12:27 a.m. - A resident on North Loop Road, Stanfield, called for law enforcement when her neighbor came over to pick up her goats, which were on the caller’s property.

7 a.m. - An archery hunter reported possible poaching. He was east of U.S. Forest Service Road 52-26 and saw a harem of elk enter a thicket of trees. Then a gunshot rang out, and all the cows bolted, but the bull did not come out. Oregon State Police investigated and did not find anyone.

9:01 a.m. - A Pendleton resident on Southwest Third Street asked to speak to an officer “regarding her neighbors congregating in her driveway and not moving.”

11:22 a.m. - A man told Hermiston police his ex-girlfriend “got rid of a bunch” of his belongings, and he believed she may have pawned them at Columbia Outdoor Sports & Surplus, 395 E. Main St., Hermiston, because he found his generator there. Police took a report.

12:04 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for an assault at Short Stop, 2012 N.W. Carden Ave.

2:53 p.m. - Stanfield police received a report of possible drug activity on East Wood Avenue.

4:47 p.m. - Pilot Rock police received a tip that a local woman was driving suspended.

1:41 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary on South Edwards Road, Hermiston.

12 p.m. - Pendleton police received a 911 report of drug activity in Brownfield Park, 12 S. Main St.

4:48 p.m. - Two males arguing prompted a call for law enforcement because their conflict was escalating.

4:56 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for an assault at Stillman Park, 413 S.E. Byers Ave., Pendleton.

9:26 p.m. - Hermiston police received a report of a fight at Victory Square Park at West Hermiston Avenue and Southwest 10th Street.

11:29 p.m. - People waved down a Pendleton police officer for a fight at Sorbenot’s Coffee, 402 S.E. Ninth St.

11:53 p.m. - A 911 caller on Van Buren Drive, Umatilla, reported criminal mischief.

1:45 a.m. - A 911 caller reported a disturbance at Cadillac Jack’s Saloon & Grill, 1703 S.W. Emigrant Ave., Pendleton.

5:40 a.m. - Pendleton police received a 911 report of criminal mischief at McDonald’s, 900 Southgate.

10:45 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report for criminal mischief from a residence on Southwest Emigrant Avenue.

11:06 a.m. - Pendleton police responded for a transient who entered one of the Royal Blue trucks in the former Albertson’s parking lot on Southwest 12th Street.

11:32 a.m. - And Homestead Youth & Family Services, 816 S.E. 15th St., Pendleton, reported — yep — criminal mischief. Police cited a person for the offense.

12:40 p.m. - A caller asked Hermiston police for help with the vehicle someone abandoned three months ago in the right-of-way of their grandparents’ property on West Hartley Avenue.

1:22 p.m. - Workers on the eastbound side of Interstate 84 near mile post 210, Pendleton, contacted police after finding a small bag that may have contained methamphetamine. Oregon State Police responded, and a trooper took the bag for destruction.

4:07 p.m. - Just when you though it was over. Yet another report came into Pendleton police about criminal mischief, this time on Northwest Sixth Street.

11:11 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to Crabby’s Underground Saloon & Dance Hall, 220 S.W. First St., on a 911 call about a fight.

Friday

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Rosa Lara, 34, no address available, for dangerous drugs and criminal activity in drugs, both felonies, on the Umatilla Indian Reservation.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Veronica Jayne Hall, 22, no address available, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, public intoxication, criminal activity in drugs and criminal use of drugs.

•Oregon State Police arrested Silvestre Julio Garcia, 25, of Hermiston, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and failure to carry a driver’s license. State police reported he provided breath samples that showed more than .15 and .14 percent blood-alcohol content, almost twice the legal limit of .08 percent.

Saturday

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested James Anthony Jones, 40, of Pendleton, for criminal activity in drugs and on a misdemeanor warrant.

•Oregon State Police arrested Karmen Lee Lexington, 65, no address available, for DUII (controlled substance) after pulling her over on Interstate 84 near milepost 204 west of Pendleton. The trooper brought her and her dog to the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton. She consented to a breath test and provided urine.

Law enforcement had nowhere to keep her dog, and a tow truck already hauled her vehicle, so the trooper gave her a citation and a ride to the Motel 6 in Hermiston.

•Pendleton police arrested Ryan Q. Laib, 29, of Pendleton, for DUII.

Sunday

•Oregon State Police arrested Kristal Doyle-Morales, 24, no address available, for DUII (controlled substance).

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Kevin James Crane, 26, of Pendleton, for menacing, assault and domestic abuse.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Page Stacy, 34, of Irrigon, for menacing, harassment, fourth-degree assault, felon in possession of a weapon and second-degree criminal mischief.

•Boardman police arrested Manuel Lopez Pascual, 35, no address available, for DUII and hit and run causing injury.

Monday

•Pendleton police arrested Weston Edward Longhorn, 26, of Pendleton, for DUII (alcohol) and interfering with a peace officer.

7:07 a.m. - Emergency services responded to Northeast Third Street, Boardman, for a possible drug overdose. An ambulance took the patient to Good Shepherd Medical Center.

11:14 a.m. - A Lexington man on South B Street told a Morrow County deputy sheriff the garbage truck spills trash every week on the road. The deputy talked to the garbage company, which promised to speak to the driver.

11:32 a.m. - A caller at Wells’ Manor Apartments, 414 S.E. 17th St., Pendleton, reported the theft of a vehicle.

11:52 a.m. - A Milton-Freewater man on the 100 block of Northwest First Avenue reported the theft of a generator.

12:20 p.m. - The owner of a dog reported it chewed through its rope at the Main Street Park, Heppner. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded, found the dog and returned it to the owner — for the second time that day.

Don’t make them do that a third time.

1:26 p.m. - Stanfield police issued six more citations for odor complaints at 3D Idapro on Hoosier Lane.

3:19 p.m. - Morrow County law enforcement responded to Boardman on a report of a local suffering mental and emotional problems.

6:21 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a single, small boy, barefoot and shirtless, sitting with no adults in sight at Southwest Fourth Street and Goodwin Avenue.

