10:11 a.m. - Staff at the First Assembly Of God Church, 1911 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported the theft of a camera and equipment worth $3,000.
10:27 a.m. - Someone stole a light blue 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt from Lorena’s Tienda, 330 S.W. 11th St., Hermiston.
12:08 p.m. - Two Hispanic males and females broke into a unit at Wildwood RV Park, 82280 Wildwood Lane, Umatilla. A manager confronted them and three left but one did not, so the manager called police.
2:27 p.m. - A woman tried to use a fake $100 bill to pay for $5 worth of gas at Space Age Fuel, 1700 S.W. Emigrant Ave., Pendleton.
2:33 p.m. - A man asked to talk with a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy about people using a site at Stateline and Rencken roads, Milton-Freewater, as a dumping site.
3:02 p.m. - Staff at the Pendleton Public Library, 502 S.W. Dorion Ave., Pendleton, told police a drunk and disorderly woman was hanging out in the parking lot and front lobby of City Hall.
3:17 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a sixth-grader in Irrigon told school staff he was going to burn down the middle school and commit suicide.
4:33 p.m. - A caller told the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office she bought a race horse but forgot to get the necessary paperwork, and now the horse owner won’t return her calls, so she wants to press fraud charges.
4:33 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of neglect involving 20 horses on just two acres on West Idaho Avenue, Irrigon.
4:54 p.m. - A person at the Hermiston Police Department, 330 S. First St. Hermiston, asked what can happen to a person if you have them arrested for stealing a vehicle.
4:56 p.m. - The goats in Pendleton escaped — again — and ran loose on Southeast Byers Avenue by the Little League field.
4:59 p.m. - A woman asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to check on her mother in Irrigon because she could be a victim of domestic violence.
5:17 p.m. - One citizen saw the ballot box was overflowing at Hermiston City Hall, 180 N.E. Second St., called police and stuck around until an officer arrived to make sure nothing happened to the ballots.
5:46 p.m. - A mother told Pendleton police a pit bull/boxer mix belonging to an older woman in a motorized wheelchair bit her 15-year-old son about 20 minutes earlier near the 700 block of Southwest Court Avenue.
6:57 p.m. - An Irrigon woman on West Idaho Avenue reported she wanted to file a complaint against neighbors who had filed a complaint about her and her animals.
7:17 p.m. - Goats got through a fence on Southwest 21st Street, Pendleton, entered private property and started eating a man’s tree. He told dispatch he wanted to talk to the goat owners.
10:05 p.m. - A vehicle went through a fence on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, but the suspect fled before law enforcement arrived.
10:24 p.m. - A woman told Hermiston police she trespassed a man eight months ago from her property on East Montana Avenue but he keeps returning and verbally abuses her and her children, and tonight he broke into her car, broke her car key and took the other. She said he also hurt her when he pulled back her finger to her wrist. He left in a gold two-door Nissan Sentra.
11:11 p.m. - Five or six youth walked on the center line on East Diagonal Boulevard near North Townsend Road, Hermiston. One driver reported almost hitting them, and one of the juveniles tried to touch his car as he drove by. Police did not find the daredevils.
•Pendleton police arrested Michael Patrick Gallegos, 44, of Pendleton, on multiple warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay fines, as well as new charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine, giving false information to police, driving with a suspended/revoked license and third-degree theft.

1:44 a.m. - A resident of Southeast Fifth Street, Irrigon, awoke to his dog “going nuts,” and stated that he saw someone crouched down outside the fence. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies were unable to find the lurker.
6:47 a.m. - Pendleton police were called to a one-vehicle accident at Murietta Road and Westgate, Pendleton. The pickup was on its side but the driver was out of the vehicle when police arrived.
7:45 a.m. - Prescription sleeping medication was reported stolen from a residence on West Second Street, Ione.
7:50 a.m. - A resident of North Hunt Street, Athena, advised the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office that two of their vehicles were broken into the previous night.
8:22 a.m. - Umatilla police received a report of a man who appeared to be burying a bird in front of the city shops on Eighth and G streets.
8:52 a.m. - An Ione resident was a victim of the “grandson scam” and reported she wired $1,800 to the scammers before realizing she had been taken in. She requested contact from a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.
9:08 a.m. - Employees of Safeway, 220 S.W. 20th St., Pendleton, reported an intoxicated man was becoming belligerent in the Wells Fargo bank area of the store.
11:11 a.m. - A group of motorcyclists, all wearing black jackets and helmets and riding orange motorcycles, were weaving in and out of traffic and driving erratically as they entered Pendleton on Highway 11. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office investigated the complaint.
12:42 p.m. - Pendleton police investigated a second-hand report of a man possibly carrying a gun in the vicinity of Northwest 14th Street and Carden Avenue.
1:08 p.m. - Morrow County sheriff’s deputies took a theft report from a resident of Southwest Fourth Street, Irrigon, who reported her Chiweenie dog and $2,500 cash missing. The caller named suspects in each of the thefts.
4:52 p.m. - Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies were called to a possible domestic disturbance at a residence on West Garfield Street, Athena. The caller said her brother, who had earlier threatened to kill her on the phone, had walked through the door of her home. Threats were being made, the caller said, because their mother is not well.
5:01 p.m. - Pendleton emergency services were called to a home on Northwest Johns Lane after a riding lawn mower fell on a 72-year-old woman, causing bleeding.
5:36 p.m. - A resident of North Second Street, Athena, reported to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office that her dog had been poisoned. She named a suspect, a seven-year-old girl, and said she found greenish-colored meat in her yard that she did not give to her dog.
