m. - Hermiston Fire responded to a large natural cover fire east of the Graig Road and Highway 730 interchange. The fire was extinguished.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Jim Doyle Webb, 46, of Milton-Freewater, for possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation.

•Hermiston police arrested Shane Verhey Springer, 27, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine and on two warrants for failure to appear.

•Hermiston police arrested Tosha Renee McLeod, 46, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant for failure to appear.

•Oregon State Police arrested Christopher Allen Cooley, 33, of Hermiston, for trespassing and possession of methamphetamine.

8:32 a.m. - A Hermiston resident reported someone stole his cousin’s van, slashed a tire on another vehicle and left sometime during the night.

9:19 a.m. - A van and RV parked at Northwest Geer Road, Hermiston, were broken into.

9:42 a.m. - An employee of Ashley Manor reported a former employee spray painting a sign on his truck outside the building.

10:06 a.m. - A burglar took “quite a few items” from a home on Northwest Bailey Avenue, Pendleton.

11:49 a.m. - A woman hit her boyfriend with her car and then took off, a caller reported from Blue Mountain Village Apartments, Pendleton. The caller said the man was dragged a couple of feet and was limping, but didn’t want an ambulance.

12:22 p.m. - A resident of Southwest Third Street, Pendleton, reported a man drove up to his neighbor’s house in a small red car and was kicking his car and yelling, “This is my stolen car!”

12:23 p.m. - Windows were shattered on a pickup parked on Southeast Eighth Place in Hermiston.

12:28 p.m. - Ziegler Transmission & Auto Repair, Pendleton, reported the theft of a generator from an RV parked in their lot.

1:29 p.m. - The Boardman Fire Department and Oregon State Police responded to the report of a vehicle that came off a trailer and rolled in the median. There were no reported injuries.

2:09 p.m. - A bicycle was reported stolen from the first block of North Columbia Street, Milton-Freewater.

2:15 p.m.- A resident of the 900 block of Northeast Third Avenue, Milton-Freewater, reported someone tampered with a window on her home.

3:38 p.m. - Umatilla police investigated a report of someone trying to give drugs to a student walking home from school.

4:10 p.m. - Someone jimmied the door of Three R’s School, Pendleton, but nothing seemed to be missing.

4:28 p.m. - A resident of Village Apartments, Pendleton, reported three men in an older 4-door car jumped another man and pushed him into the bushes at the apartment complex. One of the men was carrying a tire iron, the caller said. Officers were unable to locate an altercation.

4:54 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary at the Darcy Coil Memorial Building at Cutsforth Park near Heppner.

5:35 p.m. - Razor blades and nails were reported scattered in the intersection near the Rudy Rada Skate Park, Westgate, Pendleton.

5:57 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of people shooting shotguns across Walla Walla River Road, Milton-Freewater, near Rose Brook Lane. The caller said this has happened before, and requested phone contact.

6:32 p.m. - Ten people were reported fighting at Panda Inn in Hermiston.

6:41 p.m. - A Hermiston resident reported two men were trying to sell meat out of a pickup and did not have a solicitor’s license.

7:06 p.m. - A woman walked into the Hermiston Police Station to report she thinks she is being stalked by a white Dodge pickup.

7:22 p.m. - A 10-year-old violin student was punched in the stomach at Pendleton High School, the child’s mother told Pendleton police. She said the child does not need medical care, but is bruised, and several other children saw the incident.

8:43 p.m. - A man requested a Pendleton police officer come to a residence on Southwest Second Street to explain to his 9-year-old daughter the dangers of stealing, since “she is not seeming to understand the consequences.”

8:57 p.m. - A caller reported a woman in a car trying to cut off a man walking a German shepherd across Highway 11 from at Kelly’s Restaurant & Lounge, Milton-Freewater. The caller said the woman was screaming at the man and trying to stop him with her car, then disappeared behind the building. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies were unable to find the couple.

9:06 p.m. - An employee of Crossroads Truck Stop, Umatilla, reported an altercation with a man in the lounge. He said the man and his friends are not from the area but come to the lounge frequently, and they are rude to the female customers. He requested the men be banned from the lounge.

9:29 p.m. - Two bicycles were reported stolen from the back porch of a home on Southeast 20th Street, Pendleton.

8:53 a.m. - A Pendleton woman told police she received a phone call in the middle of the night from a male that said he was her secret admirer, knew her name and wanted her address.