8:34 p.m. - Wtechlink, 404 S.E. Dorion Ave., Pendleton, was the target of criminal mischief.

9:05 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office was on the lookout for an “extremely intoxicated” man who threatened violence against a girl in Irrigon and took off in a big white van on Highway 730 toward Boardman.

9:34 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of an assault on the 300 block of East Dogwood Avenue but did not find any suspects.

9:55 a.m. - The ambulance service in Boardman responded to a baby with difficulty breathing.

11:30 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to a report of domestic violence in the parking lot at 1300 S.W. Court Ave.

1:42 a.m. - A 911 caller reported a fight at Mac’s Bar & Grill, 1400 S.W. Dorion Ave., Pendleton, but police did not find the suspects.

Monday

•Pendleton police arrested Derek Jay Shank, 31, of Milton-Freewater, for third-degree theft and felony methamphetamine possession.

•Hermiston police arrested Jesus Salvador Solorio Vidales, 34, of Irrigon, for felony probation violations, contempt of court and felony methamphetamine possession.

•Oregon State Police cited Tyler Scott Jessen, 28, of Pilot Rock, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Tuesday

•Pendleton police at 1:55 a.m. responded to a wrong-way driver on Southwest Dorion Avenue at Fourth Street. Police arrested Erik J. Deleon, 35, of Portland, for DUII.

12:18 a.m. - An Irrigon resident on Southeast 13th Place asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to send extra patrols at night because neighbors entered a house and took items from it.

6:40 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible intoxicated driver at Birch Creek and Telephone Pole roads, Milton-Freewater, but law enforcement did not find the suspect.

7 a.m. - An Irrigon man on Southeast Utah Avenue reported a dog came onto his property, defecated and left.

8:35 a.m. - Phone scammers called the dedicated 911 lines at the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office, 4700 N.W. Pioneer Place, Pendleton.

9:22 a.m. - Hermiston police investigated a man who came to the Hermiston Christian Center School, 1825 W. Highland Ave., and asked for a tour but then asked questions that raised concerns for the safety of the children.

12:17 p.m. - A man told Pendleton police he wanted to report a crime of fraud. He said he sent $2,000 via Western Union to West Virginia for a John Deere Gator but did not receive the utility vehicle and is out the money.

1:23 p.m. - An Irrigon woman reported her aunt was withholding her medical supplies and medications. The aunt claimed the niece will get the meds when she pays the power bill. The pair had a “verbal altercation” Monday night, and the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to that. The sheriff’s office sent a deputy to suss out the latest conflict.

2:08 p.m. - A Umatilla resident on K Street asked police to help her catch her dogs, which got loose.

2:27 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to an intoxicated person at Dave’s 12th Street Food Mart, 220 S.E. 12th St.

3:12 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater resident on the 700 block of northeast Ninth Avenue reported the theft of his Honda Rancher four-wheeler.

5:10 p.m. - Pendleton police received a 911 report from Southeast Fourth Street of a male holding a knife at his throat.

5:37 p.m. - A man chased a woman in a vehicle at Melanie Square, 1734 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton.

8:15 p.m. - A 911 caller in Pendleton reported a group of youths shot pepper spray into the face of their 18-year-old grandson.

12:11 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to Mac’s Bar & Grill, 1400 S.W. Dorion Ave., for a person who tried to use fake identification.

2:22 a.m. - Law enforcement received a 911 report of gunshots on Chenowith Avenue, Umatilla.

Tuesday

•Pendleton police arrested Christopher Wayne Lyons, 46, of Pendleton, for second-degree theft, criminal conspiracy and felony methamphetamine possession.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office at about 6 p.m. responded to an Ione caller who said her granddaughter’s boyfriend kicked the granddaughter in the head and hit a friend who was with her. The caller said the boyfriend, Nathan Roger Dotson, was outside the home on Gooseberry Road and they locked themselves in the basement to keep away from him.

Deputies arrived and arrested Dotson, 26, for domestic violence felony assault, misdemeanor assault, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment and booked him into the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.

Wednesday

•Pendleton police arrested Costa Rodriguez Jr., 22, no address available, for felony driving while suspended or revoked.

7:53 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report for criminal mischief on Southwest Hailey Avenue.

12:11 p.m. - A Clackamas County sheriff’s deputy in the area called 911 and reported a car almost hit a bicyclist on Rieth Road near Pendleton, then drove into a field. She said she could not see the license plate.

12:29 p.m. - A man told Pendleton police he received threatening text messages. He also said he let a woman borrow his vehicle and she will not return it because she said he stole her property.

1:30 p.m. - Umatilla police took a report for the theft of a tractor at Highway 730 and Scaplehorn Road, Umatilla.

1:34 p.m. - The train coming through Pendleton stopped for an emergency and blocked several intersections. The Union Pacific Railroad has not reported what kind of emergency caused the train to stop.

7:56 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for an assault on Southwest Goodwin Avenue.

8:42 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a report of a drunk driver at Short Stop, 32553 E. Punkin Center Road, but officers were not able to find the driver.

11:25 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to Mac’s Bar & Grill, 1400 S.W. Dorion Ave., on a report of a drunk driver. Officers also did not find this suspect.

12:09 a.m. - And Pendleton officers responded to Kind Leaf Pendleton, 1722 S.W. Court Ave., on a report of a drunk driver and again struck out.

But you’ll see Pendleton police found a few intoxicated drivers this night.

2:16 a.m. - A Stanfield resident on East Wood Avenue asked to have law enforcement remove the four people who were screaming and shouting in the middle of the street.

Thursday

•Pendleton police arrested Lavonna Fallsdown, 40, of Browning, Montana, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Stanfield police arrested Jacob Michael Ellis, 28, of Hermiston, for first-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a vehicle and first-degree theft.

Friday

•Pendleton police arrested Matthew L. Laverne, 23, of Spokane, for DUII.

•And Pendleton police arrested Ryan L. Thede, 22, of Pendleton, for DUII.