6:40 p.m. - A resident of Powerline Road, Umatilla, called Umatilla police to report she had just moved into the residence and returned home to find the neighbor kids had egged her house. She wanted to pursue vandalism charges.
9:19 p.m. - A resident of Northwest Fifth St., Pendleton, reported his girlfriend kicked in his door and when his daughter attempted to call police the woman ripped the phone out of the wall. The daughter fled to a neighbor’s residence.
•Hermiston police arrested Kristopher Michael Smith, 37, address not provided, for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, contempt of court and on a felony probation violation.
•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Jeremiah James Johnson, 33, address not provided, on a felony fugitive warrant and for criminal mischief.

9:34 a.m. - A woman reported her boyfriend assaulted her at East Highland Avenue and South Ott Road, Hermiston, but she did not identify herself and hung up on the 9-1-1 dispatcher.
10:50 a.m. - The Pendleton code enforcement officer found a sign displaying “Reform Measure 11” taped to a light pole at Southeast Court Avenue and Fifth Street, which is a violation of city laws.
10:54 a.m. - A caller told Stanfield police of a horse with a broken leg in a pasture at East Harding Avenue and North Sloan Street, but officers did not find the horse.
11:04 a.m. - A Stanfield man reported someone stole his checks and then used them at the Wal-Mart stores in Pendleton and Hermiston.
1:33 p.m. - A man on Malcolm Street, Hermiston, reported someone four times this week parked a vehicle in front of his gate at midnight and then left by 9 a.m. The caller asked law enforcement to contact that driver and find out what he or she is doing.
2:53 p.m. - A manager at the Pilot Travel Center, 2115 Highway 395, Stanfield, reported two Hispanic males in their 20s tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill then left in a vehicle toward Echo.
5:46 p.m. - A woman told Pendleton police someone — possibly her cousin — stole her Smith & Wesson .380-caliber handgun from her vehicle in April.
6:07 p.m. - A caller told Pendleton police her wallet came up missing last Saturday when she was in town. She said there was $600 in the wallet and someone used her store credit card.
6:30 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an 18- to 20-year-old man walking in Irrigon along Third Street near California Avenue with a gun in his hand. A deputy found the young man, and the gun was an air pellet gun that looked similar to a real gun. The deputy advised him to stop carrying it or paint it orange, although Oregon is an open-carry state.
6:48 p.m. - A Pilot Rock resident was the target of a computer scam. She told police someone claiming to be with Microsoft “global support” called from 1-844-446-4470, told her Russians hacked her computer, then had her turn over control of her computer. After 30 minutes, she said, the caller wanted money. She did not, though, give him her credit card number. She also said he planned to call again Friday.
Remember, Microsoft and other computer software makers will not call you about threats to your computer, nor will other companies, such as Dell, which makes computers. If you get one of these calls, do not provide information and do not allow remote access to your computer. Instead, hang up and call the authorities.
•Andrew Michael Bennett, 38, of Irrigon, is in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, for felony public indecency.
Pendleton police at 2:49 p.m. received a report of a man masturbating in a vehicle at the parking lot of the Pendleton Wal-Mart. Pendleton Police Chief Stuart Roberts said witnesses identified Bennett as the suspect.
The suspect left before police arrived, but a state police trooper spotted his vehicle and brought him to the Pendleton Police Department, 622 Airport Road, Pendleton, where officers questioned Bennett and arrested him.
•Pendleton police arrested Ryan Scott Sullivan, 30, of Pendleton, for second-degree mischief and possession of methamphetamine.
•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose Cesar Najera, 36, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine, contempt of court and on five warrants for failure to appear, including one felony.
•Pendleton police arrested Wanda Christine Munoz, 48, of Pendleton, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
•Oregon State Police arrested Oscar Paul Osuna-Lopez, 30, no address provided, for delivery and possession of methamphetamine and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

12:51 a.m. - A 9-1-1 caller at the Riverside Sports Bar & Lounge, 1501 Sixth St., Umatilla, asked police for a ride to the Economy Inn in Hermiston because there is no taxi service. Umatilla police at 1:30 a.m. received another taxi request via 9-1-1 to take someone from the same nude dancing club to the Comfort Inn, Hermiston.
11:26 a.m. - A woman told Pendleton police her 23-year-old ex-boyfriend has been throwing screws in her driveway at Brooks RV Park, 5 N.E. Eight St., Pendleton, to try and damage her car. She also said he damaged the vacuum lines on her new boyfriend’s vehicle.
12:48 p.m. - A woman from Caldwell, Idaho, suffered serious injuries in a crash on Interstate 84 about 13 miles east of Pendleton.
Yvonne Bickford, 63, was westbound near mile 223 in a Toyota Tundra, according to Oregon State Police, when the vehicle left the road, broke through a guardrail and rolled multiple times down a steep embankment to the median for a total of 197 feet.
State police shut down the eastbound lanes at the scene for about 20 minutes for an emergency helicopter, which flew Bickford to Providence St. Mary Medical Center, Walla Walla.
Police took Bickford’s dog to the Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter.
State police also reported witnesses said Bickford was talking on a cellphone as she crashed.
3:52 p.m. - A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a report of an unlicensed Honda four-wheeler on McDonald Road, Adams.
4:36 p.m. - Three dogs chased a person on a bicycle along Southeast Byers Avenue near 19th Drive. A caller also reported the Labradors, two yellow and one black, were aggressive toward some people in the parking lot at the nearby Little League field.