9:42 a.m. - A woman asked to talk to a Pendleton officer about someone vandalizing her 2015 Mazda 3. She said someone keyed the car three times in the last two months while she parked at St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton, where she works.

10:54 a.m. - A younger male screamed at an elderly woman at Dean’s Market & Deli, 412 S.W. 20th St., Pendleton, prompting an employee to call 9-1-1.

11:53 a.m. - A dumpster caught fire in a vacant lot next to the Guardian Angel Homes facility that is under construction.

2:11 p.m. - A woman reported someone broke into the cabin she rented on Charlotte Lane, Meacham, and stole her TV and other items.

5:13 p.m. - Someone broke into the Hermiston apartment of a man who recently passed away at the hospital.

5:27 p.m. - A 9-1-1 caller seeking Pendleton police yelled while on the phone that he did not care if a female gets high. She yelled back, “It’s a double standard for me to be able to get high but not her.” The caller then did not want to talk and disconnected. The dispatch center’s computers showed the cell number is associated with an address on the 400 block of Northwest 15th Street.

5:45 p.m. - A Pilot Rock resident on Southwest Third Street wanted to speak to police about suspicious happenings at his house, including rugs being moved and doors left open.

6:13 p.m. - A Pendleton mother reported a girl in her apartment complex bullies her daughter, but nothing changed after talking to the bully’s parents. She asked police for options.

6:36 p.m. — A 10-year-old, her aunt and uncle were stuck behind a locked gate at Agape House in Hermiston.

7:55 p.m. - Pendleton police received a call about several people fighting on Southwest 13th Street.

8:06 p.m. - A drunk driver of a GMC Yukon grew hostile and threatened to harm a fuel pump at the Pendleton Safeway, 203 S.W. 20th St. The driver left and went toward the parking lot of the nearby Wal-Mart Supercenter.

8:35 p.m. - A semi broke down across Highway 207 at the interchange with Interstate 84. While a Honda Insight was stopped for the semi, a lifted Dodge pickup rear-ended the Honda, sending two passengers to the hospital. Both drivers stated they were fine and requested no medical attention.

10:12 p.m. - A caller reported hearing a gunshot at about 9:30 p.m. near Brooke RV Park, 597 N.E. Eighth St., Pendleton. This was the second night in a row he heard shots, he said. A dispatcher told him to call back if he heard more.

SATURDAY

12:10 a.m. - A Pilot Rock woman reported her boyfriend was hitting her, and she was going to meet an officer at a public location.

12:19 a.m. - Two people cut the hydraulic lines to the steering pump on a 1973 Dodge pickup belonging to a woman on Diagonal Road, Hermiston. She said the culprits left in a black 1999 Honda Civic toward Diagonal Road. She also gave a tentative identification of one suspect.

3:01 a.m. - A Pendleton resident on Northwest 10th Street reported a white male was in his back yard collecting cans, then took off toward Carden Avenue.

5:08 a.m. - A woman told Umatilla police she drank too much last night at the Crossroads Truck Stop, 2020 Highway 730 Umatilla, got a ride to a hotel and now cannot find her vehicle and wanted to report someone stole it.

10 a.m. - A city of Pendleton employee reported three people were sleeping by a campfire under the Westgate Bridge near the Rudy Rada Skate Park, and one or two may be nude.

10:42 a.m. - Traner’s Plumbing & Heating, 80611 Highway 395, Hermiston, was the target of a burglary, and the culprits made off with cash and a computer.

10:53 a.m. - A thief stole a man’s red and burgundy F350 pickup at Space Age Fuel, 77522 Highway 207, Hermiston. The owner reported leaving the keys in the pickup, along with two rifles, a cellphone and hay in the bed.

1:35 p.m. - Burglars also hit Ray’s Eastgate Auto, 1264 N. Columbia St., Milton-Freewater, though the person with the business did not know when the crime occurred but reported cushions were missing from an RV.

2:07 p.m. - A Pendleton man told police his soon-to-be-ex-wife left him 13 messages on his phone and said she would turn him in on “things that are not true.”

6:35 p.m. - Law enforcement received a request to trespass a woman who sells tamales, candies and socket/wrench sets from Punkin Center Mobile Home Park, 32314 E. Punkin Center Road, Hermiston.

6:36 p.m. - If you see a piglet in Irrigon, please call the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office because it could belong to a 4-H member.

7:10 p.m. - Someone stole a walker from a pickup on the 900 block of Cowl Street, Milton-Freewater.

7:17 p.m. - Hermiston Fire responded to a report of a vehicle that crashed into a power pole. The vehicle was noted to have a power pole on top of the front and cab of the vehicle with several electrical wires broken in the area.