4:26 p.m. - A caller reported that his mother hit him at Southwest 11th Street in Hermiston.

9:51 p.m. - A Pendleton police officer was legally parked on Southwest Dorion Avenue and Eighth Street when the driver’s side mirror of a car driven by a Craigmont, Idaho, man struck the passenger side of the patrol vehicle. The driver stopped and exchanged insurance information with the officer, with the assistance of an Oregon State Police trooper.

10:55 p.m. - Child abuse or neglect was reported at Northeast Second Street, Hermiston.

THURSDAY

10:58 a.m. - On West Hermiston Avenue, a caller said he received a scam email which resulted in the loss of $3,450 in a wire transfer.

5:49 p.m. - A suicidal subject was reported at West Madrona Avenue in Hermiston.

12:52 a.m. - A man and a woman were fighting next to an RV in an RV park on Southwest 11th Street in Hermiston.

2:16 a.m. - A resident of East Wood Avenue, Stanfield, asked Stanfield police to remove four people in the middle of the street who where screaming and shouting.

8:54 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint about a cougar on Agnew Road, Hermiston.

12:11 p.m. - A pickup ended up high-centered on a fire hydrant at the Westgate/Northgate intersection of Pendleton. ODOT was dispatched to assist.

12:40 p.m. - Theft was reported on Northeast Cherry Street, Pilot Rock.

12:51 p.m. - A burglary was reported by a resident of Raymond Street, Umatilla.

4:10 p.m. - A resident of Eastside Road, Milton-Freewater, reported a stolen vehicle.

9:11 p.m. - A man called Pendleton police to complain people were banging on his doors and windows on Southwest Isaac Avenue. The caller said he was going to “go and get a club and tune him up.” Officers were unable to locate the trespassers.

9:29 p.m. - A 5-year-old boy was found on his own by Oregon State Police in front of Hamley’s Western Store, 8 S.E. Court Ave., and troopers were able to locate the parents.

10:08 p.m. - Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies were called to a fight at Locust Mobile Home Court, 1571 N. Columbia St., Hermiston, and gave out warnings.

SATURDAY

1:04 a.m. - Pendleton police broke up a fight between two men at Grocery Outlet, 1810 S.W. Court Ave.

2:14 a.m. - Another fight, this time in front of Mosa, 140 S. Main St., was broken up by Pendleton police.

6:05 a.m. - A resident of Chalet Lane, Weston, reported a possible burglary. A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a report.

11:56 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported assault on West Spearman Road, Hermiston.

11:58 a.m. - A caller said the white Honda Civic following them on South Highway 395 might be part of a silver alert (missing senior citizen) out of Washington.

12:10 p.m. - A resident of Pendleton Riverside Apartments, 1300 N.W. Carden Ave., reported a theft.

12:28 p.m. - Theft was reported on South Broad Street, Weston.

2:58 p.m. - Oregon State Police received a report that a bull elk had been killed by an arrow in the Mt. Emily Unit. It was determined the elk had been killed by a poor shot and had been dead approximately 3-4 days. Attempts are being made to contact hunters in the area to see if they had shot a bull and were unable to find it. Troopers cut off the 6x6 rack of horns for safekeeping.

4:59 p.m. - A resident of Northwest Bailey Avenue in Pendleton reported a hit and run accident. A second incident of hit and run was reported at Pendleton Early Learning Center, 455 S.W. 13th St., at 7:26 p.m.

6:23 p.m. - An assault was reported at North First Street, Hermiston.

7:05 p.m. - A resident of East Second St., Hermiston, reported a car prowl.

8:38 p.m. - Pendleton police were called to assist with a fight at Southeast Byers Avenue and Southeast Sixth Street, Pendleton.

11:22 p.m. - An assault was reported at the Marigold Hotel, 105 S.E. Court Ave., Pendleton.

1:07 a.m. - Pendleton police received a report that people broke into a rental property on Southwest Frazer Avenue and then started fighting.

5:12 a.m. - A report of shots fired was received from Great Northern Bark Co., 700 N.W. Cedar St., Pilot Rock. There was no indication police officers found a shooter.

7:58 a.m. - An Oregon State Police game trooper reported a motor vehicle accident on Rhea Creek Road and Highway 74, Ione. The vehicle was partially blocking the northbound lane and debris were scattered on the road but no driver was on scene. OSP located the driver and he was returning to clean up the rest of the debris.

12:44 p.m. - A car was reported stolen from a residence on Joy Lane, Hermiston.

12:47 p.m. - A resident of Highway 74 (Lena) near Heppner reported a fire in the dry field near his residence and structures were threatened. Heppner, Morrow County and Lexington fire departments responded.

2:22 p.m. - A wallet was stolen from a vehicle parked on Northeast Aiken Street, Heppner.

7:48 p.m. - Oregon State Police were called to the Chuckwagon Cafe, 81027 N. Highway 395, Hermiston, by a witness who saw a Toyota Camry hit the curb and drive through the shrubs and into the Chuckwagon parking lot. When troopers arrived, the driver was not on the scene and all identifying paperwork had been removed from the car. DMV records showed the vehicle had been recently sold. OSP had the car towed and a hold placed on it for an ongoing investigation of failure to perform the duties of a driver in a property damage accident and possible DUII.

9:05 p.m. - Burglary was reported from a resident of Highway 11, Milton-Freewater.

10:58 p.m. - Police were unable to locate a burglar reported at Southwest Ninth Street, Hermiston.

11:44 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office was called to assist at a property on Williamson Road, Weston, where an abandoned RV was on fire.

Wednesday

• Oregon State Police arrested Joshua Hayden Rogers, 23, no address available, for driving under the influence of intoxicants following the roll-over of a pickup on Highway 207 near milepost 19 in Morrow County. Rogers suffered minor injuries in the crash, according to state police, which occurred when he failed to maintain the lane of travel while heading south and over-corrected. Police also arrested him for reckless driving.

• Oregon State Police arrested Cheryle Ann Rietmann, 59, of Ione, for DUII.

Thursday

• Oregon State Police arrested William Patrick Bradley, 70, of Meridian, Idaho, for DUII.