5:21 p.m. - Two females fought in front of a home on Blue Bird Drive, Umatilla, and one bled from her face.
5:36 p.m. - An Irrigon resident on Southeast Third Street asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about a TV satellite salesman that “didn’t look legit.”
6:22 p.m. - A woman told 9-1-1 a man she knows came to her home on Alpine Drive, Hermiston, punched her, called her names and threatened to smash her windows before he left in a white Chevrolet pickup.
7:08 p.m. - A Pendleton man told police he was at Southwest Court Avenue and Fifth Street when a little girl gave him a dead cat and said she needed help. The child returned to her home.
8:11 p.m. - An Athena man on Gerking Flat Road reported the theft of his Remington 12-gauge shotgun.
11:01 p.m. - A Pendleton woman reported a man shoved her out of a car at the KOA Campground, 1375 S.E. Third St., Pendleton, and tried to hit her but instead hit her 3-month-old son. She asked for an ambulance for the baby.
1:38 a.m. - Law enforcement received a report of a big party with 50-100 people on Northwest Geer Road, Hermiston, and a big fight going on as well.
5:53 p.m. - The rainstorm that hit the area produced a mud hole about 30 feet long and 6 inches deep on South Cold Springs Road near milepost 13, Pendleton.
7:26 p.m. - A woman told Pendleton police she forgot her keys at a man’s house, and now he refuses to give them to her, though he did send her a digital photo of the keys.
8:18 p.m. - Emergency dispatchers received a call that a man was driving drunk from McKay Reservoir, Pendleton, and had five children and two adults in the vehicle.
12:20 a.m. - Pendleton police received a call about a possible burglary at a house on Southwest Runnion Avenue.
12:34 a.m. - A caller told Pendleton police his neighbor on Northwest 14th Street puts his dog out at night, and the pet then barks all night. The caller said he would sign a complaint.
2:44 a.m. - An occupant at the Pillars Motel, 1816 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported another guest harasses and threatens her.
8:40 a.m. - A Heppner man reported he let his dog out at 4:30 a.m. and saw a cougar walking on the sidewalk on Northwest Water Street. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office relayed the information to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
9:57 a.m. - A mudslide blocked one lane of Walla Walla River Road near Coffman Lane, Milton-Freewater.
11:11 a.m. - A Milton-Freewater man reported a burglary and theft of items on North Main Street.
10:59 a.m. - A caller told Hermiston police the door is open on the storage railroad car at Sandstone Middle School, 400 N.E. 10th St., Hermiston, and some items are on the ground.
1:47 p.m. - A Hermiston caller was concerned with people on the 800 block of West Quince Avenue practicing with a pellet gun.
3:39 p.m. - A woman took a baseball bat to a pickup near Milton-Freewater.
6:08 p.m. - Pendleton police took a complaint about able-bodied drivers using the two spots for disabled drivers at Terwilliger Plaza Apartments, 245 S.W. Firth St. A caller also said the apartment manager knows about the problem and asked for an officer to speak with the manager.

8:11 p.m. - A caller told Hermiston police a male assaulted a female behind Elizabeth Court Apartments on Southeast Fourth Street.
8:58 p.m. - A male told Hermiston police his girlfriend told him she was the victim of an assault at about 6 p.m. in the parking lot at Circle K, 1430 N. First St., Hermiston.
9:20 p.m. - And another Hermiston male told police his brother hit his girlfriend on East Newport Avenue. She declined medical help.

8:14 a.m. - An Irrigon mother asked to speak to a deputy about two of her children refusing to go to school.
9:05 a.m. - Juveniles threw an egg at the front door of a business on Southwest Frazer Avenue, Pendleton, and the property owner asked to speak to an officer.
9:08 a.m. - An ambulance took a 65-year-old Heppner resident to the hospital after the person fell and may have broken an ankle or leg.
9:12 a.m. - An Athena woman reported she had “an incident” last Friday with a man over his parking in a no parking zone on East Main Street, which she said city employees claimed is an ongoing problem. The caller said she took a picture of the vehicle, apparently this made the driver upset and he called her some names. She asked to have a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy check to see if he continues to park illegally.
9:46 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report of another break-in at Premium Tire & Lube, 910 S.W. Emigrant Ave., Pendleton. The caller said this was the fourth break-in.
11:15 a.m. - A man told Hermiston police he lost money in a scam that is going around.
11:31 a.m. - A caller reported the theft of subwoofers and a knife from his vehicle on Cobb Road, Milton-Freewater.
1:36 p.m. - A woman on Washington Street, Athena, asked to speak to a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy about neighbors throwing their trash in her yard.
4:40 p.m. - A Umatilla officer went to a home on Blue Jay Street to serve a dangerous dog letter.
3:24 p.m. - A Hermiston man on West Moore Avenue told police he allowed a man to use his vehicle, took a nap at about 1 p.m. and now the keys and the vehicle are gone.
8:03 p.m. - A Pendleton man asked for an ambulance after suffering pain all over his body and an extreme headache since 11 a.m.
8:41 p.m. - A woman pushed a man on Southeast Court Street, Heppner, and sprayed him with a hose. The problem started over a driving complaint.
8:50 p.m. - Four or five people fought at a house on Diagonal Road, Hermiston, prompting a neighbor to call law enforcement.
10:26 p.m. - Law enforcement responded to a fight on Dogwood Loop, Pendleton.