7:49 p.m. - A man on Wildwood Loop, Weston, called 9-1-1 to report an explosion shook his residence.

8:52 p.m. - A single vehicle crashed into a guard rail in Hermiston. One patient was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

9:04 p.m. - A Richland, Wash., resident reported his estranged wife, who lives in Hermiston, stole his handgun and other items.

10:05 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to a report of two males fighting in and on a car at Northwest Bailey Avenue and Eighth Street.

11:11 p.m. - File under small community police problems: A man in Heppner called 9-1-1 and asked for a deputy, but no one was on duty. The man said he would just go to the deputy’s house.

11:55 p.m. - A false alarm took firefighters to a local care home in Hermiston where a water alarm was malfunctioning.

SUNDAY

12:20 a.m. - A larger fellow refused to leave the Riverside Sports Bar & Lounge, 1501 Sixth St., Umatilla, after staff cut him off from drinking. An employee called police when the 6-foot-1-inch, 230-pound man “threatened to throw bullets.”

7:52 a.m. - A woman leaving Two Rivers Correctional Institution, Umatilla, reported a male drove up to her in a tan truck, said he looked for her for a while and wanted to tell her stuff regarding her husband. The man also said he knew she used to work at a nursing home. She asked for a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy to call her.

10:02 a.m. - A Pilot Rock woman reported the theft of $740 and the keys to her car.

11:48 a.m. - A woman got off a bus at Pendleton Market, 2101 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, ran into the store and said someone was harassing her. She sat in the middle of the store, jumped up, ran out to the parking lot and started stripping.

2:20 p.m. - A car drove into the water at Umatilla Marina RV Park, 1710 Quincy Ave., Umatilla, and a man escaped the car and laid on the bank of the river.

2:55 p.m. - Hermiston fire responded to an alarm at FEDEX Freight in Hermiston. A fire pump was running in the pump house, but no fire was located. Firefighters assisted staff with contacting someone who could fix the fire pump and reset the alarm.

3:22 p.m. - A resident of East Gladys Avenue in Hermiston reported her purse was stolen from her house while she was sleeping.

3:53 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report that a 21-year-old man was selling fraudulent tickets to a musical event.

3:55 p.m. - Hermiston dispatch received a call from a woman saying “the cat is dead,” then a man got on the phone and said the “baby is dead.” A female voice then said everything was fine.

5:18 p.m. - A Hermiston resident reported $723.15 was taken from her apartment.

7:17 p.m. - A two-vehicle accident blocked one lane of travel at the intersection of Diagonal Road and Burruss Lane in Hermiston. One vehicle caught fire but was extinguished by bystanders.

10:03 p.m. - The driver of a 1970s red and white Ford Bronco yelled obscenities several times at a worker at the Pendleton Safeway fuel station and also threatened to assault the worker. Police did not find the Bronco or its driver.

Friday

Pendleton police arrested Jeremiah James Johnson, 33, of Pendleton, for second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Todd Emery Nealey, 41, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Hermiston police arrested Evgenii A. Frolov, 37, of Gervais, for duii, driving while suspended and on a state hold.

Saturday

•Pendleton police cited Michael Anthony Duckett, no age provided, for duii and driving while suspended.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Felix Alvarez Rios, 26, no address provided, for duii and first-degree possession of a forged instrument. The sheriff’s office also cited him for failure to drive in a lane, driving without a license and driving uninsured.

•Pendleton police arrested Jeffrey Stanton Randolph, 18, of Walla Walla, for second-degree trespass, possession of methamphetamine, first-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, identity theft and theft by receiving.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Reuben Selam, 32, of Pendleton, for domestic violence fourth-degree assault.

•Hermiston police arrested Roberto Carlos Suarez, 21, no address provided, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, attempt to elude police, and possession of methamphetamine.

•Oregon State Police cited Gerardo Sosa-Diaz, 29, of Pendleton, for duii (controlled substances) and refusal to take a test for intoxicants.

Sunday

•Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Joshua Aaron Haynie, 32, of Pendleton, for duii (alcohol), reckless driving and recklessly endangering.

•Hermiston police arrested Tanisha Monique Lashay Williams, 26, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine, violating probation and failure to pay fines.

•Oregon State Police arrested David Tapia Madrigal, 31, no address provided, for duii.

Hermiston police arrested Peyton Floyd Hobbs, 23, of Hermiston, for first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and third-degree mischief.