• Oregon State Police arrested Alisha Emily Thompson, 25, of Pendleton, for possession of methamphetamine.

• Oregon State Police arrested Kari Barton, 27, of Hermiston, for DUII.

• Oregon State Police arrested Natasha Marie Page, 26, of Pendleton, for DUII.

• Oregon State Police arrested Timothy Allen Okaly, 41, of Pendleton, for DUII (controlled substances) and possession of methamphetamine and heroin, all misdemeanors.

• Pendleton police arrested Lavonna Fallsdown, 40, of Browning, Mont., for DUII.

Friday

• Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Amanda Maurissa Anderson Waine, 34, of Portland, for second-degree disorderly conduct, hit and run with property damage and reckless driving.

• Pendleton police arrested Jeremy Paul Beske, 44, of La Grande, for fourth-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and failure to pay fines.

• Oregon State Police arrested Alfredo Silva Jimenez, 29, of Boardman for felony DUII.

• Oregon State Police arrested Patrick Charles Brownfield, 32, of Walla Walla for DUII, reckless driving, reckless endangerment and import of marijuana items across state lines.

• The Umatila County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary Cole Martin, 32, of Hermiston, for two counts of identity theft, a felony, and misdemeanors of giving false information to police and attempting to elude, as well as a felony parole/LSA violation.

• Pendleton police arrested Matthew LaVerne, 23, of Spokane, Wash., and Ryan L. Thede, 22, of Pendleton for DUII.

Saturday

• Oregon State Police cited and released Joshua David Noel, 25, Toppenish, Wash., for DUII (controlled substance). A trooper on a bicycle also cited and released Jay Benjamin Harwood, 37, of Echo for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving after a complaint that he was speeding and burning out in a residential area of Pendleton.

• The Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Travis Arlen Landon, 25, of Hermiston, for unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of methamphetamine and heroin, all felonies, and a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant.

• Pendleton police arrested Colby C. Quinn, 44, of Seneca, Ore., and Holly Chernetsky, 25, of Salinas, Calif., for DUII.

Sunday

• Oregon State Police arrested Jose Luis Paez Figueroa, 32, of Boardman, Trina Berger of Missoula, Mont. (no age available), and Donald Richard Clark Jr., 50, of Portland, for DUII (alcohol) and reckless driving.

• Hermiston police arrested Jamie Rae Rankin, 27, of Heppner, for identity theft, a felony, and giving false information to police and failure to appear, both misdemeanors.

• Pendleton police arrested Laura Marcellay, 43, of Vancouver, Wash., for DUII. Juveniles also were cited for minor in possession early Sunday morning.

Monday

• Milton-Freewater police arrested Darrell Lee Falconer, 18, of Milton-Freewater, on domestic violence charges of harassment (offensive physical contact, 2 counts) and strangulation.

1:33 a.m. - A horse was struck by a vehicle on West Fourth Road and West Highway 730, Irrigon. The vehicle left the scene before the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrived.

3:36 a.m. - A semi truck jackknifed on Interstate 84 eastbound near Boardman. Morrow County sheriff’s deputies and the Boardman Fire Department were dispatched to the scene.

7:39 a.m. - A resident of North Highway 395, Hermiston, reported a vehicle break-in.

8:43 a.m. - A vehicle swerved off the road and killed a cow on Clarks Canyon Road, Lexington, then fled, the cow’s owner reported. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy investigated the crash scene and took a report.

9:12 a.m. - A blue Honda Accord was abandoned in the middle of the westbound lane on Interstate 82, milepost 10. Attempts to locate the registered owner by Oregon State Police were unsuccessful. The car was towed as a hazard.

9:25 a.m. - Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office was called to Locust Mobile Home Court, 1571 N. Elizabeth St., Milton-Freewater, on a report of shots fired.

11:53 a.m. - A resident of Wells’ Manor Apartments, 414 S.E. 17th St., Pendleton, reported a theft.

12:32 p.m. - Four more complaints about odors emanating from 3D Idapro, Hoosier Lane, Stanfield, were fielded by Stanfield police.

12:38 p.m. - A caller from Tower Mountain Road Lookout, Forest Service 5226 Road, Ukiah, reported an assault to a Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy, who took a report.

3:58 p.m. - A man at Pilot Truck Stop, S. Highway 395, Stanfield, told Stanfield police someone had used his bank card fraudulently.

5:01 p.m. - A burglary was reported on West Spearman Road, Hermiston.

7:32 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report for an assault on Southwest Runnion Court.

9:28 p.m. - A man hit a cow with his vehicle on Highway 207 south of Heppner. An Oregon State Police trooper was dispatched to make contact.

9:46 p.m. - A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Interstate 84 eastbound near Boardman to remove a large blanket from the roadway.

10:43 p.m. - Stanfield police investigated a report of shots fired by a resident of North Dupont Street, Echo, but no shooter was found.

12:00 a.m. - A woman and her boyfriend reported being harassed at B Street and River View Drive, Hermiston, by a man who was shining a laser in their eyes. The man was in a nearby house threatening the caller, who was calling from her car near the Army Corps of Engineers fishing area. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies were unable to locate the harasser.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tristan Jack Fiscus, 19, address not provided, on felony charges of unauthorized entry into motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor theft.

12:21 a.m. - A resident of Southwest 11th Street, Hermiston, reported hearing shoes scuffling in the carport and her dog was barking. Hermiston police didn’t find the prowler.

1:09 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a resident of Washington Lane, Irrigon, advising her dog was barking outside and it sounded like “someone is pulling a big wagon of some sort by her house.” She said several things have been stolen from her property and believes it may be related. Sheriff’s deputies did not find a prowler.

9:01 a.m. - A resident of the 400 block of Northeast Eighth Avenue in Milton-Freewater reported a storage shed was entered and household items stolen.

10:41 a.m. - A resident of Sand Hollow Road, Heppner, reported a pickup and flatbed trailer parked in long grass on his property within the previous three hours. The caller said no one was around and the pickup was locked, with shotgun shells on the seat. He requested contact from a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy.