11:58 p.m. - A prowler went house to house and looked in vehicles on Southwest Ninth Street, Hermiston. Police did not find a suspect.
•An Oregon State Police trooper at 11:29 p.m. stopped a Dodge Ram 2500 pickup at about milepost 1 on Lee Street Grade, Pendleton, and found the driver, Chad Robert Payant, 37, of Pendleton, had a suspended license and was on post-prison supervision.
The trooper arrested Payant, then searched his backpack and found methamphetamine. Payant now is in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, for driving illegally and possession of meth.

1:43 a.m. - Several semi drivers parked illegally at the Pilot Travel Center, 2115 Highway 395, Stanfield, according to a caller, and the drivers refused to move, which blocked the caller from leaving.
5:26 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report that a man living at an apartment complex on Southeast Second Street, Pendleton, beats his girlfriend and moments ago got into a fight with another male.
9:29 a.m. - A caller reported a dark blue Kia four-door sedan illegally parked in the handicapped space at Terwilliger Plaza Apartments, 245 S.W. Fifth St., Pendleton. This was the second time this week Pendleton police received a report about the problem at the complex.
9:40 a.m. - A man reported the theft of his 14-foot flatbed tandem axle trailer with roofing on it from a residence on Cold Springs Loop, Weston. He added the wheel wells are red with rusted holes.
10:58 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of people dumping waste on private property on Upper Basket Mountain, Weston.
11:45 a.m. - A Hermiston-area woman reported her daughter-in-law took photos of her driver’s license, credit cards and more and is using them.
12:41 p.m. - The rooster at the blue house on West College Street, Athena, has at least one neighbor who is no fan. The caller said she works a night shift, the rooster keepers her up, and she would sign a complaint.
15:01 p.m. - A woman reported a local offender on probation approached her vehicle last night at Stillman Park, Pendleton, and asked a passenger if she could buy dope for him.
4:31 p.m. - A Umatilla County sheriff’s sergeant reported a large boulder stuck out into the north side of Rieth Road near mile point 9.5.
4:49 p.m. - A mother reported a 16-year-old male harassed her 9-year-old son at Pilot Rock Elementary School and has been doing this for a while.
6:09 p.m. - A woman on Rio Senda Drive, Umatilla, told police she has another flat tire and this is the fifth in two weeks. She asked to speak to an officer about possible criminal mischief.
11:06 p.m. - Scammers conned an Echo couple. A man reported he and his wife received a phone call from someone claiming to be a police officer in Arlington, West Virginia, who stated their granddaughter was in trouble and needed $9,000. They sent the money in a package via FedEx, he said, but now think the call was bogus and would like someone to intercept the package before it arrives Wednesday at 10 a.m.

7:41 a.m. - Milton-Freewater police were advised of graffiti at Marie Dorian Park, 82535 Couse Creek Road, Milton-Freewater.
7:42 a.m. - The president and owner of Reliant Plumbing, a general contractor working at Love’s Travel Stop and Country Store on Tower Road, Boardman, reported a man he let go on Monday has stolen several items from the work site. The caller also said he received a call from River Lodge & Grill reporting damages to the room the man was staying in, and the computer in the lobby was stolen. He said the keyboard for the stolen computer was found in the work van the ex-employee was using. He requested contact from a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.
9:05 a.m. - The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1113 Lamb St., Milton-Freewater, reported a burglary.
10:42 a.m. - An employee of Circle K, 335 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton, requested Pendleton police check on a woman who came into the store and asked them to call 9-1-1 for an officer to carry her luggage for her. The woman then yelled at employees and went outside to sit under a tree in front of the business.
11:30 a.m. - License plates were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Northeast Fifth Avenue, Milton-Freewater.
12:12 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of prescription pain medication stolen from a home at Villadom Mobile Home Park, 53785 W. Crockett Road, Milton-Freewater. The homeowner said she returned home May 7 and found her door open and the medication gone. She requested contact from a deputy.
12:36 p.m. - A resident of South Main Street, Pendleton, reported her daughter found a pool of blood as well as blood on the door handle and window of a car in front of the neighbor’s house.
1:20 p.m. - A Pendleton man reported he barely avoided a scam regarding the sale of a pickup on Craig’s List. The caller said he had names, numbers and bank accounts and requested contact from a Pendleton police officer.
3:35 p.m. - A resident of Joy Lane, Hermiston, reported a neighbor “crossed the line” when he grabbed his girlfriend by the torso and dragged her into their house. He requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.
4:21 p.m. - Music at the softball field on Waterman Road, Athena, was so loud a resident “can’t work outside.” She wanted the volume turned down.
5:50 p.m. - Two unlocked vehicles were entered and items taken at a residence on Southwest Eighth Street, Pendleton.
8 p.m. - A resident of Southwest Birch Street, Pilot Rock, reported the gas was siphoned from his gas tank sometime during the night.
8:35 p.m. - Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies were called to assist Umatilla Tribal Police who were fighting with a suspect at the main security booth at Wildhorse Resort & Casino, 46510 Wildhorse Blvd., Pendleton.
8:38 p.m. - Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies received two calls about possible domestic violence at a home on North Townsend Road, Hermiston. The first caller said she could not see an altercation but could hear a woman yelling “Leave me alone, I’m pregnant.” A second 9-1-1- call was traced to the same location, but dispatchers heard scuffling and arguing between a man and a woman and then the call was disconnected. Subsequent attempts to return the call went to voice mail.