4:12 p.m. - A Milton-Freewater resident reported someone ran into his tree at the 1000 block of Lamb Street and fled the scene.

5:33 p.m. - A Dept. of Fish & Wildlife employee collecting irrigation pumps on the Irrigon Wildlife Area discovered a pump and motor are missing. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy took a theft report.

6:07 p.m. - A resident of Dos Palos Court, Umatilla, called the Umatilla police to report the back door glass had shattered and they were exiting the house until officers could arrive.

7:35 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Department received a call from a Heppner parent whose daughter was threatened with violence at Heppner Elementary School after protecting her brother from a bully. The caller said she wasn’t sending her daughter back to school until a deputy makes contact with her.

8:34 p.m. - A resident of East Ridgeway Avenue, Hermiston, reported their car stolen within the previous five minutes. Hermiston police took a theft report.

8:52 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a fight on Hurst Lane, Milton-Freewater, but the caller then advised it was only a misunderstanding and disconnected the call.

10:24 p.m. - A resident of Willow Drive, Stanfield, reported a transformer across the street from their home blew and the pole was on fire. Stanfield police and East Umatilla County fire crews responded to the fire.

12:29 p.m. - A Boardman woman on Kunze Lane reported her white baby goat was missing.

1:55 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at the Hermiston Veterinary Clinic, 1995 S. Highway 395, Hermiston.

4:20 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to Southeast Goodwin Avenue for 911 call about an ex who was “there and yelling and cussing.”

8:37 p.m. - Law enforcement responded to Riverside Junior-Senior High School, 210 Boardman Ave., Boardman, for juveniles fighting in the parking lot. Boardman police cited and released one girl for disorderly conduct and harassment.

SATURDAY

1:19 a.m. - A caller on the 100 block of East Main Street reported a male thief took off with his girlfriend’s purse.

8:22 a.m. - Oregon State Police and other emergency services responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 395 near milepost 53.

State police reported the Acura Integra left the road and crashed, and the driver, Nicholas Glenn Allemand, 38, of Kittitas, Washington, was injured. A helicopter ambulance flew him to Providence St. Mary Medical Center, Walla Walla.

State police also cited Allemand for forging a vehicle title or registration and sent the case to the Umatilla County District Attorney’s office for consideration of charges.

8:43 a.m. - Emergency services responded to a single-vehicle crash at Rieth Road and L and W Lane near Pendleton. One woman may have suffered a broken collar bone.

12:34 p.m. - Irrigon residents on Southeast Utah Avenue reported the neighbor’s dog was in her driveway and acting aggressive. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy contacted the dog’s owners. The dog broke a window in its home and escaped. The deputy told the owners to keep their dog in their yard or they could receive a citation.

3:07 p.m. - A caller reported someone shot the target stands the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office set up at the gun range on Rippee Road, Boardman.

The sheriff’s office called this one a “code 4” — meaning there was no problem — because people were shooting the targets like they were supposed to.

6:26 p.m. - A female reported she was on East Diagonal Boulevard, Hermiston, following her boyfriend’s stolen car, a tan 2000 Audi, which they reported two weeks ago. She also said someone switched the license plates on the car.

5:59 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of a burglary on Weber Lane, Milton-Freewater.

SUNDAY

4:44 a.m. - Umatilla police found graffiti at Columbia Boulevard and Chenowith Avenue.

8:06 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a white Honda Civic that rolled near Willow creek Road an Balm Fork Road, Heppner. Emergency personnel responded but no victims were at the scene. The sheriff’s office took a report.

10:49 a.m. - An Irrigon resident reported she loaned her car to a man, but he did not return it. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office determined this was a civil situation and not a crime.

3:07 p.m. - Pendleton police took a report following a 911 call about an assault in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Walmart Supercenter, 2203 S.W. Court Ave.

3:36 p.m. - Oregon State Police took a report for the theft duffel bag from a motorcycle and the Kahr MK40 pistol inside the bag near milepost 228 on the westbound side of Interstate 84.

5:22 p.m. - Pilot Rock police received a report of drug activity on Southwest Birch Place.

6:49 p.m. - A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy reported a golden eagle had a broken wing and was on Bombing Range Road and Wilson Lane, Boardman. The raptor headed into a cornfield. The sheriff’s office notified the animal rehabilitation center Blue Mountain Wildlife, Pendleton.

7:13 p.m. - Hermiston police took a report for a burglary on the 1100 block of Southwest Sandy Drive.

8:09 p.m. - One elk took out two vehicles traveling west on Interstate 84 about 27 miles east of Pendleton.

Oregon State Police reported a Toyota Rav4 struck the elk while it was standing in the right lane, and a BMW SUV struck the elk after the first. The elk died, the drivers and passengers were not injured, and both vehicles requires tow trucks.

8:15 p.m. - A Madras man suffered injuries in a crash on Highway 395. Oregon State Police reported Daniel D. Ocacio, 34, was driving a Subaru Legacy and failed to take corner near milepost 18. The car went off the west shoulder and rolled multiple times. An ambulance took Ocacio to St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

Friday

•Oregon State Police cited Dwayne Larry Brown, 39, of Hermiston, for unlawful taking of an antlerless deer.

A trooper stopped Brown’s Chevrolet Silverado at 8:30 p.m. for a traffic violation on the northbound side of Highway 395 near milepost 6. The trooper spotted the dead mule deer in the bed of the pickup, but it was not tagged or field dressed. Brown found and validated the tag, according to state police, and admitted to killing the deer on private property in the Heppner Unit. The tag was valid for a buck, not a doe. The trooper gave Brown the citation and took the deer, the tag and the bloody arrow as evidence. Game troopers field dressed and skinned the deer at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife office in Pendleton.

Saturday

•Hermiston police arrested Jason Keith Maddox, 42, of Hermiston, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and failure to use lights.

•Hermiston police arrested Gina Marie Perez, 34, of Umatilla, and Lavanndre Maurice Sabb, 23, of Walla Walla, for unauthorized use of vehicle. Perez also faces charges for violating parole and failing to pay fines, and police also cited Sabb for failure to appear.

•Hermiston police arrested Craig Allen Dircksen Jr., 24, of Hermiston, for reckless driving and DUII.

Sunday

•Oregon State Police arrested Jesus Pacheco, 22, of Boardman, for DUII and following too closely after a crash at about 2:41 a.m. on the westbound side of Interstate 84 near milepost 186.

•Oregon State Police cited Randy Scott Maddux, 51, of Vancounver, Washington, for driving a vehicle while using a mobile electronic device (first offense) and driving while suspended.

•Hermiston police arrested Lucio Guardaro Ochoa, 21, of Hermiston, for DUII, refusal to take a breath test and careless driving

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Beverly Ann Craig, 50, of Pendleton, for felony attempt to flee.

•Hermiston police arrested Kaleb Robert Anderson, 19, of Hermiston, for minor possession of alcohol, felony and misdemeanor possession of federally controlled substances, and DUII (controlled substance).

Umatilla County Circuit Court records show Anderson pleaded no contest April to minor in possession of marijuana.

9:11 a.m. - A caller told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office she hit a deer with her pickup on Tupper Lane near the Tupper Guard Station in the Blue Mountains, and the pickup ended up in a ditch. However, she said, she did not remember exactly where. She said she returned to look for the pickup, but did not find it. She said the crash tore off the rear driver’s side wheel, so it was not drivable.

1:17 p.m. - A 911 caller reported an armed person at Highway 730 and Willamette Avenue, Umatilla.

1:37 p.m. - Residents near Rhea Creek Road in south Morrow County reported the neighbor’s goats were out again and all over the road.

2:04 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a person threatening self-harm.

2:32 p.m. - A caller reported giving a person a check for 65 cents, but the Bank Of Eastern Oregon, S. First St., Irrigon, cashed it for $65. The bank called to get back the money, but the person refused.

4:40 p.m. - Oregon State Police responded to a hit-and-run on Highway 395 a couple of miles south of Pendleton. A large cleaning device fell from the back of a flatbed truck and struck another vehicle. Several witnesses confronted the driver of the flatbed, who denied anything fell and fled the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

9:30 p.m. - Stanfield police responded to a 911 call about domestic violence on North Thielsen Street, Echo.

•Hermiston police at about 12:45 a.m. responded to an assault call on the 1300 block of North First Street. Police arrested Noah Daley Weatherford, 18, of Hermiston, for second-degree disorderly conduct and minor in possession of marijuana.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gordon James Rock Jr., 50, of Irrigon, for felony failure to report as sex offender and on a misdemeanor of failure to appear.

•Pendleton police arrested Angela Lynn Myers, 56, of Pendleton, for first-degree theft.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested James Perry Morris, 59, no address available, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

11:47 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of drug activity on Devore Road at McNary Dam, Pendleton.

12:13 p.m. - Emergency services responded to the westbound side of Interstate 84 near milepost 151 west of Boardman for a person who suffered a broken leg resulting in an “obvious deformity” from a motorcycle. An ambulance took the victim to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston.

7:20 p.m. - A caller at Mountain View Drive and Kunze Lane, Boardman, reported a male grabbed her by the throat and hit her.

7:25 p.m. - An intoxicated man yelled at all the passersby at the Umatilla RV Park, 1551 Sixth St., Umatilla.

9:45 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to a 911 call reporting domestic violence at Northwest 10th Street and Aura Avenue.

•Milton-Freewater police arrested Benjamin Niles Rice, 31, of Milton-Freewater, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Monday

•Hermiston police late Monday arrested Dustin James Diteman, 32, no address available, for second-degree kidnapping. The investigation revealed Diteman committed more crimes on Interstate 84 near milepost 87 in Wasco County. Oregon State Police arrested Diteman for strangulation, fourth-degree assault, harassment and interference with making a report.

State court records show the Wasco County District Attorney’s Office filed initial charges against Diteman for the interference plus domestic violence charges of strangulation, fourth-degree assault, menacing and coercion. The last charge is the only felony.

Diteman remains in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton.

5:59 a.m. - A Heppner woman on Southeast Court Street reported a man was stumbling around near her house and may have been intoxicated. She said the man may have come from the Dodge Caravan in the nearby alley.

A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded and found the Dodge broke down. The deputy took the man to the vehicle to meet a mechanic.

9:18 a.m. - Staff at the high school in Irrigon reported a student had vaping materials.

10:26 a.m. - A Milton-Freewater caller reported graffiti on a building on the 200 block of North Main Street.

10:39 a.m. - A woman reported the theft of her car from West Alleluia Avenue, Hermiston. She said the crime occurred between midnight and 8 in the morning.

11:48 a.m. - Pendleton police took a report for a burglary at Pendleton Square Apartments Phase I, 300 S.W. 28th Drive.

4:28 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for a burglary at Green Acres Mobile Park, 53752 Appleton Road, Milton-Freewater.

5:32 p.m. - A Hermiston resident on Southwest 11th Street told police she received a call from a con man claiming he was in Texas with a warrant for her and would come to her house Friday.

6:20 p.m. - A resident on the 200 block of Northeast Third Street, Irrigon, reported the neighbor’s dog gets into his yard and tries to attack his dogs. The dog’s owners have yet to address this ongoing problem, he said, and one of the children wrapped a blanket around his arm and told the dog to attack.

6:51 p.m. - An Irrigon woman reported a man was harassing her with text messages. A deputy contacted both parties and warned them to stop contacting each other or face possible arrest. They understood.

10:33 p.m. - Pendleton police responded to the Rainbow Cafe, 209 S. Main St., for a local man threatening the bartender.

8:39 a.m. - A man at the Hermiston Police Department reported he was selling a cellphone and the other party did not make payments on it and refused to give it back.

8:45 a.m. - A woman in Heppner reported her boyfriend threw water in her face, pushed her and scratched her arms before locking her out of the residence. She declined an ambulance, and the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office took her report.