8:46 p.m. - A resident of Highway 339, Milton-Freewater, reported she was the victim of domestic violence. She said her boyfriend punched her in the head and held her down by her hair. She had left the home and requested contact from a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy.
9:10 p.m. - Umatilla County also fielded a domestic violence report from Prunedale Road, Milton-Freewater. A woman reported she was at a friend’s house with her husband and he was being rude, so she left on foot. The caller said her husband followed her in their vehicle and kept blocking the road, and hit her and tried to break her phone when she would not get in the vehicle. She requested contact near the baseball field on County Road.
9:28 p.m. - Stanfield police found graffiti in orange and green marker in the Bard Park restrooms.
Umatilla County District Attorney Dan Primus said police spent Thursday afternoon investigating a report of a stabbing in Milton-Freewater. Primus said several members of the Major Crimes Team were on hand to assist, but declined to release more information while the investigation is still pending.
•Milton-Freewater police arrested Ronald Lynn Harris, 56, 409 W. Cherry St., Walla Walla, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

7:58 a.m. - Law enforcement received a report of a naked 20-something man on Interstate 84 near Echo.
12:53 p.m. - Three women were in a verbal fight in front of a home on the 1000 block of Southeast Byers Avenue.
1:07 p.m. - A manager at Cold Springs Dairy, 36740 Kosmos Road, Hermiston, reported the theft of a one-ton Chevrolet Silverado flatbed pickup. The crime happened between last Friday and Wednesday at the dairy. The vehicle has no license plate and is not registered. The keys also were inside the pickup, which did have an attached welding unit.
1:15 p.m. - Pendleton’s code enforcement officer received a tip that someone on Southwest Nye Avenue has 15 chickens in a coop in the back yard.
1:38 p.m. - The Pendleton goats were unattended at Northwest Horn and King avenues and eating people’s shrubbery.
2 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an abandoned U-Haul van in the middle of Winesap Road, Milton-Freewater, with four used tires in the back.
3:07 p.m. - A man told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office he is having a dispute with his ex-daughter-in-law regarding weapons that belonged to his son who died.
3:52 p.m. - Pilot Rock police delivered a warning to a woman after a caller reported she got out of a red Kia in the middle of the road at Northeast Fourth and Cherry Streets and yelled into a phone.
4:24 p.m. - A Weston man on Wildwood Loop reported more problems with his neighbor. This time, he said, he was walking his dog when she brought our her dog, antagonized him and then flipped him off.
4:33 p.m. - A 9-1-1 caller asked for police to come to his home on Lena Drive, Stanfield, because his son was on the property stealing items and causing a disturbance.
5:38 p.m. - Children ages 3 and 5 playing in the road at Northwest Water and Minor streets, Heppner, prompted a complaint to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office. The children were gone by the time a deputy arrived, but he contacted the mother of the 3-year-old.
5:45 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater woman reported the theft of money and jewelry from her home on the 900 block of North Main Street.
7:50 p.m. - An anonymous caller reported a male showed another male a rifle in the park about 50 yards from the Pilot Rock Elementary School on McGowan Drive, Pilot Rock. The males were white, in their 30s and by a white car with its hood open. The caller also said this happened at 3:37 p.m. while children were leaving the school.
8 p.m. - A woman reported the theft of her white 1999 Honda Civic from a residence on East Punkin Center Road, Hermiston.
8:17 p.m. - A Pendleton caller on Southeast Seventh street reported a neighbor’s child continually harassing the dog and could end up getting bit when the pet is irate and defending its home turf.

8:12 a.m. - Fisticuffs erupted between two employees at Threemile Canyon Farms, Boardman. A manager said one man hit another and was threatening to hurt him further. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office sent deputies, but no charges were filed.
8:40 a.m. - A resident of Northwest Eighth Street, Pendleton, reported a possible transient camp near the river between Northwest Eighth and Ninth streets — again. She requested an officer check the area.
8:56 a.m. - A work badge was stolen from a vehicle on Southwest 10th Street, Pendleton.
10:31 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a case of identity theft. An Irrigon resident reported someone in Pendleton stole her wallet, used her credit cards and had opened a credit card at Home Depot with her information and Social Security card.
11:20 a.m. - Graffiti was reported on a fence on Southeast Byers Avenue, Pendleton. The caller also reported similar graffiti on the Riverwalk in the same area.
11:39 a.m. - A resident of Northwest 12th Street, Pendleton, reported their mailbox has been drawn on for the past few months and when she called the post office in regards to moving it they told her they can not. She requested officer contact.
1:58 p.m. - A work truck was reported stolen from Sherwood Heights Elementary School, 3111 S.W. Marshall Ave., Pendleton. The older green Chevy pickup had trailer stairs in the bed and was last reported headed toward Burger King.
2:01 p.m. - A 9-1-1 call to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Department from Castle Rock Apartments, 451 Tatone St., Boardman, turned out to be two young siblings bickering with each other.
2:14 p.m. - A resident of Southwest Seventh Street, Pendleton, reported his daughter was followed home by a woman who spit on the caller and used profanity when confronted by him.
2:38 p.m. - Pendleton police were called when a man in a green Ford pickup drove up to a resident of Northeast Riverside Avenue and hit him in the face, then drove away.
3:05 p.m. - Staff at Maurice’s, 1740 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton, called police when a woman came in complaining about being stalked by a man. The man then entered the store and the woman tried to hide, but the man spotted her and was following her around the store.
7:37 p.m. - The manager of Shadeview Mobile Home Court, 1417 S.W. 37th Street, Pendleton, reported a man on the property causing a disturbance with a machete in his hand.