8:59 a.m. - A woman reported her boyfriend called her and asked her to report the theft of his 1999 Honda Accord from Marlette Homes, 400 W. Elm Ave., Hermiston. She said the boyfriend was walking home and did not have a cellphone with him. She also said the car is silver, has chipped paint on the front hood and one of the front tires is a temporary “donut” spare tire.

12:16 p.m. - A 74-year-old man from Wenatchee, Washington, fell asleep while driving east on Interstate 84 near milepost 185. The crash damaged the Ford F150 pickup and the attached trailer, and an ambulance took the driver and his passenger, a 64-year-old woman, to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston, where emergency department staff treated and released them.

Oregon State Police reported the pair were moving from Washington to Arizona. Police at the crash recovered a lot of cash, eight firearms and two air guns, which they later returned to the couple.

12:25 p.m. - A worker on Doolittle Canyon Lane, Hepper, reported “a bunch of shots came whizzing by him” from people who may have been shooting at a flock of turkeys.

8:20p.m. - Morrow County emergency services responded to a Boardman-area residence for a person who attempted self harm. An ambulance took the person to a local hospital.

11:33 p.m. - A 911 caller reported one vehicle crashed over an embankment off Highway 207 at Stanfield Meadows Road near Hermiston.

Friday

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office cited James Michael Prewitt, 70, no address available, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Monday

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jerry Ray Phillips, 59, of Hermiston, for domestic violence charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault, both felonies, and misdemeanors of menacing and interfering with making a report. Deputies also booked Phillips into jail for contempt of court and violating parole.

•Pendleton police arrested George Patrick Smith, 52, of Yakima, Washington, for heroin and methamphetmaine possession, first-degree aggravated theft and identity theft, all felonies. The Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office on Tuesday charged Smith with one count of aggravated identity theft and 30 of identity theft. According to court documents, each count, which are felonies, represents one victim.

7:09 a.m. - An Echo resident reported finding a shot but alive deer at Oregon Trail Road and Water Street. She stated she called a veterinarian to euthanize the deer. Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife personnel disposed of the carcass.

9:50 a.m. - An off-duty deputy with the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reported a county road department employee wrecked a lowboy and excavator on Sand Hollow Road near a house. The heavy equipment took out a fence and was on its side in the ditch, and the deputy did not think anyone was at the home. The deputy also said the driver and another employee drove by his house about 45 minutes ago.

12:36 p.m. - Umatilla police responded to a 911 call for an assault at Tri-Harbor Apartments, 210 Klickitat St.

2:42 p.m. - A caller reported the theft of his red 1990 Suzuki 250 four-wheeler with racks on the front near Sand Hollow off Highway 207 in Morrow County.

3:35 p.m. - A Stanfield woman on East Sprague Street reported seeing a prowler looking into her dining room window around 6:15 in the morning. She said the peeper was a taller male in dark clothing, possibly with a hooded sweatshirt.

6:52 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for a burglary on Tum A Lum Road, Milton-Freewater.

11:01 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a burglary in Athena on East Van Buren Street.

Sunday

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alfredo Campos Fuentes, 35, no address available, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol), and property hit-and-run.

Tuesday

•Hermiston police arrested Logan Charles Wilson, 20, of Hermiston, for altering the identification number on a firearm, a felony crime, unlawful possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor, and on warrants.

Hermiston police Lt. Randy Studebaker posted this message on Facebook on Tuesday morning: “If you’re considering filing the serial number off of a firearm, please don’t. It’s illegal and the crime lab can recover the number you worked so hard to obliterate. Don’t ask me how because I’m a cop, not a scientist, but they do it.”

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose David Hernandez-Lopez, 24, no address available, for DUII, reckless driving and failure to display a license.

7:39 a.m. - Boardman police and Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of male who went through a window to enter a home on Northwest Columbia Avenue. Law enforcement found the guy lived there.

9:43 p.m. - Oregon State Police received a report of vandalism at the rest areas near Stanfield and Boardman. The culprit broke locks and chains for the trash bins. Police have no suspects, but a witness reported a “suspicious person” in the one rest area who wore a red or orange plaid shirt or coat, had brown hair, was short and drove a maroon, older van.

11:57 a.m. - A Umatilla resident on Filmore Street reported the theft of a weapon.

12:08 p.m. - A 911 caller at Victory Square Park, 150 S.W. 10th St., Hermiston, reported he was “having problems” with a female harassing him.

2:19 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for identity theft.

3:04 p.m. - A car struck and injured a calf at West Columbia Lane and Craig Road, Hermiston, and a caller asked to speak to an officer about it.

6 p.m. - A caller reported harvest drivers sped through the area of County Line Road, Morrow County, and one did not stop for a school bus that extended its stop sign. The sheriff’s office plans to run extra patrols there for a week.

7:45 p.m. - Hermiston police received a 911 report of a couple fighting at the Harkenrider Senior Center, 255 N.E. Second St.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Crescencio C. Mendoza, 43, no address available, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Deborah Renee Cameron, 56, no address available, on a warrant for failure to appear and on charges of felony methamphetamine possession and giving false information.

9:37 a.m. - Staff at Heppner Market Fresh, 238 N. Main St., Heppner, reported someone passed fake $50 bills.

9:51 a.m. - A caller asked police to check on her brother in Hermiston because he is a victim of a domestic violence situation.

12:12 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to a burglary on the 900 block of Northwest Stockton Street.

12:57 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for a burglary at Locust Trailer Court, 1501 N. Elizabeth St.

1:57 p.m. - A resident on Piper Canyon Road near Lexington reported her dogs chased a cat up a power pole and she was concerned it would cause a problem. She asked if emergency services could get the cat off the pole.

4:07 p.m. - Fire departments extinguished a grass fire that threatened a home at Dark Canyon Avenue and Blue Jay Street, Umatilla.

8:00 p.m. - A 911 caller reported a husband was aggressive toward his wife at the Hat Rock Campground, 82284 Hat Rock Road.

•Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam Everett Harvill, 29, of Benton City, Washington, for third-degree theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree possession of a forged instrument.