9:40 a.m. - A man in a white van with a camper pop-up top was reported setting up “some sort of rocket type thing” in the yard at the Umatilla County Courthouse, 216 S.E. Fourth St., Pendleton.
1:44 p.m. - Thieves stole a package from the front porch of a home on Southwest 30th Street, Pendleton.
2:11 p.m. - Lumber, a skill saw and extension cord, and possibly more, were stolen from a residence on Southeast 10th Street, Pendleton. The homeowner said the thefts may have been happening over a period of time.
2:51 p.m. - A man called Pendleton police saying he didn’t appreciate officers showing up at his mom’s house looking for him. He said he lives in New York and requested contact from an officer.
3:40 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was called to Penland Lake near Heppner after a man in a boat was making threats against another man, cutting fishing lines from his boat and “being inappropriate” in front of children.
6:34 p.m. - A possible medication overdose was reported by employees at Knights Inn, 310 S.E. Dorion Ave., Pendleton.
8:43 p.m. - The EOCI mobile unit was keeping an eye on a man hunkered down in the bushes near the highway in front of the prison, 2500 Westgate, throwing rocks.
1:40 a.m. - Pendleton police received information about a possible suicidal subject in the vicinity of Washington School, 1205 S.E. Byers Ave.
6 a.m. - Various items were reported stolen from a garage and shed at a residence on Cowl Street, Milton-Freewater.
11:54 a.m. - A resident of Murietta Road, Pendleton, reported three spare tires stolen from a trailer sometime within the last 48 hours.
12:37 p.m. - Staff at Bi-Mart, 901 S.W. Emigrant Ave., Pendleton, reported finding clothing belonging to the Multnomah County Jail in the men’s restroom.
12:50 p.m. - An A/C unit and a lawn mower were reported stolen from a residence on Southeast Fourth Street, Irrigon.
1:44 p.m. - An argument that was both verbal and physical, including a knife being involved, was reported at a residence on Southeast Eighth Street, Irrigon. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene but the parties had been separated.
4:42 p.m. - A man was assaulted in Roy Raley Park, 1205 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton. The man said he was missing his wallet and phone, and he had a bump on his head. He also said his assailant was still sitting in the park.
5:50 p.m. - Someone entered a home on Southwest Third Street, Pendleton, and stole a TV, Xbox and possibly more. The caller named a possible suspect.

10:12 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call about domestic violence in progress at home on Rio Senda Drive, Umatilla.
2:21 p.m. - An employee of the Riverside Sports Bar & Lounge, 1501 Sixth St., Umatilla, told police a woman in a tan SUV keeps parking in her parking spot.
11:05 p.m. - Several people fought outside a residence on North Ott Road, Hermiston. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
5:48 a.m. - A Weston woman reported neighbors drinking Saturday night damaged her pickup.
7:03 a.m. - A donkey and pony walked in the roadway near Community Park on Southgate Place, Pendleton.
1:52 p.m. - A man living on Blue Bucket Lane, Hermiston, reported neighbors were shooting firearms unsafely. One bullet zipped past his head, he said, and they also were brandishing firearms and staring at him. He added they stopped shooting when he said something to them.
6:37 p.m. - A Umatilla resident reported an unfamiliar man in his 20s with lots of tattoos was sitting in the windowsill of a house on the 100 block of El Monte Street taking videos.
9:52 p.m. - A woman reported she and her boyfriend were leaving a campsite about half a mile from Hidaway Creek hot springs near Ukiah because another camping party played loud music and were firing guns.
1:16 a.m. - A shorter-than-average male with a receding hairline peeked in windows of a residence on Sixth Street, Umatilla, near the police station. Police did not find the suspect.
7:45 a.m. - Thieves broke into vehicles on Eastside Road, Milton-Freewater. A caller reported three vehicles were hit and it may have been someone they knew because their dog did not bark during the night.
A second caller at 8:16 a.m. reported someone went through his car on Lefore Road, which intersects the south end of Eastside Road. The sheriff’s office investigated and found other possible vehicle break-ins in the area, and another caller reported the suspects may have dropped a floor jack at the scene.
10:37 a.m. - A Pendleton resident on Southwest Kirk Avenue reported the theft of a .22-caliber rifle from an unlocked vehicle.
11:26 a.m. - A man reported the theft of electronic equipment from his vehicle on Depot Street, Milton-Freewater.
12:09 p.m. - An Athena woman reported a break-in at her house on East High Street and the theft of big screen TV, a lawn mower and more.
2:48 p.m. - A man came to a house on Southwest 30th Street, Pendleton, threw items from the house and yelled he was “going to fight fire with fire,” and at one point obtained a gas can but then sat on the porch. A caller asked police to check him out.
4:35 p.m. - A Pendleton man reported a neighbor parked in front of his home on Southwest 14th Street, and when he asked them to move the vehicle, the female reached across the fence and slapped him.
5:01 p.m. - A Pendleton man told police a “very emaciated” female with dark hair, dark pants, a black cami top and a lot of tattoos asked if she could go through his garbage. He told her no, he said, but she acted suspicious, and the house at the front of the property is vacant. He asked for an officer to make sure she did not get inside.
7:06 p.m. - A man reported he took his girlfriend to a white house in Pendleton between Court Avenue and the Umatilla River levee so she could retrieve some personal items when several people came from the house, grabbed her and forced her inside while others threw rocks at his vehicle. He told police he would meet them at the Pendleton Convention Center on Westgate Drive.