•Pendleton police arrested Eric Scott Arbogast, 38, of Nehalem, for domestic violence assault, third-degree theft and harassment.

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Thomas James Van Pelt, 44, of Pendleton, for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, felony fleeing, driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and reckless driving.

2:12 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a female who stated she had been drugged and abused, but she did not know where she was.

10:14 a.m. - A caller reported someone pried boards off a window at a vacant house on Depot Lane, Irrigon, entered and looked through drawers inside. The caller said she was last at the property two weeks ago.

10:32 a.m. - A 40-year-old Hermiston man suffered minor injuries in a pickup crash.

Oregon State Police and other emergency services responded to the crash on the westbound side of Interstate 84 at exit 168. State police reported the driver tried to brake as he crossed Highway 730, but the brakes did not work. The pickup partially rolled and lost its load on the shoulder of the road. An ambulance took the driver to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston, for treatment of minor injuries. State police did not cite the driver.

12:05 p.m. - Emergency services responded to Sunset Elementary School, 300 E. Catherine Ave., Hermiston, after one student pushed another off a toy on the playground, possibly injuring the student who was on the toy.

3:51 p.m. - A woman at the Umatilla Police Department, 300 Sixth St., Umatilla, asked to speak to an officer about someone duplicating her online classified ad.

4:41 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a cougar at the top of the hill near the Interstate 84 westbound exit 210.

8:34 p.m. - A Heppner resident reported hearing “a lot of noise” and thumping at a home at Water and Minor streets. The caller questioned of anyone should be there because the occupant is in jail.

9:30 p.m. - Milton-Freewater police are look for two suspects from an armed robbery and assault.

Police Chief Doug Boedigheimer reported two armed suspects at about 9:30 Wednesday night entered the Northeast 11th Avenue home of Adam Gingrow, 33, and demanded money.

“Both suspects were disguised to hide their identities,” according to Boedigheimer. The suspects brandished firearms, assaulted Gingrow and fled the residence with roughly $200 cash.

Emergency medics checked Gingrow at the scene and did not take him to a hospital.

Boedigheimer stated detectives are investigating.

9:11 a.m. - Umatilla police took a complaint from a Michigan resident stating he received a threatening message from a local individual.

9:31 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary at East Main and North Second streets, Athena.

12:54 p.m. - A resident of West Laird Avenue, Hermiston, asked police to provide extra patrols on Halloween for his neighborhood because he heard his house could be vandalized. He also said he was setting up security cameras.

3:05 a.m. - A 911 caller reported gunshots at Columbia Crest Apartments, 1500 Second St., Umatilla.

8:05 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of vandalism at Pam’s Morning Madness Cafe and Espresso, 84325 Highway 11, Milton-Freewater.

12:35 p.m. - Oregon State Police reported of a boat approximately 12 feet long and with an outboard motor blocked part of Mud Springs Canyon Road near Coombs Canyon Road southwest of Pendleton. A tow company removed the boat.

1:20 a.m. - A resident on the 1200 block of Northwest Stockton Street, Hermiston, reported her nephew was the victim of an assault, and two people are arguing in the street with her husband.

1:39 a.m. - A 911 caller reported a fight on East Main Street, Stanfield.

8:36 a.m. - Oregon State Police responded to Goad and Holmes roads southeast of Pendleton on a report of dead geese. A trooper found about two dozen geese carcasses in the intersection, and most were breasted out, meaning someone removed the breast meat. However, some were intact and a waste of a game bird.

Friday

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Myron Jones Singer, 44, for dangerous drugs and criminal activity in drugs and on a warrant for failure to appear.

•Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mark Stephen Patterson, 59, of Hermiston, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

•Oregon State Police arrested Otis Steve Hard, 55, of Neostu, for DUII and reckless driving and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday

•A Washington man could face a charge for firing a gun on top of driving drunk.

Oregon State Police reported a Helix resident at 12:49 p.m. reported a Dodge Ram pickup rolled onto its side on Highway 37 near milepost 9, trapping the driver. Bystanders tried to help the driver, according to state police, but he fired a pistol through the front windshield.

The Umatilla County Fire District responded and freed Ronald Wilson Hiebert, 51, of Burbank, Washington, and took him to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston. Oregon State Police cited Hiebert for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and driving while suspended. State police also provided information to the Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office for consideration of charging Hiebert with reckless endangering for shooting the pistol.

•Oregon State Police arrested Justin J. Teegarden, 44, of Vancouver, for DUII (controlled substances) and reckless driving.

•Hermiston police arrested Ulises Calvillo Rosas, 18, address not provided, for contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.

•Umatilla police arrested Edgar Garcia Gomez, 24, address not provided, for DUII, unlawful use of weapon (shooting in a prohibited area, a felony), unlawful possession of a firearm (a misdemeanor) and reckless driving.

•Umatilla Tribal Police raided 823 Elderberry Loop, Mission, and arrested the following: Shaylin Rae Spencer, 24, and Austin Ray Satterwhite, 19, for dangerous drugs and criminal activity in drugs; and Gracie Marie Hernandez, 19, for misdemeanor possession of heroin. Police also took in Satterwhite for a parole violation.

Sunday

•Hermiston police early Sunday arrested Antonio Fernandez Frias, 27, for disorderly conduct following a dispute at The Pheasant Blue Collar Bar & Grill. Hermiston Police Chief Jason Edmiston said Frias turned out to have a warrant out of Morrow County for misdemeanors of felon in possession of a weapon and menacing and felonies of unlawful use of weapon, first-degree robbery and first-degree assault.

Convictions for the robbery and assault charges carry mandatory minimum sentences of 7.5 years. Frias remains in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, in lieu of $252,500 bond.

•Hermiston police arrested Charles Brian Barker, 46, of Hermiston, for felony possession of methamphetamine and on a parole violation.

•Hermiston police arrested Jesus Chuy Covarrubias, 22, of Hermiston, for possession of a federally controlled substance, DUII (controlled substance), reckless driving and reckless endangering.