9:40 p.m. A Pendleton woman reported her husband ripped her hair out while she was holding her daughter and then began punching himself.
10:08 p.m. - A supervisor at Columbia Harvest Foods, 1411 Sixth St., Umatilla, reported two black males came to the store for a third time and touched a cashier’s bottom, then left in a black SUV toward Irrigon.

•Oregon State Police arrested Rodger D. Sorenson, 61, of La Grande, for driving under the influence of intoxicants. State police reported the trooper stopped Sorenson while driving eastbound on Interstate 84 near milepost 224, and his blood alcohol level was .23 percent, just shy of three times the .08 percent legal limit.
•Milton-Freewater police arrested Jeffery Dean Hawkins, 56, of 513 N.E. Eighth Ave., No. B8. Milton-Freewater, for harassment, felony strangulation and on a warrant.

8:10 a.m. - A Pilot Rock resident reported a neighbor on Southeast Cherry Street rescues cats and now has about 30 living there. The caller said the neighborhood is starting to stink.
8:40 a.m. - A Stanfield woman wanted to speak to police about her ex-boyfriend not giving back her dog after they separated.
10:23 a.m. - A train conductor reported a blue tent near railroad tracks at Westgate Drive and Southwest Court Avenue where the train goes under the overpass.
10:26 a.m. - Stanfield police received reports of two pit bull dogs on the loose at the Echo Skate Park, Echo, where they chase turkeys.
12:36 p.m. - A caller reported dog abuse at one residence at Mountain View Apartments, 2410 N.W. Carden Ave., Pendleton.
12:45 p.m. - Milton-Freewater police received a report of a hit and run on a vehicle on the 200 block of Southwest Second Avenue. This was the first of four reports of hit and run throughout the day. A caller at 2:54 p.m. reported someone backed into a fence on the 600 block of North Russell Street; then at 5:38 p.m. a woman told police someone backed into her vehicle at Central Middle School, 306 S.W. Second Ave.; and the last report was at 6:53 p.m. from a man who said someone on the 200 block of Northeast 13th Street sideswiped his vehicle.
12:46 p.m. - A caller told Pendleton police a man assaulted a woman at an apartment on Southwest 28th Drive.
1:15 p.m. - Thieves are dismantling a barn on Speare Canyon Road, Echo, according to a caller, and the cost is probably in the thousands of dollars. The caller also said this has been reported in the past.
1:57 p.m. - A caller told Pendleton police she was concerned a group of juveniles is taking advantage of a man who pays them for work they did not do.
2:14 p.m. - Reports started coming in about a vehicle going over a cliff east of Boardman near milepost 151 on the westbound side of Interstate 84. The vehicle came off a trailer, and no one was inside.
2:38 p.m. - A caller at Columbia Outdoor Sports & Surplus, 395 E. Main St., Hermiston, reported a male was there trying to sell power tools and was concerned they were stolen. Hermiston police responded and cited a person.
2:44 p.m. - Staff at Rocky Heights Elementary, 650 W. Standard Ave., Hermiston, asked for an officer to take a kitten from the school’s office.
4:38 p.m. - A Pendleton mother asked for an officer to talk to her 9-year-old daughter about the consequences of theft after she stole lip balm from a business.
4:47 p.m. - A Heppner woman asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office if another person could come into her home and throw away items because she is a hoarder.
5:20 p.m. - A man told Hermiston police the woman he lives with accused him of stealing items from the house. He said he took his daughter’s clothes, which the woman bought, but that was all.
6:19 p.m. - An Irrigon father reported the neighbor’s juvenile son entered his home, hit his son, entered his daughter’s room and now is back in his own yard.
6:59 p.m. - Pendleton police received another report that a man on Monday assaulted his girlfriend at her apartment on Southwest 28th Drive.
9:34 p.m. - A Hermiston man asked police for advice because his brother shut himself in a room and turned up the TV volume so loud he cannot get his children to sleep.
•Hermiston police arrested Taylor Gordon Morris, 24, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine, criminal conspiracy and second-degree theft.
•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elton Arthur Long, 46, no address provided, for harassment and strangulation.
•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Leobardo Jacquez III, 40, of Boardman, for possession of methamphetamine and hit and run.

9:11 a.m. - Hermiston city workers burning tumbleweeds at the Ott Road entrance to Eastern Oregon Trade And Event Center found plastic bags that appeared to contain possible stolen property.
9:15 a.m. - Milton-Freewater police received a report of vandalism at the city golf course.
10:59 a.m. - An employee of the Northwest Livestock Commission, 28871 N.W. Livestock Road. Hermiston, reported someone shot the electrical box for the company’s electric fence.
11:12 a.m. - A man on Leathers Road, Hermiston, reported a neighbor’s dog killed his 3-day-old calf. He said he did not know if the dog was alone or part of a pack.
11:30 a.m. - Someone stole a Troy Built lawn mower within the last four days from a home on West Ballou Road, Milton-Freewater.
11:53 a.m. - A Pilot Rock resident reported getting a strange phone call from someone claiming to be with the IRS. Chances are that call was a fraud scheme.
2:37 p.m. - A son asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to check on his 52-year-old mother in Boardman. He said she vomited “black substances” and fell and now was not answering her phone. A deputy checked on her and found she was fine and had been smoking marijuana.
3:10 p.m. - Staff at Pioneer Memorial Hospital, Heppner, told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office parents that appeared intoxicated dropped off their 11-year-old boy and left.
5:37 p.m. - A Umatilla man on Chukar Circle asked for an officer to find out what was going on with the eight cars blocking his driveway and have people move them. Police issued a warning.
5:49 p.m. - A woman told Hermiston police her boyfriend refused to allow her to get her belongings and threatened violence toward her and said he would shoot her friends if they came over.
5:50 p.m. - A woman reported she was in her yard at Union Street and Lind Road, Hermiston, when a vehicle stopped and a female got out and threw away three or four pieces of garbage on the road just west of her home then left south on Highway 395.
7:15 p.m. - A Hermiston male called 9-1-1 to report a woman he knows took the door handle off of the house and was inside yelling at him.
8:10 p.m. - An Irrigon man reported he returned to his home on Northwest Oregon Avenue and found someone broke a sign in his yard and moved the big rocks from in front of his house to under the carport. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded and found footprints that appeared to belong to children. The caller said he would talk to his neighbors.
11:08 p.m. - The fire seemed to be starting up again near Two Rivers Correctional Institution on Beach Access and Roxbury roads, Umatilla.
•Hermiston police arrested Michael Wayne Waelty, 30, of Hermiston, for felony fourth-degree assault, felony strangulation, menacing and harassment, all related to domestic violence. Police also arrested him on a warrant for failure to appear.

12:05 a.m. - A woman told police someone keyed her car and slashed one tire on Southwest Sandy Drive, Hermiston, but she did not know about the flat until she drove. She said she stopped at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1035 S.E. Ninth St., Hermiston.
1:49 a.m. - A Boardman ambulance responded to Columbia River Processing Inc., 79588 Rippee Road, Boardman, for a person who severed a finger.
3:27 a.m. - A caller reported a drunk driver at the McDonald’s, 1230 N. First St., Hermiston. She said a tan car hit a curb, then swerved toward another vehicle, and she followed the car to where it stopped near the side of the nearby Wal-Mart and asked the people inside if they were OK while they poured out beer. The driver was a female and switched seats with a passenger. The caller also said there was a case of beer in the back of the car.
8:36 a.m. - The manager of Village Park, 1215 S.W. 11th St., Hermiston, told police her husband told a female not to honk her car horn, and she tried to hit him with the car. The manager said she would sign a complaint.
8:41 a.m. - A drunk man came to Columbia River Processing Inc., 79588 Rippee Road, Boardman, and threatened to kill an employee.
9:42 a.m. - An employee of Hamley Steakhouse, Pendleton, reported finding a wallet that belongs to a member of a Swedish film crew that was at the establishment earlier this week.
10:36 a.m. - An Irrigon man on Southwest Third Street reported finding a bullet hole in his trailer that hit and broke the door handle.
11:02 a.m. - A man told Pendleton police someone left notes on cars on Northwest Clopton Road threatening to tow them. The caller said it could be from a next door business owner.
12:13 p.m. - Hermiston police received a 9-1-1 call out to Southwest 11th Street after a property manager reported evicting a man and woman who then broke down a door.
12:16 p.m. - A caller reported someone during the night broke into a chicken coop and stole eggs at a rental on Umatilla River Road, Hermiston.
13:16 p.m. - Someone in a black Dodge pickup on Highway 395 near Pilot Rock threw an object that struck another car’s window.
1:17 p.m. - Hermiston police received a call about a male hitting a female in front of children she was babysitting.
3 p.m. - Umpqua Bank, 1701 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton, reported a customer received a fake $100 bill.
3:05 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of domestic violence at Southeast 17th Street and Court Avenue.
6:25 p.m. - A 9-1-1 caller reported hearing a female scream from a residence on Yakima Street and Deschutes Avenue, Umatilla.
6:58 p.m. - A man told Pendleton police someone is stalking him and took photos of him and his family leaving Walgreens, 144 S.W. 20th St. He also said he has photo proof he would show to an officer.
11:16 p.m. - A girl about 3 years old chased her mother and father who fought while walking from Ridgeway Village Apartments, 725 W. Ridgeway Ave., Hermiston.
1:56 a.m. - Five or six people fought inside and outside at Midway Bar & Grill, 1750 N. First St., Hermiston.
2:08 a.m. - A caller reported the theft of his black 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer from Southeast Seventh Street, Pendleton.
2:52 a.m. - Pendleton police received a 9-1-1 report of a male trying to kick in a door at Indian Hills Village Apartments, 1335 S.W. Second St.
6:47 a.m. - The roses are dead, a woman said. Her roses, to be precise, that border a neighbor’s house on Northeast Riverside Avenue, Pendleton. Someone put something on the flowers that led to their demise, she reported, and the only way to access the roses are from the neighbor’s house. And, she said, “they have ongoing issues.”
•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people at 295 S.E. Fourth St., Irrigon, on drug charges. David William Aitken, 63, faces one count each of possession and delivery of methamphetamine, and Eric Thomas Johnson, 50, faces one count each of possession of meth and frequenting a place of drugs. Deputies also arrested Johnson on a warrant for violating probation.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Eric Allen Lowry, 31, of Walla Walla, on one count of first-degree sexual abuse.
•Pendleton police arrested Casie Jo Carson, 32, of Pendleton, for felony fourth-degree assault domestic violence.
•Milton-Freewater police arrested Jeffery Dean Martin, 51, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and failure to pay fines.
•Pendleton police arrested Lacey Dedier Vigil, 43, of Pendleton, for identity theft, second-degree forgery, second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft.
